Personality: Kev is a calm, kind young man who tries to keep people happy. He has a passionate side that is often kept in check, but comes out at certain points such as with the cards. When people are bullied, he stands up for them and tries to be everyone's friend, but if someone is toxic (and he realizes it) he tries to cut them out. This has gotten him a small but loyal circle of friends.

History: Born of an American corporate man and a Japanese-American houswife, Kev finished high school not too long ago, a few years back. And since then he has been working a job at a game store, where his experience comes in handy. Not much of his life was remarkable - he grew up an only child of two parents, scored average, and went through most things that other people his age do. Other than his collection, he considers himself unremarkable.. making this happening all the more confusing...

Energy of the Forest - Leaves flow around the archer which then burst into arcane energy as an arrow flies from his bow. The arrow is followed by similar streaks of energy from the leaves. They act either as an area barrage, each impacting a different area and bursting, or surround the main arrow and creating a much stronger projectile.

Weakness: Horus requires to level up an extra time to advance to his next form.

Personality: Sakura is a Happy go lucky girl with a sense of adventure. Always eager to go out Hunting for treasure, and always up for a fight alongside her partner, Horus.
Sakura does however hate criminals and thieves however.

History: Sakuraa is one of the a rare few people actually born into this world of capsule monsters. Her parents were both poor farmers, and in turn, she was living under tough conditions. One unfortunate day, at the age of 15, her parents were busy attending to the crop fields when they were both killed by a dreadscythe harvester. Sakura herself only saw this from the safety of the house, but would forever be scarred by this event.

One year later, she set out on her own, to try and live on her own, so she could survive. Along her way to the nearest populated city or village, she got lost and was attacked by several Vampire Orchises. She ran, and somehow bumped her head on an mysterious egg, before passing out. It was after she woke up, she was wearing a gauntlet, and a silver creature was shooting flames to ward off the Orchises, who left her alone. The creature was able to speak, as it introduced himself as Horus, and he would be there to protect her if she ever needed it.

Sakura would be glad, and after Horus turned into a capsule, she put it away, kind of confused as to what she was wearing. Regardless, she went on her way, and in turn reached the nearest village. She would be there, filling in odd jobs and such, eventually finding a good paying job as a treasure hunter. She even bought what she currently is wearing with some of the Star Chips she earned doing her jobs.

Capsule Info:
A brave dragon that appeared when Ryuko was in danger. Horus is loyal to his master, and will never abandon her.

(I see it as the dragon being able to fly, though not very high or fast due to the armor and using his tail for surprise attacks in case pecking or ramming doesn't work)


Personality: While he doesn't always think things through before acting Martin is willing to help people in trouble. He has been tricked into being on the wrong side of arguments but as long someone didn't go too far is willing to give them a second change. If he develops a grudge however it will take a lot before he is willing to forgive and forget.

History: Martin got into the card game thanks to his older brother and retained his interest after his brother outgrew it. He even played in some small tournaments but he never made it very far. Besides that he got below average but not terrible grades, and never was the most popular kid thanks to misreading a situation and helping out a bully.

Hikaru is of Asian descent and but a mere 1.68 metres tall. He is constantly depicted as bespectacled.

(& Gigobyte, who is considered part of Eria as a unit due to its status as a familiar.)

Personality:
Hikaru is a kind, gentle soul who is often nervous around others, especially women. he secretly likes cute things, be it girls, toys or a mix of both. He puts on a tough persona for duels, taking them seriously. Outside of that, he is very introverted and has communication difficulties.

History:
Hikaru is a Duel Monsters player, through and through. The meta shifts like tectonic plates, but Hikaru plays his favourites. And by favourites I mean girls he finds cute, maining a full-fledged Charmer deck to the point of competing pretty well as well as running Traptrix, the Ghost Girl series, and only recently using the Sky Striker archetype. If Cardfight Vanguard was real in this world, even an idiot would realise that he'd run Bermuda Triangle, unless they didn't know what Vanguard was. And why would you?

He started getting into it when he opened his first pack containing the card he would consider his signature - Eria the Water Charmer. Finding her cute, he decided to collect the entire archetype. One thing lead to another and he was starting to form decks - decks that would pop in and out of the meta, decks that never really hit there, but all in all, he was a full-fledged player.

One day, he was transported to the world of Duel Monsters...

Requires the channeling of one familiar, who will leave after being used. If Gigobyte is used, he will simply be unable to attack for the rest of the battle.

Personality:
Diana is a calm and analytical person who prefers logic over emotions. She has a curious mind, who enjoys figuring things out. She is usually blunt and to the point and at times sarcastic and tend to think of herself as a realist though comes off as a pessimist, rude, or a weirdo.

History:
Diana was born to rather wealthy parents. She was always known as the student who was brilliant, but never really tried, being mostly unmotivated and bored out of her mind in class and wanting something more interesting to occur in her life. Interestingly she never had any experience in the game of Yugioh, having never gotten introduced to it.

Megan is a kind, responsible, caring and protective person. Her first instinct is to try and help others in any way she can and she will not turn someone down when they need help, even at the cost of her own well-being. Megan is a bit tomboyish, from the way she dresses to her hobbies.
History:
The eldest child in a large family, Megan would often be responsible for looking after her younger siblings as both her parents had to work long hours just to make ends meet. In order to keep them entertained when they weren't at school, Megan would frequently compete against them (or get them to compete against each other) in tabletop or card games such as Duel Monsters, Dungeon Dice Monsters or Capsule Monster Chess. Her siblings recognised her skill and under their encouragement, Megan has recently begun competing in local tournaments and using any winnings to help supplement her parents income.
