Hello!

My name is Lyra and I've been a roleplayer since the old days of the yahoo chat rooms. [Yes, I'm old lol] I used to be very active roleplay up until the last couple of years due to personal issues, work and other things and I'm looking forward to getting back into the swing of things. Some of my favorite things to roleplay are Sci-Fi, Fantasy and Fandoms, I'm looking forward to meeting new people.

i usually do fandom roleplays, i’m not really one for original ones. it’s just not something i really enjoy. though, we will preferably by doubling up. that is unless you’d rather portray a canon character against my original character. that’s completely fine with me, though i know some people don’t like doing that, so that’s why i mentioned doubling up. regardless of that, i’ll start talking about what i’m into at the moment, alongside my crushes for those said fandoms.

though, at the very moment i am very interested in bandom. though, it’s been extremely difficult to find people who will do that. (i’ve went to multiple servers on discord, went to wattpad, went to tumblr, and went to other roleplaying websites) and no one seems to want to do it - so… yeah. can’t hurt to ask. but regardless, the bands i know the best are bad omens, motionless in white, falling in reverse, my chemical romance, pierce the veil, sleeping with sirens, in this moment, bring me the horizon, and probably more. just ask me if i know a said band, i probably do lol.

i would also like to mention, that if i do not know your crush, that i will ask who they are and i will expect you to explain their information. though, a simple wikipedia page will be sufficient enough. i will do the same if you don’t know my crush either. though, if you are uncomfortable playing one of my crushes, that’s completely fine with me too - or if you feel like you wouldn’t be able to portray them accurately. the same thing applies to me as well, i will most likely tell you if i feel like i won’t be able to accurately portray them. it’s nothing against you obviously, i just don’t want to butcher something for you and make the roleplay boring for both of us.

Hello!!1 I'm Phae. Or Star. Or any other thing that you happen to know me by and would like to call me. I welcome new names as well, just collecting them like pokemon cards atp. I'm 19 years old and have been roleplaying since I was 11, albeit I didn't know it was called roleplaying at the time LOL. My favorites are romance, angst/comfort, and action or drama based roleplays. I prefer original character roleplay above all else because it scratches that creative itch I've got, but I'm mused from fandoms a few times too. Anyone can feel free to DM me if you're maybe interesting in roleplaying with me, but otherwise it's nice to meet everyone.

Hello, hello! I don't particularly go by a specific alias as it often varies depending on my then moniker for said platform, so honestly? Feel free to call me whatever you may like haha! Though for a basis: due to my current username you can simply refer to me as 'Ev' for a start ^^

I'm far from new to roleplaying, often jumping back into the writing scheme every now and then over the past few years whenever life allows me to. However, this is truthfully my first time exploring forums like this site as I'd mostly limited myself to roleplaying-based apps (that, Amino aside, have mostly unfortunately (as much of little realms of terror some corners of it had been 😭) been banished from the face of earth as of now hsdhj); I'm still trying to get used to things such as formattings and such (cough cough intensely staring at the BBCode library 👀 cough cough), so please do bear with me for a bit 😔

I'm a multi-paragraph writer and typically seek partners who are able to write at the length of, at the very least, minimally three paragraphs per response (but of course, most importantly with adequate details for me to be able to build off of 🙏), because I'm honestly an absolute sucker for reading others' writings as much as I like to write myself HAHA

I typically do original character-based roleplays as opposed to fandom RPs (using specific fandom settings as a basis for a plot is another story ofc!) due to me admittedly living under a huge rock- and the characters I muse are often morally grey or 'twisted' in some way, as I've found myself guilty of being more drawn to writing such mentalities (it's just so curious, you see).

As such, probably unsurprisingly so, the genres/plots I particularly lean towards are darker, more thriller-based ones; with mayhaps a hint of romance— but even then that'd be more slow-burn simply because watching that gradual development is just,, so enjoyable 😔 (plus, often times the character I'm musing just isn't quite the 'quick/easy to fall in genuine* love' type,, so 😭). I'd say the aspect of roleplaying that honestly captures me the most aside from that base collaboration with whom is essentially a writing buddy, would be watching character interactions unfold.

I genuinely quite enjoy gushing about plots, dynamics, concepts, and what-not with my roleplay partners during the 'pre-RP discussion' phase; and wholly welcome silly little OOC chats (on-topic to the ongoing plot or not) over the period of writing out the actual roleplay itself! After all, I do hope to become at least friendly acquaintances with those I'm writing with! ( ´◡` )

Um,, I sort of only just realised just how much I've been yapping 😭; so I'll go ahead and wrap it up here for the time being haha! I've recently (like, a couple of weeks ago?) returned from a couple months' hiatus from roleplays, and just couldn't help but give into the urge to actually get back into the writing scheme yet again; thus here I am. However, that'd mean I'm admittedly quite rusty with creative writing at this point of time... 😔 Ahem! I'll probably go more into detail about certain things in a respective (interest check ?) thread once I figure that stuff out and officially open up my RP availability,, but for now: thank you for your attention if you'd stuck around until here! Greetings rpnation travelers. I'm Zeno, I've been a RP junkie for about 14ish years, and am ready to rumble. World building, Plot developing, collaborating, multi character playing are just some of my capabilities and interests. Might also see me dabble in canons/fandoms from time to time. My interests vary whether it's historical, modern, Fantasy, sci-fi, romance, mystery, action and adventurer, even darker themes and or horror at times too when the fancy strikes. Hope to meet some neat new people here and create some compelling storylines! Currently on the search with a albeit niche interest check out for 1x1s. Nevertheless, wishing anyone who reads this well.

Been RPing for a nice ten years now at least, with humble beginnings in other, bizarre places (YouTube channels of the early 2010s). Love me some juicy character drama and romance, fond of a bunch of genres like sci-fi, fantasy, and more. Used to do a lot of fandom RPing, though I'll still indulge every now and then depending on the mood.
