That's true to an extent, but it really depends on how you pull that off. Reading his Bio would state he's more of a Joe hugger, but that's completely fine. He could stand there and monitor the Joe's to make sure nobody actually gets hurt during the exorcise however, that actually makes sense.

NCO stands for Non commissioned officer; and those ranks range from corporal - Sergeant Major of the Army. Joe means a soldier that doesn't hold a leadership rank. ranging from private - Specialist.
