Katja chuckled a little bit it seemed Kalina didn't quite get it as she was sure a dad giving his blessings was a common thing in a lot of cultures. " Well there is more than one kind of blessing a father can give to a suitor " She teased as the one thing that likely didn't translate was that god was seen as a father in her faith.

As kalian explained the situation Katja had to agree it was an annoying situation she needed some way to hide herself and likely they knew all her faces. Katja was glad the cult she had angered didn't seem to want vengeance, though the greater cult might know of their bishops failure. She would need a new look a disguse that they hadn't seen as if she went around in any of her current looks they would know. They had to use something new, they both needed something new or did they?

" My clothes" Katja said almost missing the teasing from Kalina as the idea hit her " They have never seen you or me in them if you wear them you might be able to hide yourself till we can both get something new " Katja explained though she didn't know how the disguise thing worked if Kalina could wear other clothes then Kalina as Chandra just needed to wear Katja's old clothes and that might throw them off for a little bit. " hmmm do you think this has put me in their cross hairs as well?" Katja asked not sure if the cult would know that they were together or not and thus expand their hunt. " Oh and i would love to see all of your faces though i like your true one the most" Katja said honestly as she didn't like her lover having to hide who she was.

“What..?” She replied, simply confused at Katja's talk of fathers giving blessings to suitors. Whatever she meant with that went entirely above her head.

“Perhaps? Though your clothes are still torn up and I doubt I'd be able to fit them properly...” She looked at Katja's assets, then recalled the lack of her own. “... and even then, being around you after they spotted me with you would immediately be suspicious. I think we'd just have to hope they retreated thinking they had the job well done and won't soon come to look back. Although either way, I'll be a lot more alert so they can't easily try again.”

As for Katja, she shook her head. “I doubt it. They wouldn't have the resources left to go after anyone but the main ones that worked on taking down Hasufer.” She was pretty convinced of that much.

The last bit made her smile. “Oh~ That's nice of you to say.” She'd lean in to whisper. “I'm sure there's a few disguises and identities that we could have some more fun with than simply showing them off~” She'd tease.

“Although for now, I think we'd have to just get ourselves some new clothing and then leave this place. Assuming you're still willing to tag along later?” At this point, Kalina felt like she'd be a tad heartbroken of Katja wouldn't be.

Katja was reminded by kalina about their differences in sizes, which she should remember given the clothes she was in weren't the best fitting. Katja though, would like to see someone else in the clothes to see if they really were that eye catching. She had seen herself in a mirror plenty, but seeing things on others made how good someone looked in more apprent. That or she was oddly wanting to play dress up. " Well was worth the thought but you are right " katja said with a shrug .

It was a bit nice to know that she hadn't gotten a target painted on her back for this. Katja wouldn't be mad if it did, but well she wasn't the best at protecting herself.


" I can't wait to see all your faces then " Katja teased with a smirk. She did want to know them all and not just in private , she was curious what roles her actress lover played.

Wgen asked if she would be leaving Katja nodded " Yes I will go with you not only do I want to but it seems that I am being guided that way " to her there were enough signs in what all had happened to say she should go with kalina. " Anyways we should move while they are still unaware you are alive, let's go get those clothes " the statement honestly was kind of funny to hear said with such determination like it was some big plan.

“Being guided that way?” That was a tad odd. “Well, whoever's guiding you, I'll owe them my gratitude~” She was glad the non-a-nun wanted to tag along.

As for moving out, she would, as they'd make their way to the one or two clothes' stores a small village like this would have. Most of the things she was looking at were awfully plain. It didn't do well to stand out, after all, but there were some things that stood out. “I'll probably just go with this.” She took out a plain cloak, shirt and pants combination.

That said, as she looked on a bit more, she spotted something of interest. She held up some leather outfit, a tad confused. “Isn't leather normally used as armour or to keep warm? Yet this outfit seems to barely cover enough to do either of those things.” She wondered if Katja knew the purpose of such clothing.

" I will explain that stuff to you latter " katja said with a soft smile as the cultural differences kept the half vampire confused. The others last night had been confused as well, but she hadn't gotten much time to explain things to them.

Heading out with kalina as Chandra the village was as one would expect, mostly outfitted for daily life. Fancy clothes weren't really practical and this village was a practical place. What Katja didn't expect was a leather outfit that looked to be for a certain kind of crop weilding woman. Then again Katja was kind of wearing sonething similar so she couldn't exactly say it shouldn't be on display. Though kalina not knowing what it clearly was, was surprising. Katja expected her to be more worldly and experienced in thing like that, perhaps the lack of internet limited such Kinks.

" I beilive thays for a certain kind of play " though that it was out here was odd " well it's a harness maybe for a plow.... we shouldn't ask " katja said not wanting the embarrassment of asking the vendor.

" I wonder if we can find a black robe, I am used to robe like clothes and well black tended to be the color of nuns in my home " she explained looking around not mentioning black also hid blood well.

“A play?” She asked, as despite how some of her escapades had been and how she relied on charm a lot, she was genuinely not the most experienced either. “You mean they wear this in theatre?” They were definitely putting up some odd shows here. “Hmm... Perhaps it would fit the vibe of the disguise you're wearing though. Impractical as it might be.” She felt like it'd somehow suit her 'real monster' act pretty well.

Katja was a bit dumbstruck by how innocent kalina was being with this. Was she a pervert? Katja didn't think so she just knew things about the world, but to be more knowing that a worldly adventurer was odd. " not for theater, it's for a certain kind of fetish. Kayja was happy to change the subject begore she needed to explain the various kinds of play that outfit could be used in, though kalina would look good it. She wasn't really being greedy or trying to manipulate kalina just in someways just asking to have thing bought for her with nothing in return felt odd.

She'd nod. “Trying to make it feel better is the least I could do to thank those that let me bite them.” That much was just common courtesy, no? The last bit had her learn new things about herself. “It was?” She wasn't aware she was into 'plays', but apparently she was now? “Nice~” It seemed like they'd be trying more of them. “I think Scylla would like them as well, come to think of it.” The talk about being drained to near death made Kalina assume as much, if she was getting any idea on what this type of deal was about.

Onto more wholesome topics, she had to think for a bit. “Kimono... is that a Kuridian thing?” She wasn't sure if she knew about those. “I prefer clothing that lets me move around with ease...” She replied, as the 'get off' part hit a bit later. “Keep it up and those won't be the only thing to get off soon~” She whispered a counter-attack.

That said, she did need to be a bit more serious. “I'd rather leave this place soon though. Before they realise I'm still alive and comes to try again.” Survival business before pleasure.

Katja mostly nodded to kalina discovering what she had been doing as she browsed the kimonos. She didn't think she would be in town long, but this was part of a country and so she expected to not get out of it in a day. She really needed a map.

" well there is more to a country than a city so it will fit into the crowd for awhile and I need something anyways " iatja replied as she figured out which one to get turning down anything to flashy.

Katja soon found one and pulled it down " as for leaving soon that depends on you we could leave right after we get this, and or some stuff for well private times, or we can go tomorrow if you can afford another night in the inn and want to learn tonight " Katja showed off the simple black and red kimono that despite being dark didn't have any menace to it " like this one"

“Alright.” She wasn't sure why Katja brought that up, but it didn't matter too much. The topic of leaving, however, was something she did have a strong opinion on. “I'd rather leave this village as soon as possible. " Right ... i'll go try this on" katja said not really knowing if there was a city that close, more than likely they were would be stuck sleeping outdoors for awhile. Though kalina might know more about what was around here, but it didn't feel like this village was close enough to a city important enough to have a portal. She would just have to go with the plan and trust in kalina knowing a bit better than her and if they ended up in the wilds then they would end up in the wilds. It would not be the first time she had slept out doors and likely no where near the last.

" Well i am sure you well get to know all its charms" Katja teased. With that they would pay the the kimono and have to skip out on getting the harness, though they could buy it and more in some bigger city in ryke for sure before they got to this coven. They had needed to set off as soon as possible if they were going to get to another city before the night came, if they could. Katja did have some lingering guilt about leaving just after she promised to help, but she had never truly been able to devote herself to what would likely end up as a war. fi she did end up coming back she would come back on no side she would be free to help everyone she could and what was what she truly wanted.

Katja the not nun after having a long day and ending up soaked decided to warm herself up at the fire during the celebration in the village of Taeko, where she met Chandra the charming adventurer. Chandra however, was more than she appeared being a hungry dhampir that was just looking for a much needed meal. Using her charms and misunderstandings Chandra would get Katja to accompany her to an Inn were the truth was revealed. Katja ever the kind person would agree to feed the hungry dhampir and the two would end up spending the night together.

The next morning after breakfast Kalina's past would rear its head as an assassin seeking retribution for Hasufer would stab Chandra with a poisoned dagger, before getting away. Katja would take Chandra back to their room and feed the dhampir her blood once more, this allowed her to heal from the poison. Still the two needed to leave town soon, but before that they needed new clothes to try to hide who they were, and Katja just needed new clothes period. They would then leave town planning to head for ryke.

Feels like the running theme in many vamp related rp's is that blood flow is as easy and plentiful as water. Blood bags of unending output. Thought Chandra was already involved with some other characters, but suppose this also common in the vamp world too. Kinda interested in a battle nun taking on some demons though. Oh well.

Although narrator skipped it, noted downtime was listed for a character. To upgrade titles with downtime, you'll wanna make sure the previous grade title is equipped. The currently equipped titles are what are considered when evaluating downtime activities. More important for rp goals, alternative identities and the active one used can impact some asset upgrades as well.
