Hiya! I’m Caylee. I’ve been roleplaying for about 12 years. I am currently 23 and I live in Australia. Finding partners can be tough. Especially when times zones are a big factor. I started with cringey fandom roleplays to slightly less cringey romance and slice of life. I do also enjoy fantasy/adventure also. I like to think that roleplay is collaborative writing with another person and not only is it our story but our personal novel where we can write and vent and use as an escape from the real world. I may be new to this site but I’m defiantly not new to roleplay. Excited to see if we vibe and we can write some awesome stories. Thank you!

Hi there! My nickname/pen name is Sun. I am a woman in her very early 30's and I have been roleplaying for about 16 year. I typically write angsty (slow-burn) romance, with morally swayed and complex characters. I genre's I love are modern, slice-of-life, fantasy, supernatural, and a tiny bit of sci-fi. I am a beautiful writer and am pretty laid back once I am comfortable with a partner. I do tend to be a little shy, until you get to know me.

Hello everyone! I’ve been writing for so long I don’t even remember when I started anymore. Over the years I’ve grown open to more genres and characters, so honestly anything could go! Im currently a university student and joined the site to keep writing because it’s something I enjoy in my free time :)

Two truths and a lie
My favorite coffee creamer is caramel macchiato.
I like sweet and spicy foods.
My favorite candle (scent) is white gardenia.

I have a tendency to lump writing and roleplaying together even though that's not quite right, but roleplaying is a form of writing- and I'll stand by that. I have been writing for some time, though my memory fails when exactly I started, my earliest google doc was from 2015. I had more time back then to write, so I'm mostly off and on nowadays. I had written on another site and between friends. I have had an itch to write with others recently, and after some sweeping found this nation.
I always gravitate to genres and themes of fantasy, 'experiments,' medieval, dragons & creatures. I can find an interest in others as well depending on how it's struck. Currently I'm looking at this 'Familiar Spirits" recruitment thread. 👀✨ I like character building and development, worldbuilding too- but sometimes I just want to dive in and start writing, and if I or we are just building with no in-character movement my interest can decline. At the same time I'm not oblivious to the fact we all have lives, I hope, outside of being on a computer, and most of us, including myself, cannot be on everyday.
Lately I feel like I have no hobbies besides sleeping, but I'm looking into games and places to explore my other interests or see if I can revive old ones (reading, watching shows, movies, other media, art, etc.) 😆. I suppose coffee drinking would be more of a habit?

I don't think I know what white gardenia smells like, I prefer fresh cotton scents, or woody scents, but I'm not opposed to floral candles (one of my favourites is called "wildflower garden" after all). I'm with you on the sleeping and am also trying to return to older hobbies. Hope you enjoy your time on the site (and with New Oasis!)

I'm a student too! It can be hard to juggle writing with schoolwork and my job, but I'm happy that I can make it work! Openness in genres is very valuable here, so I hope you can find a great roleplay to join! welcome to the site!

"can't kelp it"? First post and you already made a pun, that's a bit squidiculous- ok that was a terrible one, sorry. Welcome to the site! As a Splatoon fan I welcome any cephalopod facts you have.

Been here a while but the roleplay that I was a part of died off shortly after we moved it here, and I realized I never actually posted anywhere but there. I have since abandoned that group due to personal differences and have been looking for a new group, large or small, (but preferably more than just one or two people because I'm awful with one on one) to join and RP with. I typically prefer fantasy or modern settings, but for the most part I'm comfortable with almost anything. I've been on and off roleplaying for probably three years now, although most of the early days were physically painful and the epitome of cringe so I try to forget about them.
Outside of RP I'm an artist, albeit not a great one. I drew the character in my pfp and tend to sketch all of my rp characters rather than find faceclaims because it helps me feel more personally attatched to them hehe. Other than that I play a lot of video games, with some of my favorites being Fire Emblem (Blue Lions gang btw), Splatoon, and World of Warcraft. I play a fair bit of Smash (Ultimate and Melee) too but tend to avoid that one because as a whole I'm not a large fan of the community outside of local tournaments and friendlies.
I doubt I'll get too much attention here, but if anyone is looking for more for their group feel free to reach out to me. I need some new friends.
