With my character, I have such a deep backstory, that sometimes I forget everything, so maybe having one place to write down her history, pre-apocalypse, post-apocalypse, and start of the RP through the current story. This way, I, and anyone else who wanted to do this, could go back and check on their character's history for stuff if they needed it. I don't know. I just feel like my character has so much backstory that I need a place to reference it sometimes. Lol
