Sorry for dropping off the face of RpN for a brief amount of time. Yesterday I got a new type of chemotherapy and it hit me hard. Then we went home and I couldn't take meds cause barf and... It's a 6 hour long story

I hate that there's so much negativity in the art community around copying directly from other pictures.
Sure, it's bad to copy another artist's picture and claim that you're the original creator, but copying pictures on your own time can be very useful in learning the different aspects and techniques other artists use.
