Here's an interesting fact about Kosh:

His real name is apparently actually Ulkesh Naranek. He just told everyone he was the same Kosh Naranek that died before to maintain appearances. And, in the case of Sheridan, Ivanova, and everyone else who knew what happened, probably just to screw with them xD

So that's a thing.
