Hey, I'm Jasper. New person here. Roleplayed for a good 5 years, last on a now defunct site called "Role Player's Guild" (not to be confused with role player guild, which is still alive and healthy.) There's more to know about me in my about section on my profile, or you can just strike up a chat and ask for more details.
 
This is my first time on a forum, so I guess I'll just copy what everybody else is doing. Hi! I'm wyvernheart, and I'm looking for some escapism from my real life in the form of the sacred art that is Roleplaying. I'm mostly interested in doing group roleplays, though I have no real preference on genre or on canons/OCs.

I'm just looking for something to occupy myself with, really. Hopefully I can practice my writing and even have some fun along the way! Glad to be here.
 
Hello... Just trying to meet the criteria😅:bishiesparklesl: Call me Alor... I'm new to forums. So I'm trying to get the hang of things. I'm 24 and I prefer to only RP with other people who are over the age of 18+. With that being said I keep my stories clean. I've been rping since 2009, 2010? Really long time. I consider myself advanced or novella (but lazy 😂). I am a huge sucker for romance plots (preferably GxG pairing) and I LOVE historical ideas. I am more into realistic rps too. Um... I don't know what else to put. So that is all.

For the sake of everything, I'm just going to answer the prompts cause I'm bad at introducing myself.

- Your experience with roleplay and how long you have been roleplaying?

I've been rping now for about 14-15 years. I have done both group RPs and onexone. For group rps, I prefer to keep it in smaller groups of no more then three or four people or else I tend to get confused about who's turn it is or worried about leaving someone out. I like creating worlds and stories with other people. Creating connections between characters and plot lines.

- What interests you have within roleplay, such as genre or settings?

Mostly fantasy based rps. I have a lot of worlds I created myself. But I live by the rules of Kingdom Hearts; all worlds are connected. It's always so much fun.

Vampires, werewolves, mutants, super heros and villians... mixing of genras and stories (like I have a Harry Potter/Orion Highschool Hostclub world)... I love playing with ideas and worlds and magics.

- What interests you have outside of roleplay; such as a hobby?

My first love is writing but I like to do a lot of different arts. I draw, crochet, sew, make crafts, make jewelry... I'm learning how to use gouache and posca markers. I'm currently looking into trying new hobbies.

- Why you decided to join RpNation?

My long term RP partner of 10 years has decided to cut our RP off due to personal reasons. Looking to find a new partner and hopefully make some new friends.

I've had a lot of long term partners come and go. I just want to have fun while it lasts and create stories and worlds and magic with someone else.

- Write about your pet (if you have one).

I have a bunny baby named Billie who is a brat and I love her more then anything. She is our baby girl and she loves snuggles and face pets.

Hello everyone! Really excited to start using this site and hopefully to make a few friends! I've been roleplaying since I was in grade 4, so for about 10 years now! I'm typically more fond of semi lit to lit roleplays in terms of length of reply, but I'm never going to give a one liner as I prefer to write at least a paragraph usually. I'm very into fantasy and post apocalyptic roleplays! I'm looking forward to meeting everyone!!

Hello all!
I'm new here, but not so new to roleplaying in this style. Just a little rusty. I used to roleplay at Feralfront 10 years ago or so, and really really loved it. I'm looking forward to adding my own twist to your stories, and hopefully can make some wonderful memories. Yes, this is my cat as my profile picture. His name is Goliath. I have 6 cats and some other pets. I love reading, anime, videogames and tv/movie's in general. Once I get back into the swing of things I hope to add some wonderful roleplay worlds for us to explore in. :) I primarily like fantasy, horror, survival, and supernatural genera's.

Hi cuties! I go by Val and I used to be an avid roleplayer but stopped in 2019 or just became really inactive. I'm trying to get back in the flow of things, but I generally write 1 or 2 paragraphs per post. Main genres I rp are fantasy, sci-fi, adventure, post-apocalyptic or historical, but I'm down for anything tbh! Hmu if you have any plots in mind. I'm looking forward to making new friends here! Hello. I'm Fawkes. I use to roleplay a lot when I was in high school, but then I just stopped. I play DND now, and I figured this might help me out. Almost any rp is fine with me, so long as intention is stated before hand. I am a cosplayer, a DND player, and aspiring DM. I also read a lot. I joined rpnation a long time ago, but there were a few toxic people that I roleplayed with, that just kind of ruined everything for me, for a long time. I have a cat. Not much else to say about that.
Um, two truths and a lie huh? Well alright.
1) I weave scalemaille.
2) I have published 2 poems.
3) I am terrified of heights.

That sentence alone must tell something about me, and I believe that there must be some particular response to it. I, like some others, am a newbie to this site, but not for roleplaying. I haven't yet explored every nook and cranny of this site, but I think I'll do it eventually.

Hello there, lovely folks!

I'm The Star, but I respond to Sage as well. A little about me is that I'm twenty-three years old, genderfluid (any pronouns are A-OK), and have been Roleplaying for about twelve years now. I've been back and forth between Roleplaying sites for some time now, including this one, though I disappeared on my old account sometime last March because of coronavirus blues. Instead of trying to resurrect activity on my old account, I figured that I'd just start over with a new aesthetic. I'm not really sure what exactly I'm looking for yet, but I think I'm most interested in dabbling with fandoms at the moment. I'm a bit burnt out of original Roleplays and I'm tired of writing them up only for them to die, lol.

Some more about me is that I currently reside in the American south though I'm from Bahsten (Boston) which is why my veins are cold as ice and I used to maneuver through hordes of wild turkeys to get to class. My interests include watching video essays, disappointing my family, reading too much fanfiction, and playing 2D anime fighting games. I love discovering new music, streamers, and YouTubers on the daily, so please feel free to recommend any of those to me (I'd love to do the same if given the opportunity too)! I'm also a total weaboo, but the only anime I'm really into anymore is Bungo Stray Dogs, Darling in The FranXX, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, and on a good day, RWBY. Those (along with Fire Emblem and Pokémon) are actually probably what I'm going to be looking to write sometime soon™ because it's a lot easier and less time consuming than writing solo fanfiction.

Not sure what else to add, so here's a game of two truths and one lie!
  1. I've been under Niagara Falls twice.
  2. I did ghost hunting in high school.
  3. I did urban exploring in college.
Feel free to guess which is the lie and I'll let you know if you got it!

I think that's about it for me, though, umm. . Yeah. I can't really think of anything to add, but if I seem like someone you want to write with or just be friends with, then feel free to drop me a DM. As long as I'm around, I'd be more than happy to talk! I'm a bit of an extrovert and I love attention anyway so don't be shy! That's it for me. Alright, here we go, round three,
Judging by your description mentioning wild turkeys and how specific the point is, you probably have done urban exploring in college. Ghost Hunting in high school also sounds fairly probable as an extension of goofing around outside, but by the way you underlined under Niagra Falls? I think number 1 is the lie, how's my sleuthing?

Spot on. Your deduction is excellent and I hardly ever come across anyone who states their reasoning. Under is underlined because I've been to Niagara Falls twice, but opted out for riding on the boat during my second trip. It turns out that I'm pretty easily seasick, lol. Water isn't that interesting to me anyway — though I do recommend anyone who visits to try it at least once.
