Well, I haven't been here in a while and the fact I had to make a new account (since I forgot my password to the old one) is a lot. I'm not new to Rp and I guess not being here for years would sorta make me new ig. I used to Roleplay on Msn Inuyasha Roleplaying until that got taken down. Then I was on other forum rps, and RoleplayGateway, Myspace (before their shitty update) now I've been mostly roleplaying via Discord.

Favorite types of Rp would depend on if I'm interested in the plot. Genres I typically like are Slice-of-Life, Fantasy, Drama, romance, supernatural, sci-fi, horror to name a few.

As it seems with everyone else, I'm new to the site! :) Been roleplaying for well over a decade and a half at this point in other places...Man, I'm getting old. 👵 I recently took an almost year-long hiatus due to personal happenings and am trying to break back into my writing. I've grown to miss it, so here I am! Primarily I focus on personal, 1:1 writing in originally created worlds. I hope to find some great folks here to share my love for storytelling!

Hi! I am Hero and I have been roleplaying online for a hot minute. I have a bunch varying fandoms I like to rp for. Completely OC rps are harder for me
 
Hello, everyone. My name is Steve and I am pretty stoked I found this place. I have roleplayed for quite some time, even starting my own forum over a decade ago (it's been long since removed from the web sadly) which funnily enough shared a name with this very site. I actually started back around 2007 on the old Vampirefreaks site, before moving to and becoming an admin on a friend's forum, and then eventually starting my own before returning to vf. I've been out of the hobby for four to five years now, but I have had story ideas bubbling in my head as well as an urge to reformat and try to restart older story ideas and to take them down a much less risque' path.

Outside of roleplay, I have a few hobbies. I have rekindled my love of books and as long as the book can grab my attention with theming and the life, I'll eat it up. Comics are one of my loves and Dark Nights Metal and Death Metal really swung my love of comics back into high gear. I love music, but I am pretty picky about what I listen to, generally rock, punk, and metal, but I can give anything a shot....except country (stereotypical country, mind you). I love gaming in many different senses of the word. I enjoy video games, but I really only play Sony and Nintendo stuff due to getting disappointed by Microsoft outings. I do enjoy TTRPGs, but I have only had four sessions, and the last was around a decade ago. My gaming love now is board/table games such as Villainous, deck building games by Cryptozoic, Power Rangers: Heroes of the Grid, Mixtape Massacre, King of Tokyo, etc., but I'll happily give anything a try. I do enjoy trading card games, but I am currently on a self imposed hiatus from them.

I recently had been rereading old emails from vf that had rp responses and I had been missing my old partner in crime, but never found out her real name. Since the site as a meeting place/message board/ facebook's dark edgy cousin closed down and became an apparel store and deletion of my old account, I had lost all contact with them. Rereading the messages started bring back old memories of coming up with responses and trying to think of cool yet fun ways my self and others created a story together had me start looking and I discovered this place. I'm glad I found it.

Let's see.......two truths one lie......ok:

I have been to several concerts, including Ozzfest

Hey, the name's Ezekiel (Zeke is fine too). It's nice to meet you guys!
I've been roleplaying for years but am honestly out of practice. I used to be on a minors-only RP website before aging out of it. Ever since then, I've been in a bit of a rut and unable to find a new place to call home. Although this website is a bit daunting for a pair of new eyes, you guys all seem very nice and engaged. I hope I'll be able to continue where I left off here!
I prefer original stories, as the fandoms I'm in tend to differ from the fandoms everyone else was in. I'm open to all kinds of tropes and settings and have had a wide range of experiences in the past. I've always been very engaged and post frequently in small RPs but get overwhelmed in large groups. I'll make a recruitment post later in a few hours, but until then, have a great day!

Hi, i'm Milkman. I've been roleplaying since my highschool days and that has been like two decades ago. I'm kinda old but I still love to roleplay to unwind from all the adult stuff. I've done lots of Dungeons & Dragons and play by post roleplays throughout the years. Some years I'm more active as others. Some of the genres I like are fantasy, science-fiction, slice of life, detective and Nation roleplays. I've also done a fair share of fandom ones, mostly Anime based and Avatar the Last Airbender stuff. However these days i'm not that into anime anymore.

Just joined and I'm excited to see what happens!

I've been role playing since I was 14 and used the Yahoo! Chat feature when they had it. It was the easiest way to find like minded people to role play with. I love it because it opens doors to places I will only ever visit in writing.

When I'm not role playing, I love to game, read, watch funny YouTube videos, and garden when the weather is nice.
