Hello everyone! I go by Rita, or Imp if you like! I'm big into roleplaying and have been looking for a new place to do it! This one seems pretty solid, so I thought I'd throw my horned hat in and see what comes! So, hello!
I've been roleplaying for a few years now, including MMOs, forums, and even tabletops! I love writing stories, and doing it with others is always a treat! As you can probably guess by my avatar, my favorites are magic and fantasy stories! I also enjoy a good scifi experience, exploring a wide open galaxy. Either way, I hope to meet good friends and writing partners here, and I look forward to playing with you all!

My name on the site is Oops, I suppose it is fitting as I am quite the scatterbrained person (seeing as I created this a little while ago and forgot about it). I will be doing private 1 on 1 RP threads, but I am open to anyone and everyone approaching me with any questions or curiosities they may have. I've been doing quote-on-quote advanced and intensive RP for oh maybe 4 years or so now in varying categories. That's about all from me, cheers!
 
heeyyy I'm doors/juno >:3 I've been roleplaying for as long as I've had internet access on places like Roblox, Animal Jam, and Amino (eugh) and over the years moved to placed like Discord and forum websites!
I've hit a roadblock trying to find roleplays for the media I'm interested in, so I've decided to move to some new, larger sites to hopefully find some!! I'm incredibly flexible when it comes to literacy, plot, etc., although I comfortably write semi-literate and can frequently range from 4 lines to 4 paragraphs, tending to stick to that range, although I always try to mirror my partner the best that I can!

Hello! Honestly, I’m not really accustomed to these sort of sites so I apologize if it takes me a moment to adjust, but I‘ve been writing and roleplaying since I was rather young, and I intend to continue doing so. I enjoy rps with characters from varying games and animes I enjoy, and I also am open to using my personal ocs to interact with others. I am a fan of dark themes/genres, such as dystopian, horror, angst, etc. Though, don’ get me wrong, I can’t say I dislike fluff and more lighthearted themes. I think a balance is truly where the best rp lies (yeah, that sounded pretty corny, lol). Outside of rp, I enjoy drawing, writing, reading, and listening to music. I decided to join because I’ve been looking for an online site to roleplay with others, but this has been difficult for me, so I’m attempting this website. Just for fun, I’ll throw in a two truths and a lie :).

I have a fair amount of experience with roleplay and been doing it for a while. A year or so. The interests I have in roleplay are varied. I am good with most genres, although I lean towards sci-fi or fantasy. A hobby I am recently undertaking is learning a new language! I decided to finally join RPNation after a little initial hesitation because I have not written in so long.

I have a pet cat. Her name is Casey. She is adorable but hyperactive!

Two truths and a lie. Let's try a food theme. My favorite snack is mac'n'cheese. I love tomatoes. And I tolerate the existence of avocados.
 
my self here? I’m not so sure since i am new, but hopefully I am writing my introduction in the correct area. Anyways, I have been Roleplaying for a couple of years. I first started out on the Amino app, however due to toxic communities and the risk of my safety; I left. I longed for a Roleplaying community and I happened to stumble upon this site and decided to give it a try. I’m a young artist, and love fantasy role plays. Ironically, i find them fascinating. And I previously mentioned a hobby outside of roleplaying, art. I love the arts! I draw and sing, although I’m not the best I still try. I know many of you are rolling your eyes over how much i follow the simple, by the book instructions, but I have to start somewhere. If you read all of this, thank you! I hope I can become a great member of this community, and a great role player while doing so. So see you soon!

Been here a while but the roleplay that I was a part of died off shortly after we moved it here, and I realized I never actually posted anywhere but there. I have since abandoned that group due to personal differences and have been looking for a new group, large or small, (but preferably more than just one or two people because I'm awful with one on one) to join and RP with. I typically prefer fantasy or modern settings, but for the most part I'm comfortable with almost anything. I've been on and off roleplaying for probably three years now, although most of the early days were physically painful and the epitome of cringe so I try to forget about them.
Outside of RP I'm an artist, albeit not a great one. I drew the character in my pfp and tend to sketch all of my rp characters rather than find faceclaims because it helps me feel more personally attatched to them hehe. Other than that I play a lot of video games, with some of my favorites being Fire Emblem (Blue Lions gang btw), Splatoon, and World of Warcraft. I play a fair bit of Smash (Ultimate and Melee) too but tend to avoid that one because as a whole I'm not a large fan of the community outside of local tournaments and friendlies.
I doubt I'll get too much attention here, but if anyone is looking for more for their group feel free to reach out to me. I need some new friends.

Hey! My name's Rinnie and I love reading, writing, daydreaming, and beauty. I used to roleplay a lot a few years back, and am just now getting back into it. I'm a student but I won't disclose my age for personal reasons.

I love any academic setting roleplay (think: British boarding schools, prestigious colleges, secret societies, and a thirst for knowledge), as well as fantasy settings. One of the best fantasy settings, in my opinion, is Leigh Bardugo's Grishaverse. Just such good vibes and so many different character opportunities. I also really, really, really like Greek Mythology, an interest that was born out of a pre-pubescent discovery of Rick Riordan's Percy Jackson series that never died. So, if these match up with you, hmu :)

I typically only participate in group RPs and very rarely do 1-on-1s. The bigger the group, the better in my opinion, as it keeps more active and interesting! Ideally to me a roleplay would have at least 5 people to create a tight group, and around 15 for more diverse plotlines.

Also, a pet peeve: I hate it when roleplayers insist on only writing extremely long paragraphs at a time. I find it impossible to keep the flow or any sort of dialogue with that kind of style. Long messages are good, but there's a time for everything...

I've been RPing for a decade now. I started back on Flipnote Hatena on the DSi when I was in high school, and eventually ended up on Tumblr. Now I'm a twenty-something teacher looking to get back into the hobby while on summer break.

Style-wise, I like paragraph writing. I prefer 1 on 1 rp and enjoy fantasy and slice-of-life genres. I used to do some fandom roleplay but have transitioned to majority stand-alone oc based content.

In my free time, I enjoy cooking and crocheting and spend my time filling my home with tiny dinosaurs, llamas, and rabbits. I watch some Anime and spend a fair bit of time on youtube. I also enjoy video games. Some favorites are Fallout, RDR2, Legend of Zelda, and Nier: Automata.

I will do my best to mind the culture of this site and I hope to get along well with all potential partners. For the next couple of months, my availability will be quite extensive. Once school starts up again I will have to cut back significantly. I hope I can make use of time while I have it. Cheers!

Hello! New to RP Nation, but not to RPing!

You can call me Twisted. I'm 30 years old and have been RPing for about two decades now. I think I started when I was around 12? Or something like that on GaiaOnline or Neopets, but I've been writing ever since, as it was how I learned English. I'm not sure of the labels that people use, but I suppose that I'm a literate to advanced literate style roleplayer, and have been looking for more roleplay partners. I've bounced around different platforms and am just trying to find somewhere that consistently has active RPers who can scratch that itch!

My current craving and obsession is Drarry Harry Potter RPs, so I'm on the hunt for a Harry! I'm excited to start a thread here for it and enjoy a long-term RP with somebody with this pairing and write exciting plotlines! I only do 1x1 RPs as that's easiest for me, because my timezone is GMT +9, and group RPs just haven't ever really done it for me the way that 1x1 have, though I spent many years trying.

I used to do super casual text-based RPs on Amino and Transformice about 6 or 7 years back, but had to migrate after most of my friends moved away or became inactive. Open to any sort of RP although I mainly did ye olde medieval fantasy. Hope to see you around and looking forward to roleplaying with y'all!
 
Hi, I usually go by whatever my online handle is at the time, and however you want to shorten it is fine. I've roleplayed on-off for the better course of 5 or 6 years now but only started to get any amount of serious about it 3 years ago, and I've been consistently trying to improve and find better places.

Despite how long I've been doing this, I've never actually ventured into forum RP before so this is a new experience for me. I like to think I prefer fandom-based roleplay, though completely OC content can interest me if I like the concept. Prose / Paragraph Writing is kind-of my thing though sometimes I accidentally slip into purple prose, which I don't think is inherently bad in roleplay scenarios. I like to think I'm open to 1 x 1 and Group RP, though I've had little experience with a proper 1-on-1.

Fantasy stuff will always be interesting to me for roleplay, though I don't have a particular list of favourites. Xenoblade Chronicles and Ace Attorney are my absolute favourite series' of all time, but I don't tend to limit myself to just those fandoms. My english teacher said I'd go very far in writing, so I'm trying to do just that!
 
mechanicalmania is going to be my moniker here, but I've got a handful of other nicknames and a habit of picking up new ones that I'll probably end up scattering around my signature or RPs I join here. I've been RPing for over a decade across a bunch of mediums (certainly increasing with quality as time went on), but doing things on places like discord and forums has held a special place in my heart for the ability to automatically archive everything that's sent-

I've got a wide range of interests when it comes to genres and characters without anything specifically calling to me. If something sticks out as giving me an interesting slice of world-building or an aspect to explore with a character, it can hook me in to the point it's all I think about for a few days before I settle down with a few concepts to expand on. Doubly so if I can think up some creative, setting based puns. I do, however, have an extreme bias in wanting to play robots, conmen, and bizarrely straitlaced character archetypes.

I'm a culinary grad, so enjoying cooking comes naturally. I've got a heavy interest in pixel art, although I'm trying to expand towards more traditional digital art as well. I'm also a huge fan of VG osts, as well as western themed songs.
 
Unsure If I'm doing this correctly, but howdy! I'm Wanderer, usually go by Wan for a nickname.

I've done Rp for about 5-6 years, give or take, and have always been serious about it. Although I wouldn't count myself as 'extremely' serious, I'm laid back, not a stickler for details, but don't mistake that for a lack of passion in what I type. I typically go for about 1-3 descriptive paragraphs when I can. I'm trying to get better at describing more intricate details, perhaps better use of commas, and uncommon synonyms.

With that boring stuff out of the way, most of my roleplay experience comes from original characters, despite having started fandom RP; namely Undertale. That's what got me into Rp, actually lmao. Though It's embarrasing to admittt.

Overall... I'm new to forums! Never used 'em before! My messages are always open to chat.
