To be honest, no European nation is going to launch a nuclear bomb even in the face of invasion. People tend to overestimate their role, they act as deterrents; launching a missile, results n the destruction of your own country. If Germany launched one against Britain, Britain would uanch them against Germany.


I think the wars in this RP, will reflect a more realistic full-scale war; in the fact that both sides would actually make long negotiations to line out the rules of combat. Such as agreeing on no WMD's, certain spots in the country to not be assaulted, ceasefires once every week... etc...

You also raise a good point about Spain. I planned on the French reversing their stance on the Basque culture and language and granting the Northern Basque more autonomy or complete independence and use it as a political wedge to incite the Spanish Basques to revolt, then try to incite Catalonia to separate from Spain as well with French support, thus having two friendly governments as a buffer to the Spanish.

It'd be a buffer; but if it worked mainland Spain would almost certainly hate you, and ally Germany out of spite.

Lets face it, Continental War probably won't happen. Two world powers haven't had a direct confrontation since WWII. Both sides would try to amass as much geopolitical and military clout as they could until one had overwhelming political and military force and absorbed the other over the course of thirty or forty years. Unless, of course, something drastic happened and the UN was disbanded and it was a free for all.

Both sides would try to amass as much geopolitical and military clout as they could until one had overwhelming political and military force and absorbed the other over the course of thirty or forty years. Unless, of course, something drastic happened and the UN was disbanded and it was a free for all.

Remember the six day war, Israel took a lot of territory and the UN was still active

Leading members China and the U.S are collapsing. Leading members France and GB (and likely Russia) are planning to invade Leading member China.

I might try to add them into France's military coalition, or otherwise try to break the nation up and set up a puppet government in Genoa.

Don't overextend yourself; breaking up Italy and Spain will likely just get yourself a coalition of stronger European powers.

Well, that sort of is Neo-Nazi, neo-nazis take similarities from the Nazi Party Ideals, but aren't the same as complete Nazis.


And even if Germany isn't going for a wold conquest; rapid military build up is frightening.
