Probably best to do like a pre post so perhaps something about your char and how they cane to meet the group and what they have done since the apocalypse started kind of thing so everyone can get a feel for them and then you need to see who you wanna interact with and go from there. Have a look at the first few posts from afterthought time skip to see how everyone put there chars in play
