Howdy people!
Cygnus here. I'm completely new here and this happens to be my first post! I've been roleplaying for a little over a year now(I know, it seems like a small time compared to others here and I hope to change it) I really like futuristic or modern roleplaying. Before this, I mainly roleplayed warrior cats(I really like the series by Erin Hunter and recommend reading it if you haven't yet).

I joined RPNation because I really like roleplaying. Roleplaying helps me pretend to be a different person than who I really am. It lets me view the world from a different person's shoes. Also, I hope to pick up new words and improve my vocabulary roleplaying.

Besides roleplaying, I like reading(a LOT), listening to music, coding, playing the piano and sketching. I can play basic piano though maybe it'll change soon(though I don't think I'll become Mozart overnight!).

Anyway, now you know me! I'm really looking forward to roleplaying with y'all, see ya' around!

Hail <$Target> -- and if that doesn't tell you how I started my RP history far-too-many years ago, I'm afraid nothing will.
I'm a jaded veteran of dozens of TTRPGs, MMOs and similar.

I've always seen writing as a form of expressive art and shared interest; this tends to give me a different outlook on it from a lot of the people in modern RPGs who tend to see it...differently. So I've come here to try and find some more like-minded people who enjoy multi-faceted stories and well-detailed characters.
You'll have to fogive some sense of cynicism in dealing with me, I'm afraid, but I can promise that somewhere in here I am a creative soul who enjoys making characters and universes. After all, that's why I keep doing it to this day.
 
hello! I go by ban (she/her) and came here from quotev, and honestly, I have yet to know how to work this site. I've been roleplaying for years, I want to say about six years or so, both writing and roleplaying. I'm more interested in original roleplays right now, mainly fantasy, medieval, and horror genres. but I also do fandom roleplays if I know well about the fandom. I'm nineteen, both working and in college, and prefer to roleplay with people over the age of eighteen who also have experience with roleplaying and can write descriptively.
 
hello! i'm dexter (she/her), and like so many others, I'm here from quotev and have no clue how this site works! I've been roleplaying for almost four years now give or take and mainly like to do fandom roleplays but mainly because it's all I've gotten to do. I love original ones with good plot and I'm always willing to try anything tbh. currently in summer but usually i am a three-season athlete and theater kid so i can get busy as I'm also in honors an AP classes. usually my grammar is pretty good except for casual things like this, don't worry lol.
 
Hello, I'm Reverie and I'm a newcomer to this site due to my previous stomping ground becoming defunct. I'm a 26-year-old goofball who almost speaks in memes and I've been roleplaying for over 10 years now. I mostly do anime/manga and game related ones, and I love writing character psychology and really learning about them.
I do a variety of genres, but I love action/psychological elements the most, as well as angst and romantic subplots. I would say supernatural themes are also a heavy fav of mine.
Aside from that I like drawing, writing stories, and smashing my keyboard playing Honkai: Star Rail and losing my mind with Hollow Knight.
I wanted to join as I've heard about this site a few times and thought it'd be cool to try out. I'm new and hopefully get acclimated to the rules and procedures quickly but I'm always learning. I look forward to writing new stories together!

Other fandoms I'm in are Welcome2Hell(YouTube animation), Digital circus, creepypasta (that's all I can remember 💀)

Fandoms, mostly. Tons of fandoms stuff. I've got a ton of anime brain rot I wanna put down and it's the best way of getting it out and working on fanfics and stuff. I can write pretty well I'd say! Just give me a bit to figure out how to navigate and do things. Look forward to hopefully finding folks to write with!

Hi. I'm Suelyn. I've been a member of the family roleplay community for about 20 years. I AM ONLY COMFORTABLE RPing WITH BIOLOGICAL ADULTS 18+.

I am able to provide either male or female adult guardians (parents, sibling-turned-guardian, nanny/house manager, foster parent).

Outside of roleplay I'm married and have four cats. I enjoy musical theater, country music, Harry Potter, and teaching. I am in search of opportunities for realistic, family roleplays.

Can have a discussion regarding memories, focused on processing feelings. NONE of these things should actively happen to or around my character: no adult activity at all, no abusive language (can handle normal sibling spats, however), no intense or persistent physical violence, no drug/alcohol abuse.

Can NOT appear in the roleplay at all: Sexually-oriented nudity, discussion of genitals/breasts in any way, bodily fluids exiting the body in any way

I am ok with regular kid injuries and general patching up only.

I am comfortable parenting ages 7+/characters who have self care skills/ability of at least a 7 year old, even if they're older.

Can provide either a male adult or female adult or both as preferred by participants. Okay with 1-1 wherein there are only 2 people but each have more than one character. Also okay with 2-3 partners who each have at least one character in the family.
