Introduce Yourself!

Hello! I’ve been role-playing on and off for the past ten years. I’m looking for advanced literate, long-term partners who are interested in a variety of romantic plots (for example, enemies to lovers, forbidden entanglements, etcetera), set in the “real world” (in other words, fantasy is off the table, I’m afraid). I exclusively write as female in respect of my main character, and I’m looking for those who would be happy to play the part of the male lead.

Greeting​

Hello! Please call me Moon/Moonie. You can call me Nev/Nevy only if we’re close! I’m a 19-year-old cisgender woman, and I use she/they pronouns. I’m African American, with English as my first language, and I’m trying to work on learning more Spanish.

Roleplay Experience

I started roleplaying in 2022, so I have about 3 years of experience. It’s been a while since I’ve roleplayed with another person, so I’ve been practicing with AI chatbots to improve my vocabulary and skills. I consider myself semi-literate, typically writing 2 to 3 paragraphs. I also tend to adapt to my partner’s style, so if you write longer replies, I’ll do my best to match that. I prefer to roleplay with people that are 18+ because I don’t feel comfortable roleplaying with minors.

Roleplay Interests

I mostly enjoy roleplaying with LGBTQ+ themes, especially WLW and MLM romance. However, I’m open to exploring new genres. I’ve tried slice of life, action, drama, and comedy in the past. If I’m interested in the genre you want to roleplay, we’re good to go! I don’t have a strong preference for settings, as long as they fit what we’re trying to write.

Interests Outside of Roleplaying

Outside of roleplaying, I’m working on getting back into hobbies I used to enjoy. I used to draw my fictional OCs and practice realism, and I also did a lot of journaling. I still play video games often and listen to music almost non-stop on Spotify—I don’t stick to one genre, just whatever sounds good to me. I’m also a huge anime fan, so many of my roleplays may revolve around that.

Fandoms I’m In

As for fandoms, I prefer anime-based roleplays. I’ve mostly done roleplays for Danganronpa, Obey Me!, and Demon Slayer (though not as much lately). I haven’t roleplayed for The Last of Us yet, but I started playing the game last year and really loved it, so I’m definitely interested in trying that. I’m also open to roleplays for other anime-related fandoms I’m familiar with. I’m also open to using OCs for roleplay if fandoms aren’t your thing, but they should be created in an anime-inspired art style; it’s just my preference.

Why I’ve Joined RpNation

Honestly, I joined because I’m bored and alone. I’m hoping to find people who share my interests, and maybe even make some friends. We can be just roleplay buddies or more, depending on how things go. I’ve been struggling to find people to talk to, so I’m hoping this community will help.

About My Pets
​
I’m a huge cat lover—cats have been my comfort animals my whole life, and I adore them. I have three cats: two females and one male. Two are adults, and one is a senior. If you love cats too, then I already like you! I care about dogs, but they’re not my favorite. That said, I still respect dog lovers. Besides cats and dogs, I also have a female red-eared slider turtle and a lot of fish!

Hi everyone!

I’ve had an account on here before, but that was several years ago now. Been roleplaying on and off and continually writing multiple stories and various types of characters since I was about 14, which is over 10 years ago.

Have spent the past 4 days working on a new OC’s character sheet which I think is a new record for me! Am relived it’s finally finished, and am looking for a roleplay partner to write some fun things with.

I’ve got experience of roleplaying in various fandoms - Harry Potter, Cyberpunk, Star Wars, Doctor Who, and Game of Thrones, as well as original settings of various genres from High/Dark Fantasy, Scifi, Zombie Apocalypse/Horror and probably many more my fuzzy memory is refusing to retrieve for me right now - It’s been a very long 4 days!

I’m really interested in writing complex characters, and find writing the occasional morally grey/villainous character especially interesting. Getting into their heads and understanding what makes a character who’s not always the best person tick, is exciting and nerdily fascinating as their perception of things are often incredibly outside the box.

I really enjoy collaborating on plots, sharing ideas, writing a diverse array of side characters, and torturing testing my characters in a multitude of ways.

You can refer to me as Darling :3 I am 25 and French living in France (oh the horror, I know) and as to my gender, lets just say it is abysmal. I enjoy a good neopronoun such as it/its but if that's not your jam I also go by they/them.

My experience with written roleplaying:
I used to roleplay on one specific site called freeyourselfroleplaying back in highschool years and years ago. Taken quite a long break from it when their website shut down because I never quite found a place that was as similar as the site I had come to love and adore, until I stumbled upon here! I'm excited to explore and meet you all (though that might be impossible, it looks like there's a small army on here haha)

What do I roleplay? :
I strictly do fantasy and fiction. I could perhaps dable in sci-fi, having grown up in a Star Treck fanatic household and all. But all in all I am here to roleplay and brainstorm worlds of our own making with fantastical creatures and interesting dynamics. Though I also enjoy a fandom inspired story as well, let me know what you're into, even if I don't know the fandom I can put in the work to reasearch it. And I am also quite interested in learning about the roleplay dice system on here (Big TRPG player over here). So if you're looking for players, please reach out for there is a high probability I'll join... Hell I've joined a group roleplay where each character had to be inspired by a specific cheese, I'll pretty much join anything if it's entertaining.

Fair warning about me:
I am not a regular replier, I have health issues that restrain me from being your perfect every day multiple times a day replier. I am prone to dissapearing which I know can be bothersome. BUT, that also means I will be incredibly patient with my partners. You can take a year to reply and it will not matter to me, you can ghost and stop and restart whenever you feel like it with me. The last thing I want is to make you feel like roleplaying with me is a chore or an emergency. RPïng for me is an indulgence, a spice to my life, not my job or an activity that should be stressful.

Hello! My name is Ambor, though I go by Amber since it’s less likely to get autocorrected! ^^✨ I usually stick with fandom roleplays, but am mainly sticking with Transformers Roleplays! I also like to draw and write stories (me looking at my unfinished fics) and I decided to join RPNation because the sites I used to roleplay on aren’t as active as before, and wanted to find new partners!
 
Heyo it's Clementine. I am orginally a quotev roleplayer but that site has offcially ate poop and died. SO time to venture forth. I have 13 years of RP expierence. I personally really love Marvel, Demon Slayer, and JJK at the moment. :)

Right now, my main focus is Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles / ROTTMNT! It’s surprisingly hard to find other adults to roleplay with in this fandom. 😅

Hello! I'm Galactic, I'm a 22 year old roleplayer who is new to the tmnt fandom and it is surprising hard to find other adults i agree! I'm not sure what my length of writing would be. However I can write over a discord length roleplay reply, or sometimes as little as two sentences depending on preferences and what is currently going on.

I love Rise so far, though after finding out what happened to it motivation to continue to watch it has been a bit hard. So I am not finished with the show yet unfortunately, and can see how that would be a deterrent.
