Axel darn-near growled as his field was torn asunder by that dragon, watching as his Pendulum scales and his Susanowo popped into digital shards and scattered about the field. He grit his teeth and would’ve clenched his fists had he not already attached them in a vice grip to his duel runner’s handlebars.

“That was a mistake,” Axel warned.​

"No, the mistake was you summoning that guy forgetting I always have a way around impossible odds. Now go Kite Drake, attack with Hi-Speed Whirlwind!"

Kite Drake flew into the air before dive bombing towards Axel and his duel runner.

Axel groaned as the monster struck him dead on, taking 3000 of his life points as it did. His runner began to spin as he fought for control. He had lost his single speed counter as Yukari passed him, but once he regained control he was right back in the game as he sped forward.

After she relinquished her turn, Axel laid two fingers atop his deck and drew, his speed counters reaching 3. He looked at what he drew, a glimmer of hope returning to him as he did.

“I lay one monster in facedown defense mode and end my turn,” he announced as he revved back up.

Akane stared into Hikari's almost-frightened expression, her own expression softening to only a slightly threatening grin, as opposed to some sort of psychotic smile. Was this girl even the same one that utterly crushed a bully with only 100 life points to spare? "I would ask for a duel..." Akane mused quietly, examining Hikari top to bottom. "Are you really the Blue-Eyes user from just then? You're awfully... reserved for somebody who kicked an opponent into the floor in the blink of an eye." Did she get the wrong person?

No, the girl from earlier definitely was the one Akane was staring down right now. But she was brimming with so much more confidence earlier? Where had it all vanished to? Did the girl have some sort of split personality? From what Akane had seen, that wasn't exactly very rare among some duelists. Some take a complete 180 in personality when engaged in a duel, was this girl a similar case?

You mean, Rintarro wasn't going to kill Raidriar?

Thank God... To be completely fair, the other two Masters haven't tried to beat Raidriar over the floor for some sort of fame or self-driven goal. That being said, however, Raidriar was in no shape in to have a normal conversation.

"I'm sorry I'm such a useless Pendulum Master I didn't even want this dumb title don't kill me I don't wanna die yet if I die please throw my computer into a bathtub full of water" he was mumbling a jumble of sentences to himself, a convoluted mix of mourning his unwanted fate as Pendulum Master, and a bunch of wishes he wanted to be fulfilled after his death, mostly just destroying his computer and burning his hard-drives. What could possibly be on them?

He suddenly jolted up from the floor, after Rintarro told him something along the lines of 'I'm not gonna kill you'. "Wait, so you're NOT going to kill m- AAAAA." He screeched out loudly again as another wave of burning agony washed over his neck. "FUCK, I am not ok..." He immediately fell back onto the floor, groaning and cursing. "I think I broke my neck."

He didn't break his neck.

Or injured it that bad, for that fact. Just seriously a little bit dislocated is all.

Rintarro seemed intrigued, but pretended not to notice or hear. Where in actual fact, he was quite happy to know. This was one of the other 'Masters'. He carefully helped Raidriar up and onto a seat, staying with him as to keep him from further injuring himself, before turning focus back to the duel.

Still on the other side of the seating area, Fuma got bored of no life over there and slowly made her way to where all the life was - on the 'other' side of the seating area, where all the life actually was. Ghostrick Alucard, who she was talking to before, had dissipated, but she was still keeping her Ghostrick Doll around - if anything, carrying it with her two arms in a hold. She eventually sat down and continued to watch, now closer to the others. Eventually, their silence was broken by the confused Ghostrick Doll. "...Why are we over here now?" It asked Fuma. Fuma sighed. "...I got bored of being forgotten forever. Why else? If I am to do something at all, I'd at least like to be near people who I could potentially know about later on, if not, more so." Fuma responded, the Ghostrick Doll giving a moment of 'ohhh, I see' before going silent and the two re-drawing their focus.

Yukari drew her card. Her counter count was now 4. "I Summon Speedroid Double Yoyo!" A Twin wheeled machine appeared with lighting connecting the wheels to the machine itself. (Lvl 4, Atk 1400)

"Double Yoyo lets me summon a level three or lower Speedroid from the grave, and I choose Red eye Die! Now my Die uses it's ability to change Double yoyo's level to one!" The six sided die reappeared as it glowed, affecting the double Yoyo.

Her eyes scanned the floor, shuffling her feat at the response the woman gave her. She has been challenged quite a few times in one day, and she didn't even understand why. "... E...excuse me. I'm
Not even sure... If you'd like to duel me ... " . She wasn't sure if she could even duel anyone, especially considering her lack of confidence would just hurt most people. However, she gasped inwardly as she felt someone in the back of her head. They just said " Leave it to me... I'll show you the strength We have always had... But you never knew... My other self " within the conscious of her brain . She didn't know who they were per say, but knew they felt familiar per say, and as a result wasn't as scared as she normally would've been . Their figure was black , yet their figure flamed within her mind as an unparalleled Dueling strength burned from her essence within Hikari's mind. Hikari closed her eyes, and accepted her other self's request. Then , the very same pressure during the duel and a similar aura wrapped around her. When she opened her eyes, the same fierce duelist was awakened once again. A voice, feminine yet seeping with strength, answered the woman's request " She and I are similar... Yet vastly different. I can sense an powerful Dueling strength coming from you.... So I'm welcome to your challenge . Shall we duel now ? ". She said, her eyes burning passionately, and the would've been cost now a makeshift cape, however it didn't give her the appearance of a Superhero... More a queen than anything.

"I use Level 1 Red eye die with level one Double Yoyo to synchro summon!" Her two monsters were soon replaced by a Humanoid machine with a formula racecar for a body. It's appearance however, to those who saw Yusei Fudo use that card long ago, would realize what was coming, and who she was. "Come forth, Formula Synchron!" (Lvl 2, 1500 Def)

"With Formula Synchron, I'm allowed to draw one card!" She drew her next card, and smiled. She quickly accelerated before activating the boost, before her duel runner became enveloped in a white light, and vanished along with her cards. "Alright, I use Formula Synchron to perform a Synchro Summon using my Kite Drake!" Yukari said, as she traversed the road in the Synchro portal. Her monsters would vanish, as her duel runner would return to the real world, with a new monster behind her. "Let's take flight, Warrior who's fists Pierce the cosmos! Stardust Warrior!"

Her new monster appeared, resmbeling a cross between Junk Warrior and Stardust Dragon. (Atk 3000, Lvl 10)

Yami Hikari was meanwhile spectating the duel, her eyes fierce yet filled with determination. She felt the spiritual pressure of one of the ace monsters the Synchro Master had, and licked her lips in participation. It was expected from the supposed daughter of one of the Dueling Legends. She knew that this duel was reaching it's climactic at an near pace. She wasnt going to miss this. " With all due respect, I want to see the Dueling strength of these two duelist.... So I'll bet spectating this duel for now " . She said , her confidence making the young girl shine like a gemstone. While she was definitely was used to playing "Blue-Eyes" due to wanting to spread the tradition of dominance and pay respect to Kisara, it definitely wasn't her ace / strongest deck... Not by a long shot. Her eyes analyzed every portion of this duel, interested in its " conclusion more so than a possible duel with another entity at the minute.

Axel braced himself for an attack. He still had quite a bit of life points left, so he would be able to take a hit from that dragon. His facedown would ensure that his next play, if it worked out, would go off and he'd be able to regain control of the duel.

She pushed the brake, as her duel runner soon turned around, now driving backwards, as Yukari made a fist and launched it towards Axel. "Go Stardust Warrior! Attack with Star Strike Impact!"

Her monster flew towards the facedown at great speed, its body enveloped in a bright light as it hit the facedown card.

Axel watched as his card was revealed: Superheavy Samurai Flutist. He hid a smirk as the monster was destroyed and sent to the graveyard. It would do more good for him to have it in the graveyard than on his field, just as a precaution.

Yukari would turn back around and speed on ahead. "It is for now. Hit me with all you got!"

As the next turn came around, her counter count was now 5.

"You're attacking my monster with something of 1400 atk?! Are you insane?!" She asked, but then realized what Axel was attempting. "Ngh..... Go ahead, but it won't do much! Especially if I use my Warrior's effect!"

The rat slammed into Stardust Warrior and shattered, before the shards started collecting together to make a new Monster. "Go Stardust Warrior! Starlight Breaker!"

Her monster glowed bright as it slammed into the currently forming monster, before both shattered.

"Looks like your plan backfired, especially since my Warrior will return on the end phase!"

Axel gave off a smirk as he took 1600 damage.

"Giant Rat's effect will allow me to special summon one Earth monster with 1500 or lower attack points from my deck. I choose my Superheavy Samurai Big Benkei! And when he's summoned, I can change his battle position to defense mode."

"Looks like your plan backfired, especially since my Warrior will return on the end phase!"

"That's what you think! By removing the Flutist in my graveyard from the duel, I can negate and destroy any card that would destroy a Superheavy Samurai monster. Looks like Benkei's going to be sticking around, Yukari."​

Yukari was surprised, as her monster exploded. She looked at the new Monster summoned. "Ngh..... To think you actually planned for that..... But still, I use my Warrior's effect when he gets destroyed! He enables me to summon a "Warrior" synchro monster from my extra deck and treat it like a Synchro summon! Come forth, Stardust Charge Warrior!"

A smaller version of Stardust Warrior appeared. It had it's arms up in defense as it knealt. (Level 6, DEF 1300) "And now I get a free draw!" She drew her card and looked at it, before noticing what she drew. 'Necroid Synchro?! This is a card my dad gave me......' she thought.

Axel smirked, his own hope for the duel reaching new levels. He banked up on the side of the duel track and sped up further, cranking his duel runner into a higher gear. It was time to get serious.

“And since it’s still the battle phase, Big Benkei can still attack. Go Benkei, attack Stardust Charge Warrior!”​

Her monster shattered. "Is that all?" She asked.

Axel sped up and raced alongside Yukari, giving her a cocky two-fingered salute as he tapped against his visor before speeding past her.

“That ends my turn,” he said.

Yukari reved up her engine, before boosting forward. "It's going to be a long shot, but if I can get past that monster," She drew her next card, "I know I can win!" A strange pulse sound went off in her head, as if she got what she needed.

Speed Counters: 6

She smiled, before taking a card from her hand and activating it. "I activate a quick play! Necroid Synchro! With this, I use monsters in my Graveyard as materials by banishing them, then summon a Stardust monster from my extra deck who's level is equal to the monsters banished! I remove Terrortop, Double Yoyo, and Gum Prize to summon the one, the only, Stardust Dragon!"

The sky soon darkened for a brief moment, as a dragon soon descended, glowing beautifully as it let out a powerful roar. (ATK 2500, Level 8)
