The evil organization has been defeated, the invaders have been repelled, the demons have been sealed back in the underworld. Across multiple timelines magical girls stand triumphant against all enemies of peace and freedom. With the end of their battles against the forces of evil they prepare to pack away their tools and go back to a day by day life with their friends and family.
That is until the massive magical circle appeared beneath their feet and whisked them away from their world to a fantasy world filled with demon lords, scheming nobility, and a lack of modern connivences that has them feeling more then a little miffed. So now armed with skill taken from their individual worlds and their battles against their foes these teenage defenders of all that is right must go on another world saving quest to defeat some new evil egoist in order to finally go back home and go on that date. Or just sleep in their bed and surf the net. Whichever comes first at this point.
Welcome to the divided kingdoms of Astralsis, a land broken apart by mistrust and fear as the Lord of Infernal plants his dark forces within the walls of even the most defended kingdom while spreading endless legions of monsters to blanket the land beyond the safety of the magical wards that cover the kingdom walls. It is a land where any heroes who try to rise are taken out by blades in the dark r the supreme power of the armies of the Lord. Thus a last ditch plan was put into effect, a summoning spell to call upon not just heroes but great heroes who had already proved their mettle against threats in their own worlds. The fact that the heroes they summoned all wear fashionable clothing and fire out spells from heart shaped wands and bubble guns just happens to be one of those strange cosmic coincidences that nobody could have predicted.
Would be looking for a minimum of four characters and a max of six. Game is meant to be farce and enjoyable from the outside but ideally the world and characters are treating things as serious as can be. After all evil still rules this world regardless of how cool seeing a teenager destroy a Lich with the power of friendship is.
Also using Magical Girl as a genre tag, all types of people can be played regardless of pronouns or how they express themselves. There just isn't a good word for the genre that is sexless.
