The people of this world live in cities covered by thirty-seven-thousand-foot high domes that once protected people from the radiation that once poisoned the earth. These domes start on sixteen-foot thick, thirty-three-foot high, solid stone walls that keep out the ironically named radiant creatures - many of which are a little more than territorial. Connecting the cities are very tough, tank-like trains which transport goods and people. Thanks to the radiants, this is still very dangerous, even with the durability of the trains.
Our stories start in Zang, the third largest city in the world, populated by more than ten million people. Right in the center of this city is the governing office, a fancy looking mansion where the city's governor lives and works. However, the more note worthy place is the skyscraper a couple blocks away: the headquarters of Led Corp. They are constantly practicing secret, however unfortunately government approved experiments on a variety of subjects and sadly control the economy.

You are a mutant. An abnormal. A freak, but a powerful one. You were either experimented on at birth, wiped of your horrific memories, and planted in society to grow into a seemingly normal human until the day comes when you accidentally discover what you are; or, you are quietly sleeping in a vat of mineral and vitamin infused liquid thick enough to suspend you with nothing but an oxygen mask. The Led Corp. scientists will make the mistake of leaving the subjects with a clumsy intern. You will be free.
Okay sorry if that sounds kinda lame, but this is basically another super mutant rp thing with a new setting .u.
And yeah I couldn't quite decide if this was realistic or fantasy, so I put it here because post-apocalyptic stuff...
I need at least six people to be interested to make this a thing.
