Aww man, been a long time since I've posted one of these!

My name is Ozzy (he/they), and I'm The Sugar Plum Prince. I'm 31 now and started roleplaying when I was 17 on sites like Yaoi Nightmares (if anyone remembers that lol).

What got me into roleplay was basically me realizing I'd always been a roleplayer. As a kid, I used to play a lot of pretend games and constantly created characters in my head. When I was 14, I developed a passion for writing, and everything grew from there.

IRL happened and I lost touch with writing and why it made--and still makes--me so happy. I absolutely love world-building, especially the kind that emerges as a longer RP unfolds. I've written books, none published yet, but it's on my bucket list. I also want to get back into writing fanfics.

My specialty is fantasy, and that can be anything. I've done high fantasy plots, paranormal/supernatural, mythology, cyberpunk, and so on. My characters have various identities and backgrounds. Most of them are queer.

I write a lot and always have lol. You can expect at least two paragraphs from me, starting off, then much more as I get immersed.

I do write slow, so the longer my replies are, the longer it takes me. Say I write 5 paragraphs, that could take 20 minutes to an hour, depending on how detailed I'm trying to be.

I also can go AFK sometimes, and because of AuDHD, my sense of time perception makes me unable to tell how long IRL tasks take (besides something set in stone, like job shifts). That said, I usually give a quick "brb", and if you message me off RP Nation, I can send quick messages that way too about my updates.

Nonetheless, I always reply! I value communication with my RP partners, and I value feeling at least somewhat connected to them in general. The more fun we have, talking and messaging and hanging out, the more inspired I get with my replies.

My goal in joining this site is to find RP partners and just writing friends in general. In my free time, I'm working on publishing the first episode of a podcast I'm recording with my roommate. I love chilling in hot tubs and pools to de-stress. Some of my favorite things to watch are Supernatural, Death Note, Fruits Basket. My all-time favorite show is Yu-Gi-Oh! the first series. It's dear to my heart.

I don't read as much as I'd like to, but currently I have the first book of Cinder (The Luna Chronicles) by Marissa Meyer checked out from the library.

Aside from world-building, my hyperfixations center around chaos magick, astrology, and tarot. I'm an aspiring shaman, and one of my many end-goals is to settle on my own goat farm in Costa Rica.

Most of the rp forums I used are defunct now (RIP MSPARP & Google+) and I find discord pretty hit-or-miss, especially since I only want adult partners! I'm a literate rper, though can go up to novella-length if my partner is inclined, and I'm deeply fond of writing queer stories.

My current fandoms are Homestuck, Creepypasta, Warrior Cats, FNAF, TMNT, and Arcane (because god did that ending knock the wind out of me). If it was popular for middle schoolers sometime in the 2010s, I'm probably deeply and autistically in love with it. Im a very literate writer and my response length varies on where I am and my responding. So for example, My starter can be long and then as Im in school in a class it can shorten to two paragraphs and 4 lines.
