Name: Dante Williams
Age: 22
Height: 6'3"
Weapons: A serrated-edged machete that he totally didn't steal from his neighbor's attic, a Glock he looted off of a dead zombie cop, and a sawed off shotgun he found in the back of a brokedown pick-up truck. He takes good care of the machete - it got him through a buncha hard times, and the sawed off is as clean as it's gonna get. A Mechanical Engineering major before the world went to shit, Dante is pretty damn good with fortification and making dangerous stuff on the fly, so he has a few nail and pipe bombs packed in his backpack.
Items: The essentials he managed to scavenge up - some canned food, bottles of water, stuff like that. He's a pretty healthy guy, so he needs a good amount of food to keep it up - so he hordes whatever kind of protein he can find. He drives a dusty, beat-up 2018 Chevrolet Camaro - a vehicle he calls 'Ol Dusty'. She has seen much better days, that's for sure. The grill is fortified with some metal spikes, perfect for railing down the dead. The trunk has some more necessary stuff he managed to scrounge up - a gas canister he refills as much as possible, some speakers that still works hella well, and a duffelbag filled with miscellaneous crap he randomly picked up.
Personality/Bio: A very down to earth and straightforward type of guy, Dante grew up in a pretty rough neighborhood - so he's definitely not one for taking crap lying down. When the zombies got up and started eating faces, he was one of the first ones to drive back home to check on his family, seeing as he was staying on campus for his senior year of college. Inwardly kind, loyal, and protective, Dante is more than willing to kill and die for his close friends and family - although, that isn't to say that he's some superhero. If it was a choice between the life of a friend and the life of a stranger, he'd be willing to let the stranger die, even though he'd feel shitty afterwards. He has a very quick mind, and succeeds best when he can put his hands on stuff and feel out the situation eye-to-eye. One thing to note is his casual and blunt sense of humor. He has a natural confidence, which, combined with his sharp wit and general fearlessness, makes for a guy with jokes to spare. He prefers grinning and laughing to somber silence and depression, so as long as he can lift the mood, Dante has no problems cracking jokes and roasts.
One thing to note is that he doesn't pull his punches, both in friendly spars and actual fights and arguments. He's a free thinker, and stubborn to a fault.
Family: Martha Williams - Deceased years ago. Never knew his father. Does have an Uncle and Aunt he's very close to - he left them out in the country a while ago, since they seemed to have a pretty good settlement going on. He didn't like the feel of it, though.

Fortified umbrella - Started as a basic umbrella, but has been stitched up and mended repeatedly to thicken it. This is mostly used to help him when he is holding something closed, or as way push zombies back in a narrow hallway. Is also nice for a makeshift bat to avoid bites.
2 revolvers - Originally he only had one, but the original owner no longer needed it. He keeps both loaded so if needed he could pull out the second to cut down on reloading time.

A sturdy backpack that carries most of his items
- A basic sewing kit + scissors
- Some rags and articles of clothes (just two sets)
-First aid kit
-Ammunition (at least 10 clips worth that he is being very stingy with now)
-A water canteen
-Three empty beer bottles
-A sports water bottle filled with gasoline (a crude label on it as well to remind him that it isn't filled with water)

Luffers, a baby toy of Edien's that he had passed down to Dae when she was younger. Now Luffers is his again. It's one of the few things Edien gets emotional about and is his main source of comfort . . . its kind of embarrassing so he hides it for himself

Personality:
Eiden is a realist who is able to suppress emotional impulses to make decisions. He is able to put on a brave face in dire situations, and hide his feelings as well as his intentions. He understands his own limitations and makes up for them with his resourceful nature. Eiden prefers leadership roles, but has a habit of going off on his own.
Even if he doesn't show it much, Eiden does care about people who are loyal to him (fuck enemies though), and even if he would be the first one to shoot someone down if they were bitten, he would also be the first one to sacrifice his own rations for others.
Still, he comes off as a heartless jerk even though the decisions he makes often hurt him just as much as those around him if not more.
Biography:
Eiden lived in a fairly eccentric family growing up, his father being the main cause of the strangeness but when he was younger it was pretty mild. Around the time he was 10, his father's behaviors became a bit more erratic, his hobby of preparing for an Apocalypse now being forced onto the family. Their outings consisted of gun training, survivalist camp (hosted by his dad of curse), and Home Depot . . . To get materials for the end of the world bunker they built instead of a treehouse. Their mother, who wasn't into that sort of stuff and could see how her former lover was starting to derail from reality had put her foot down.
Edien's mother forced her husband to get some medical help, and ended up moving them to the city. Things got a little better, both Eiden and his younger sister (Dae) were now able to live a normal life with the exception of visiting the gun range constantly. His father was very persistent on trying to get Edien and Dae into his Apocalyptic training behind their busy mother's back, and Edien would constantly argue with him on it since his paranoid nature scared Dae.
When Eiden was getting ready for college, his parents were getting a divorce. He ended up canceling his plans and staying by to watch over Dae while the whole ordeal was going through . . . Then the zombies happened.
It was pretty hard to believe, but all of his father's crazy antics actually paid off and they were able to bunker down despite being in the city. Even had a small garden, but since it was a city they had little room to grow so they weren't exactly living luxurious. Things were mostly fine, until their dad ran out of his medication (or stopped taking it, Edien doesn't know for sure). That's when things got a bit more erratic. No one knew what was worse, the zombies that were ending humanity, or their ticking timebomb of a father.
That bomb eventually went off, and that's how their mother died. Edien knew staying would probably mean they would all be killed at some point, even though his dad kept insisting it was all for them. So when the time was right, he grabbed as much as he could and left with Dae.
Family:
Sayo Young (Mother) - Sayo was a successful business lady who was the family's main support. She made the mistake of marrying Simon, and when she was finally going to get her kids away from their derailed father, they ended up being stuck with him until her bitter end. Deceased
Simon Parker (Father) - An extremist when it comes to the Apocalypse, caught up in conspiracies and preparations he had started to go off into the deep end. His hobbies became an issue when the hobbies became family rituals that he forced on his children. When it all came true, he was ready . . . but no matter how much he prepared for the horrors outside, nothing could save him from himself. After shooting his wife, he lost his children. Current Status Unknown
Dae Parker (Younger Sister) - Dae was Edien's almost 12 year old sister. The two were extremely close, relying on each other to get through their father's erratic behaviors since their mother was usually too busy with work to protect them. Edien would never leave her behind, and when ditching their father, he took her with him, sure that he could protect her . . . . Deceased

2019. The world is overrun by zombies, basically. We take place in a deserted city, avoid of life save of our characters and, of course, the infected. The history will be included in the actual roleplay, but basically we cured cancer- and created something worse in the process.
