Hullo, I'm Blitz. I'm 20 years old and I have been roleplaying since I was 13; started in Google+ (lol rip) - then moved to Twitter, and now I'm here. This is my first time using forums for roleplaying, so I sincerely apologize if my posts seem simple or low-effort. Though I'm decently fluent in English, my mother language is Spanish so again I apologize in advance for any grammatical error.
To not make this message any longer than it already is, let me say that I'm capable of writing both literate and script style roleplay and that I'm open to hear any proposal you may have for me, so feel free to hit me with a DM! Pleased to be here and my best wishes to my fellow writers.

i am a very anxious person so i think im going to end up reading a lot of threads and never partaking for myself, but would definitly love to tag along when i find the right match! for rp i honestly do anything related to humans. in the past ive done Fallout, Skyrim, and a few homebrew roleplays but havent rped in maybe 5 years! im used to a very short form, nothing compared to the paragraphs a lot of long time rpers do so maybe ill take some notes in the meantime

I've got, say, seven years' experience doing roleplays? Though those were with close friends; roleplaying with people I don't know as well online is super new to me, as I had really bad online social anxiety up until around a year or two ago. That being said, I'm excited to give this a try! I had an RP Nation account a Long time ago, but abandoned it due to aforementioned reasons. When it comes to favorite types of roleplay, I am honestly open to trying whatever! I have a feeling I would enjoy action and horror RPs in particular, since those two are some of my favorite genres in most other forms of media. I have an incredibly long list of OCs and I enjoy making AU versions or new ones for specific things, so I'm sure I could rustle up a pal if need be!

Outside of roleplay, my hobbies and interests include anime, video games (especially gacha , roguelikes, RPGs, and sim games), drawing (for example, I made my pfp!), books (particularly fantasy, horror, and mystery), and movies (especially horror and action)! I am SO obsessed with Batman and the Phantom of the Opera, so if you share my interests, I'd love to have a chat with ya! Scarecrow in particular is my favorite Batman character, I absolutely ADORE him.

I love to do post by post rpg games, mostly just based on well-known Fandoms or people their fantasy. I have no experience with tabletop games or things like DND. Hi! I'm not entirely sure if I'm doing this right since I literally *just* got here but I'll give it a shot.
I'm Magpie/Mags/Maggie. I am 21 and use she/they pronouns. I have been roleplaying for the past eight years (wow!).

What I'm looking for in rp right now is either OC x OC stuff or something set in the DC Universe.
For DC, Stephanie Brown is my muse and I'd love to rp her and other canon characters. I have mainly been roleplaying as her in discord servers, but with that, there's always problems with not being able to claim the character you want or other users not being interested in a ship you want to rp. I joined RPNation because I wanted to find one on one rp.

Preamble about myself: I’m an OC making gremlin, and generally prefer writing female or nonbinary characters. I’m AFAB nonbinary myself, and prefer they/them/theirs pronouns. I’m outgoing and super friendly, so if you think I’m trying to befriend you, I probably am. I live in the US Midwest, CST timezone, if it helps. I work in healthcare. I am able to respond to discord and reddit from work, but I won’t be quick. For partners, anyone is fine. I have a preference for NB people and women, but it’s not a big deal if you’re not.

So, I marathoned Trigun Stampede and am in the process of watching the 1998 anime series. As per my gremlin tendencies, I now have a staff of OCs to work with. Ideally, I’m looking for a Vash the Stampede to RP against OCs. Someone comfortable doubling would be nice! I prefer a paragraph to semi-literate style. Your English doesn’t need to be perfect; I just need to be able to understand you. Activity level doesn’t need to be hyper either, since I assume we all have lives outside of RP to attend to. One post a week would be great. Otherwise, remaining communicative about delays would be preferable.

Storywise, I’m all for long plots with twists and turns that are discussed beforehand. I’m a big sucker for romance but ONLY if there is chemistry and a discussion beforehand. Romance I’m comfortable with is restricted to OC/OC, OC/Canon, F/M and F/F. M/M is not on the menu, sorry. While I’m cool with delving into darker topics (nightmare fuel lover here, HELLO!) I'm wary about certain things and it needs to be discussed before just throwing it in the thread without warning.

Also: Communication. Communication. Communication! I am not a mind reader. I am a talk-it-out kind of person when it comes to disagreements and I try to be flexible. I do not want people expecting me to radar-scan something out of their vague hints and their brain. You need to TELL me things for me to know them. Otherwise, assume I don’t know because it’s probably close to the mark. I am here to build a long-term friendship over shared love of fandom and RP, not to get dragged into petty arguments over miscommunications. Please talk to me with your words, don’t get mad and ghost. I am begging.

Other than Trigun, I do have other fandoms I’m willing to try. Just keep in mind I’m more of an OC gremlin than a canon writer, and I’m more comfortable writing female characters. I prefer to write on discord, not on reddit DMs.

Hallo! Have a friend who adores roleplaying and hearing her exalt the virtues of it all made me want to give it a go a few years back but unfortunately she's busy with real life shenanigans and so now I finally have free time to actually catch up on reading books and watching tv I thought I'd try to get back into roleplaying and venture into the brave new world of RPNation to see what's out there and try new things.

Truthfully not really that experienced, we played around a bit but pretty much just playing around in Fandom or DND settings and making our own corners of those worlds so I'm excited to give things a go on here! Groups and 1x1's both seem like fun options.

And fun fact is my name is the scientific name for Little Penguins as those guys are just the best.
