JC is quiet and to herself, school is not her strong suit but she does alright for the most part. History:
JC grew up traveling between foster homes, never having any roots to call home. JC went through some rough homes that no one should ever have to experience. This caused her to be extremely shut down, and hard for her to find roots.

When she was 8 she landed in a home within little old Anchor Bay. Her foster parents fell in love with the distant little blonde hair, blue eyed, child. Little did they know, her explosive nature wasn’t just a phase. It wouldn’t go away with a little bit of love and consistency as they had hoped.

JC was a bit more complicated than her parents had hoped. She had been through a lot, and accepting any sort of love wasn’t easy for her. She loved her parents for taking her in, and knew that this was her home but even so, even after 9 years of consistent love and the same home, her trust was lacking. She didn’t want to let her guard down just in case she would have to leave again.

Graham grew up in Anchor Bay with his brother Clayton and has always had a love for theater and dance. He grew up taking Dance classes, ballet, hip hop, and everything in between. When he was younger kids made fun of him for it but once he embraced who he was, people tended to stop trying to bully him as he showed that it didn't bother him.

When he started at Anchor Bay High he was convinced to join the team when the captain caught sight of his dancing during play practice one day. He had fallen in love with the arts and spent all his free time working on the plays and dance team.\

Graham doesn’t really know who he is, he has followed in his brother’s footsteps of the lovable jokester. His athletics career took a bit of a different turn when he fell in love with play and dance. Clayton is a goofy and flirtatious boy who really grew into himself when he moved away from Anchor Bay for college. He was always the friendly face around school, always the popular kid who was friends with everyone. He can be hard to read because you never really can tell what he is thinking, even so Clayton is very approachable. He understands technology very well, but he doesn’t always think through his actions and how they might affect others.

History:
Clayton grew up in Anchor Bay, a Bay High soccer athlete, walking the halls and owning them. He was an honor student and was a favorite of all his students and peers. He didn’t let the attention run to his head as it might for some, he became very comfortable and social person.

He was an only child for 6 years before his brother Graham was born. The were very similar, and still complete opposites. Both social, but always found within different groups. Still they got along very well, despite the age gap.

When he finished high school he was accepted into Stanford's technology program, something that he had always dreamed of. Leaving home was scary and exciting, he didn’t want to lose what he had at home, but he needed to make a change to grow. He didn’t want to be a townie for the rest of his life.

dahlia is a very sweet and caring girl. although very quiet and introverted, dahlia is always polite and kind to those she talks to. she is great at giving advice and is a loyal friend, though she always had a hard time making and keeping friends in high school.

many people who knew dahlia in her youth know her as incredibly hardworking and dedicated. she was a competitive ballerina from age eight and somehow maintained her honours placement through many sleepless nights and many hours of homework in the car on the way to her dance practices and competitions. dahlia is amazing under pressure and isn't phased when it comes to tricky or tense situations.

overall, dahlia is just a sweet girl. she's the kind of person that helps the elderly cross the street and spends her free moments volunteering at soup kitchens and animal shelters. however dahlia can help others, she is there. to this day, dahlia may seem like a confident socializer but she still has difficulty creating lasting friendships and opening up about herself and her feelings to others. to some extent, she's afraid of the commitment of best friends or a boyfriend. she is always afraid of letting them down somehow, thus leading her to often close herself off and pretend she's not interested when people start getting close to her.

history | dahlia was born in anchor bay into a military family. she is an only child, though this almost was not true. dahlia's mother suffered a miscarriage of twins when dahlia was seven. this crushed both her mother and father and they did not attempt to have any more children after that.

dahlia's parents had high expectations for her. from the age of three, dahlia was a dancer. she began learning from a family friend and eventually fell in love with the art. she eventually began commuting with her mother in and out of anchor bay to a nearby ballet academy where she would eventually join a competitive dance team. for many people forced into dance from a young age, it is insufferable. dahlia, however, couldn't imagine her life without it.

as a student, dahlia kept to herself quite a bit. being an honours student and a competitive dancer meant she had little time for socialization. her father, though rarely around during her childhood and into the middle of her teen years, made sure that she was always focusing on school. he believed that her desire to become a professional dancer was ridiculous and that she should give up the sport all together. many people knew dahlia's face and name in high school but few actually connected with her deeply. dahlia always gave a warm smile to those she passed and spoke kind words when interacting with others, but such a busy lifestyle made connecting deeply with others difficult.

during her senior year, the pressure was on for dahlia. her mother was encouraging her to follow her dreams and apply to juilliard for dance while her father was pressuring her to go and do something more practical. her future was a topic of conversation at many family dinners and her relationship with her father strained during this time. she eventually flew to new york and auditioned at juilliard. to her delight, she got in and as soon as she graduated, she moved to new york to attend school.

all was amazing at juilliard and dahlia was living her dream. she made amazing friends and even began dating a guy named connor who was a music student at juilliard. everything seemed perfect until a major performance at the end of her first year. during her performance, dahlia slipped and ended up breaking her knee as well as ripping several tendons and muscles along the way. she was told that too much practice and not enough downtime was the cause of the injury. through three reconstructive surgeries, dahlia was adamant that she was going to continue her dance career in the fall. but when she was told that she would never be able to dance again the same way that she did before, dahlia was heartbroken.

things in her life only deteriorated from there. she lost a lot of friends as they were swept away by the busy world of dance and she was forced to stay behind. upset with herself, dahlia closed herself off from her then boyfriend, connor, and the two broke up.

once she was healed, dahlia moved closer to anchor bay and began doing an advanced degree in nursing at the university of michigan. although dance had been her number one dream, dahlia quickly fell in love with the career of nursing and caring for those around her. she graduated as one of the top students in her class, thanks to her amazing work ethic and dedication.

the plan was to return to new york, a city that she absolutely loved, and work there. but after her father passed away in a severe car accident, dahlia decided to move back home to support her mother. she has been back in town for a little over a month and is working at the hospital full time as a nurse in the pediatrics ward.

sean is an incredibly sweet person. he's quite the jokester and loves to make others laugh. in high school, sean was quite the class clown and this got him in quite a bit of trouble, though his actions were never malicious or hurt anyone. his jokes are always harmless or at his own expense. he hates to see people sad and is a very empathetic person, often feeling what others are feeling. sean is almost always bouncing off the walls due to his adhd so he can be difficult to keep up with, both mentally and physically, at times.

sean's tough upbringing has lead him to be very independent and, to an extent, stubborn. sean has a difficulty asking for help and will often refuse assistance, even if he clearly needs it. he always wants to do things his way, even if it isn't the most practical or logical way to do things. this can make him hard to work with which is why sean often works alone. his job at the farm allows him to do just that; after all, the horses can't talk back.

anyone who really knows sean knows that he is a giant softy. he unashamedly cries at sad dog movies and is an absolute wimp when it comes to horror movies and haunted houses (though he still goes and loves the experience anyways). he loves video games and fictional novels and wears his rather nerdy side of him with pride. sean loves being around people and having friends, though romance has always been a tricky thing for him. being a closeted bisexual has made this part of his life confusing and difficult to navigate. until he is in a safer mindset and environment to explore that side of him, sean is more focused on living a happy and healthy life surrounded by friends.

history | sean is the youngest of five kids and is the only male child in the family. his oldest sister, emily, is fourteen years older than him and his youngest sister, jenna, is six years older, leading him to joke that he was the surprise child. his family was always in the lower class, his father being an alcoholic fisherman who never brought in a whole lot of money and his mother being a seamstress. with five kids to feed, money was always tight. he grew up in a small apartment on the outskirts of anchor bay and shared a room with his youngest sister, jenna.

sean's parents were never really much involved in his life. his mother worked long hours and his father was rarely home, either out on the water fishing or in a pub drinking. they believed that their children were fine on their own, leaving much of the responsibilities of child rearing to their two eldest daughters, emily and nora. not having parents around would have been a lot tougher for sean if it wasn't for his sisters being there to guide him.

from a young age, sean always had issues with school. he was easily agitated by the school work and couldn't wait to get out. he had trouble keeping up with the other students and struggled to learn simple skills like reading and writing. he was tested by a child psychologist and he was diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, dyslexia, and dysgraphia. doctors played around with medication over the years, some making him sluggish and dull while others made him angry and hostile, but few worked. when a combination did work, it only lasted a while.
sean had a hard time fitting in with his peers in school and was often made fun of for not being able to keep up. he didn't seem to be good at anything. he struggled with sports and he couldn't stand the classroom. he had some success with art but that took too much patience and sean often got bored. this caused sean a lot of stress that he still carries to this day. he is often anxious about how others perceive him and his abilities, though it can be difficult to see through his goofy and loving exterior.

having disabilities in his learning meant that more pressure was put on sean to perform. his sisters all seemed to be good at something but sean really had nothing. when he got to high school, he began being noticed as a class clown figure which got him into a fair bit of trouble. his playful nature mixed with his detest for school lead to many sit downs with his parents in the guidance office with stern warnings and suspensions on the table. sean quickly became the problem child in his parents' eyes, though his sisters always loved and supported him for who he was.

things only got more difficult when his sisters finally began moving out and he was broken up with by his then girlfriend, ellie. his eldest sisters had stayed home for college but were all starting to move on with their lives. eventually, it was just sean and his parents when jenna moved out when sean was fifteen. without his sisters to protect him, things got really messy. when his dad's work got slow, he drank more and his father is a mean drunk. his father was more a mental manipulator over a physical abuser, though he raised his hand to sean multiple times in the fits of anger. his mother did little to stop it, hoping that some "tough love" would help straighten her son out. it was during this time that sean discovered that he is bisexual, though he has never told anyone about this. who knows what his parents would do if they found that out.

when sean graduated, he wanted to get away so badly. away from his parents, away from ellie. but with no money and no way to get out, sean ended up staying home and getting a job at a farm just outside of town. he spends any time that he's not working in town and away from his house to avoid his father, who is now out of a job completely. at the farm, sean grooms horses and keeps the grounds tidy. some of those horses can be seen in town during the winter months during the popular carriage rides that he often leads. he also helps out with some of the livestock that live on the farm, though he is mainly responsible for the horses and the grounds. having such a physically active job has helped him burn extra energy and seem a little more relaxed than he was in high school. sean doesn't really know what he wants to do with his life, but he sure as hell knows that he wants to get away from his parents and if that means giving up anchor bay, the town he loves, than so be it.

Ellie's a perfectionist, but her own personality is nothing of the sort. She's... complicated. Hot and cold, sweet and sour. Besides her need to meddle in situations that don't call for her 'expertise' which usually tends to just be involving herself in situations that somehow make things worse. She's known to be a bit shy, but somehow a natural born social butterfly.

Once she gets over the whole 'will they like me, will they not' thought process, she's pretty quick to get into the swing of things. Although she'd rather be on her own. It's easy for her to disperse into her own world and close everyone else out whenever something's up with her. While she barely notices it, there's no doubt her family does.

The fact that she enjoys her privacy and the need to be alone completely baffles her family, while she cares for them, Ellie needs her space and time to breathe, if not-- well, it could come to a point where her emotions blow over. Leaving her self-destructive and easy to anger.

While argumentative, she has reasoning beyond her forceful nature. She believes in the right to stand up for herself-- as well for many others when they believe they can't.

Sweet and insecure, Ellie's not very hard to get to know unless she believes there's a good reason to put a wall up.

Ellie was always an overachiever, aiming for good grades, good relationships, and a great future.

But maybe her need for validation is the reason why she works so hard. Living in your brother's shadow would do that to you, that never really made her relationship with Clayton messy, it was just more of the... 'My brother did this, so now I have to.' Ellie always felt like the weight of the world was on her shoulders. From practicing dance recitals over and over, to studying for tests, AP classes, aiming for an Ivy league school, just trying to live up to her parents expectations.

She realized a few months into her junior year that maybe she wasn't interested in romance. But that couldn't really be the case could it? Maybe she just didn't feel anything for her boyfriend at the time. While he was sweet. Ellie just never felt that... 'spark.' And so she ignored it. She hadn't even considered the possibility of being into girls.

And when she was faced with that, Ellie didn't take to it kindly. It was a few weeks before she left for Harvard, Ellie and her best friend Jessica had a little bit too much to drink. They were celebrating. It was New Years Eve, after all.

Jessica kissed Ellie, and while she didn't pull away from the kiss, what happened afterwards is something she regrets. It resulted in an argument and ranting on about how she wasn't gay, and Jess knew that. Jess got upset and stormed off. They haven't talked since that night.

Confused and hurting, Ellie pulled away from everyone else. Breaking up with her boyfriend, ignoring her parents, siblings. And surprisingly, the only person barely opened up to was Mags. She didn't like her much, but she was someone who didn't judge her, and... well, Ellie trusted her.

She left for Harvard and majored in law, like she was supposed to. And no matter how hard she tries to convince herself of the fact that she wants to be a lawyer, fall in love with a boy, and live her happily ever after. Ellie wasn't quite sure that was her fairy tale.

Almost a year later, she's coming back home for Christmas more conflicted than ever.

Mags is not the easiest person to deal with, in fact she clashes with most people. She is quite impatient and stubborn and she isn’t one to show her emotions. She is. History
Magnolia was born and raised in Anchor Bay and it has been her whole life. It had always been her and her mother against the world. Her mother opened up a small local bookstore that she named ‘A Likely Story’ and Mags has been around books and the bookstore since she could remember. While growing up Mags didn’t get along with anyone and would get into many fights which led to a lot of detention and suspensions in her younger years. Then she met the one person who forced a friendship. Clayton Moore. The friendship had been good for her and though she initially was annoyed by him she grew to tolerate him.
When she got to high school she ended up dating him and witnessed all the good and bad moments in his life. She was happy with him, happier than she had ever been and had expected to be with him forever and then he got his acceptance. Mags knew she had to let him go and he hadn’t been one to make it easy for her. So, she lied to him and broke not only his heart but hers as well when she told him that she never loved him so that he would leave for college.

Aiden moved to Anchor Bay a year ago and is still one of the newer students. He grew up in a big city and when his mom got a small job in A.B. she loved it and then his father made a visit and they convinced their job to let them work remotely from A.B. Esme grew up for the vast majority of her life as an only child. Both of her parents were well off in the entertainment industry, her father a director and her mother a talent agent, and she spent her young years relatively carefree. Both of Esme's parents died in a collision with a drunk driver the day before Esme's 19th birthday. Roman, proving again to be a miracle in the flesh, survived but just barely. Roman had already been diagnosed with Angelman's Syndrome the car wreck just added to his problems. Esme moved back to Anchor Bay to take care of her little brother and started sending him to speech therapy. Over time, Roman was slowly getting better but the bills for the therapy on top of the cost of treatments for his epilepsy was a lot. Esme took to the streets to try and make the difference. Sterling has spent his entire 17 years of life in Anchor Bay and has known nowhere else. He was born to D'kay and Forest Kelsey on Valentine's Day in 2002. Forest, his father, has been the football coach at Anchor Bay High since Sterling could remember and his mother has always been a teacher at the elementary. Sterling spent the first five years of his life in only child bliss until his younger sisters, Savannah and Sarah, were born. The twins were a complete nuisance. They took all the attention away from Sterling, which was something he craved so much, and he had a hard time adjusting to that. His whole life his sister's would always be held on a pedestal for reasons Sterling could never understand. Suddenly his father would much rather play tea party with the girls than throw a football with him, and his mother was too busy with other people's kids to really have time for him. So, Sterling pulled away.


He was and has always been an independent kid, not much relying on his parents for anything. While the lack of quality time did make him feel sort of abandoned, he was able to push through, for the most part. Sterling still has commitment issues due to a large fear of just being passed over like nothing. Of being forgotten. Because of this fear, Sterling has never really had a real relationship. The star of the robotics club, Mike has now failed to make a name for himself or get into any major college, so he's just bumming around town. He's lax about work, sort of believing that menial labor is below him, and can often be seen slacking off by reading comics, or books on anatomy. History:
Michael was born relatively well-off, as the youngest of five siblings. In spite of his decent wealth, his siblings came before him, therefore more privy to the opportunities that their privilege got them. Mike was actually alright with this. Instead of his father dogging him to continue the family law business, he was allowed to pursue his own interests. While this outcast him from his own family, he couldn't really be bothered too much. As he got older, however, the pressure became more and more tangible. As he was collecting robotics trophies, his parents were looking over him. He was the family outlier. Finally, once he graduated, his father laid down the law. If he wasn't intending to work the family business, his father wasn't under any obligation to pay for his college. Mike took this bet with pride, and was promptly trounced, as no school would give him scholarship despite his myriad achievements. His family left Anchor Bay last year, and he opted not to go with them, instead staying behind to carve his own path.

Milly is a bit eccentric. She is very energetic and has a sense of constant optimism. To those, that are not used to her, she could easily grow annoying, but to those that bare with her, she is a great friend. The bubbly girl oftenly puts friends needs way before her own and will never let somebody down. She does everything in her power to help those that she likes and while she does sometimes get ahead of herself, she works hard to achieve whatever she promises. History:
Emilia was born to two wealthy, but somewhat conservative and stubborn parents. She grew up very strictly. Her parents were quick to punish behaviour that didnt suit their way of thinking, as they were always very oppinionate. Emilia developed a love for drawing in her young years, however, her parents never were able to do much with art of any kind. While not forbidding the girl her fun, they never really supported it either, very obviously showing how little they cared for it.

It was in puberty when Emilia found it in her self to rebell against her parents. She had a lot welled up, being quite unhappy with the way she grew up. Her parents thought that with their money, they could provide everything, but they could never give her the love and support she really wanted to have. As a first step to rise against her parents, Emilia started tocall herself milly instead, putting to rest the name they had given her. Calling her Emilia will always get a reaction out of the girl until today, though not a positive one.

Soon, Milly decided to go once more against the image of a daugther her parents had. She cut her hair short, completely opposing the picture of a woman her parents had. Of course, that got her punished. But they couldn´t exactly put the hair back on her, so they had to live with it.

When Emilia was old enough, she left. She didnt exactly run away, but she did leave without any real plan of what she was doing. She found the Anchor Bay and decided that this was a place so different from where she used to live, that it would be a great environment for her new life. Trying to make a living off her art, she quickly found out, that that wouldn´t exactly work. She took on a job as a waitress, while working on making art her standing foot. She´s come quite a way in the years she was in Anchor Bay, being able to afford a nice flat and getting her works to be displayed in local galleries every now and then.

Having Elowen's older sister when they were 20. Aspen was fond of the only child attention and was not happy when young Elowen was born. The two never really got along since Aspen always ignored her or insulted her. Her parents never really noticed. Aspen was groomed to take the family business, and Elowen was still ignored mostly. After graduating she stayed with her family for a year before moving to Anchor Bay with her cats when she got both a job opportunity at the highschool and accepted to the local college. Personality:
Despite Ethan's looks he's a teddy bear to say the least. Hes kind, caring, gentle, and sweet all rolled into a buff pretty boy. Though don't get him wrong, he's still a man and can go from sweet and caring to violent and angry in the flick of a switch and trust me he knows how to use his anger to his advantage. Though he'd never hit a woman. At times Ethan can be hard to talk to mostly because he can feel insecure about something, making him feel that if he talks about it with someone they will leave him. History:
Ethan grew up living in the mountains of Colorado. His mother working at a local dinner and his father being a big time boxer. Ethan's life was good. From the age of two Ethan was always in the boxing gym with his dad. "Working out" as a toddler along side his father and training to be a fighter as well. His mother never liked the idea but none the less let Ethan pursue his dreams. When Ethan hit middle school he joined his local schools boxing club that they had. He was a star immediately. Collecting numerous trophies and awards for his school as he moved through high school... that is of course till his junior year came around. His father had taken him along to a big fight down in New Mexico. The night after the fight him and his das went on a drive to explore a little. Ending up on a small road with one side being a 50 foot drop straight to rock. And the other side being the bottom of another fifty foot drop. As they drive along some drink ass hole came around a corner wide. Making his dad swerve which sent them off the drop. Rolling in the air the truck they were in landed on the drivers side killing his das instantly and mocking him out. 6 hours later they were found by a traveling couple. Ethan had never been the same since. When he got back home he stopped boxing and grew quiet, him and his mom moved to Anchor bay. His dad was his role model, his hero, and now he was gone. It tore Ethan up so much that Ethan didn't even step foot near a fighting gym until 4 years later. Soon he found that fighting was his way of coping with the loss of his father, his connection to his dad. And so he fought, soon turning from boxing to mixed martial arts he only grew better and better, even to the point that he’s possibly being looked at to fight for the UFC.

Her mother had her when she was 20 years old, and her father left her mother and her before she was born. Her mother moved back in with her parents unable to support Adikia on her own. Adikia's grandfather built them a home in Anchor Bay where they managed to live happily. However, when Gene was only 5 years old her mother passed due to an illness. With a runaway dad and no mother, her grandparents took her in, raising her in Anchor Bay as their own.

Time passed, and when she was 12 she received an unexpected and unwanted visit from her father. Somehow, he managed to find her after all those years that passed. He took her back to his home in Los Angeles, and thats how little Gene went from a small town to a city girl. She absolutely hated it and her father, still partly blaming him for her mother's death. No matter the amount of protesting she gave, he raised her throughout her teen years, not allowing her to go back to her grandparents. This changed her, she was no longer the sweet and innocent flower. No, she rebelled constantly aganist him and it changed her personality over time.

After highschool she got into a college of arts and with both scholarships and her father's money she got her degree in art. During her time in college she also was an apprentice for a well known and popular tattoo artist and got her certification licence to be an official tattoo artist herself.

6 months ago she moved back to Anchor Bay securing a good location for her own shop, Royal Ink. However, upon moving back she discovered that her grandfather had passed 2 years ago and her grandmother's health was failing. Gene did her best to take care of her grandmother on her own, but eventually she had to admit her to the hospital for extra care. She was diagnosed with Dementia and admitted to the elderly center not long after. Gene spends a lot of her free time with her, and moved into her grandmothers home to take care of it. She knows its not possible, but she clings to the hope her grandmother will get better. [/div] [div class="title"] 03 personality [/div] [div class="description"] Being torn from Anchor Bay changed Adikia alot. The once innocent flower became hardened steel and more sarcastic. Adi is fun-loving and a thrill seeker, but also is serious and a hard worker when she needs to be. She is not one to express when she is upset, hiding her tears and anger behind sarcasm and humor. She likes to be the life of the part from time to time. Gene is friendly and apporachable, it just takes her a little bit to warm up to others and trust them. Once your friends with her she loyal, trustworthy, and reliable. Always there when in need. Dependable.

While she is there for others she has a hard time expressing and talking about her emotions, often bottling up and ignoring them causing her to get overwhelmed easily. You can often find her drinking on the beach late at night during the weekends, either crying to herself or cursing at the world. She blames herself for what happened to her grandparents and its starting to really get to her no matter how much she tries to hide or ignore it.

Not liking the attention the town brought, everyone always knowing what was happening in your life.
She figured the move would be short lived at least and eventually she would move back home and everything would be the same. However her parents settled in really well to Anchor Bay and didn’t want to uproot the family all over again. Leaving Harper stuck in Anchor Bay to finish out High School.
Harper felt like she had left the most behind when moving away from the only home she ever knew. Friends, specifically her boyfriend that she figured she would marry one day. He was her best friend long before they dated, and she trusted him with everything. Harper and him did the long distance thing for a solid year before she found out he had been cheating on her.
