Hello all. I am new to this site, but I have been roleplaying for 10+ years. Currently doing so on Conan Exiles, but I am really itching to get back into forum based RP.
 
Heyo, my name is Jack! My username means 'Space' in Russian, if anyone is wondering. I've been roleplaying for a long, long time. Probably five or six years, so I definitely have some experience! I prefer to be lit or semi-lit, and like to be as detailed as possible in an Rp. I like a number of genres and topics, so DM me if you're interested in doing a roleplay. I hope to see you all soon!

  • What interests you have outside of roleplay; such as a hobby.
  • Why you decided to join RpNation.
  • Write about your pet (if you have one).
  • Or for something silly, two truths and a lie.

You can use those prompts or just introduce yourself as you wish to the community.

While we are happy to have this thread help you meet and make new friends, please remember this isn't the spot to converse about roleplays, in-depth conversations, or taking over the thread with ongoing chit-chat. ;3

I've been rping for 8 years now, I like crime based roleplays, or fantasy based. I'm a pretty descriptive roleplayer, and don't do script.

The past few years roleplay partners have been few n far between and I've been lookin for a new website to use n I came across this'un!
I'm big into homestuck and warrior cats roleplays right now, but I ain't put off by nonfandom rps! I don't particularly have a likin for roleplayin canon characters, just hard for me to get into em I s'pose. So! I just joined today and I can't wait to get ta meet ya'll!

Heyo, I'm not sure where to start but I go by Oddity. I wanted to join to see if anyone could RP with and critique me so i can learn a little more. I'm trying to expand 4 of my OCs stories and they are all a family in the Monster Hunter World Universe. However I can make up a new character if required by the rp. If you could critique my character building (backstory) that would help me and hopefully help me understand how to write for anyone.
 
Hello! I'm Ryu. I've been roleplaying on and off for a little over a year now. I'm Asian and english is not my main language so I sometimes fucked up in term of grammar and vocabs. It's better most of the day but when you just went through a day finishing two essay homework, having a group project where you waited for your partners long enough to make grass grow under your feet, and taking a part-time job until late at night, I don't think grammar, spelling and sht like that would even cross your mind. So yeah, I just had a rare time where the teachers decided to be kind enough to only give out small and easy assignments lately. I thought it would be good to enjoy my time a little and got back in roleplaying, see if my writing skill still suck or not.

LittleStarRyu LittleStarRyu Yoyoo Ryu, welcome! As someone who's also not a native English speaker, I feel your pain LMAO. Personally, I've found that grammar.ly is very helpful in catching onto mistakes here and there, so I definitely recommend that if you're looking to strengthen your English skills.
