Fantasy YSHS Reboot

Crash Hordialla
“Well, to be fair, if he doesn’t, I don’t either. Which would be quite disconcerting...” Crash joked at first. His face straightened out and became more serious then, when Crash faced Caleb. His face seemed to blank out, as he began fighting again.

What? Don’t listen to that fool. He’s nofheheam a fool. Come andjfmebdhd instead...

Crash became slightly confused at the gibberish he heard.

Ah... sorry?

Can... can you a owhej me? That apakshhey qiwgdte... I’ll dowdgdhdhhddh off!

Crash began to fidget slightly, his Rirk form struggling to get out. Even though he was listening to Caleb, his Rirk form had much greater power than Crash, or his willpower. His hair flashed pink for a moment, then turned back to black.

Dhwoshdh... cuedjcj! Apqhdtduddi talk qpdkdndh...

Crash winced, then his hair burst a brilliant pink, and his eyes changed to steel. Despite Crash trying his hardest, his Rirk form won over. However, it wasn’t the same as usual. His Rirk form seemed to not be fighting.

Crash Hordialla (Rirk Form)
Crash looked up at Caleb, both looking angry and intrigued at the same time. “Don’t worry, I have no plan of fighting you. Not now, at least...” Crash muttered, looking at his fingernails. It was obviously his Rirk form and not his mortal form, from the inflection of his voice. “I wondered, however... what are you? You are pure, and yet... seemingly ignorant of the blasphemy of mortals. Or do you simply turn a blind eye?” Crash sneered, looking at Caleb. His voice had an air of superiority about it, a somewhat richness and extravagance that Crash’s voice didn’t have. He had an aura of power around him, a dark pink. While his Rirk form currently had no plan to fight, he still eminated the feeling of raw power, and anger. xpstitch xpstitch

"The wise only speak of that which they know" Caleb said to the Rirk, his gaze and demeanor like that of a teacher lecturing his foolish pupil.

"Therefore be silent!" He hissed, some strange magic hitting Rirk (in a metaphysical way) over the top of his head like staff or a club.

The Rirk's knees buckled and a flash of Crash could be seen with the hit. It wasn't an actual physical strike. Nor did Caleb seem to move a muscle or raise a hand. It was not a strike that was VISIBLE to the naked eye.... But more like a strike with sheer will power manifested into metaphysical form. Invisible and efficient, like a blunt staff smacking one over the head. Ouch.

"And keep your forked tongue behind your teeth" he said before delivering another WHACK over the head to the Rirk.

Of course, a silly part of him felt giddy about it. 'Ive ALWAYS wanted to use that line', part of him foolishly stated.

"I have not fallen through fire and death to bandy crooked words with a witless worm" he said before smacking him down further.

What this Rirk was not aware of was that exorcisms like this were his specialty. It was sorely outclassed when it came to willpower. That was what Caleb was all about. That was the fuel that powered everything he did as the god of wisdom pretty much. He could toss this Rirk about all night if he wanted to. When it came to exorcisms and Caleb, there was no second choice. You leave. It isn't, you either leave or- no. There is no OR with Caleb. Every enchantment that enslaves the mind WILL be broken. Every demon WILL be exorcised. Yes. Even gods will be exorcised. All of them. NOONE shall be enslaved under mind control on his watch. Even IF the entity controlling them is themselves. (A rather confusing prospect).

Every smack to an outsider looked to be real physical strike by an invisible hand over the pink head of hair that was the Rirk. And Caleb was just standing there, power of an impossible scale emanating from him as his own willpower put the smackdown on the Rirk. Every smack brought Crash closer to getting back under control.

But HE had cooperate. If he didn't WANT to be in control, he could smack the Rirk with willpower all day and it would still be the equivalent of a bandaid. Caleb had all the willpower necessary to make such easy work of the Rirk. But Crash should have some willpower too. One should use their OWN willpower to exorcise too.

Crash Hordialla(Rirk Form)
“Kch!” Crash yelped, his voice cracking through a small bit when Caleb hit his knees. Crash regained his posture, smirking. “Hmph. Exorcist magic. I find it-“ he stopped as Caleb hit him again, and continued. “I find it ironic you say not to speak that of which I don’t know. Perhaps-“ He was hit with another blast and stumbled, continuing again. “You should realize I’m not mind controlling him. I am him. We’re-“ Thwack. Stumble. Regain footing. “We’re the same person, you dim witted twat!” He spat out, exasperated of being hit so many times. “I can’t leave his body, otherwise he’ll die. It’s because he’s a half bre-“ Thwack. “Blast, would you stop it?! That’s only going to delay my leaving... as I was saying, I have my own mind because he’s a half bred.”

Thwack. Stumble. Thwack. Stumble. Thwack. Stumble. “You know, I’m getting really sick of this. I didn’t have to be so diplomatic, you know,” Crash hissed, before being smacked again.

“I’ll leave you with this: He may not know, but I do. He won’t love you. He’s too foolish to. I should know, being him, after all.” He stated confidently. Crash’s hair returned to it’s natural black and he fell over onto the ground. “Oof!” Crash groaned, looking up. It took him a couple moments to regain his breath. “They call me... Crash for a reason...” Crash managed to gasp out. The only reason he wasn’t unconscious was because he hadn’t fought, and hadn’t used much energy at all. Crash laid his head back and looked up, splayed across the ground haphazardly, while grinning. “I don’t know what you did to him, but I think I’m starting to develop a headache...” xpstitch xpstitch

"I think a nice relaxing trip to the gardens should be good thing right now" Caleb says, seeming totally unphased by anything that just happened like this was the sort of thing that he did all the time.

He held out his hand and looked at him to take it.

He didn't address the fact that he had been smacking the Rirk back into oblivion, hence why he probably felt so awful. Caleb was a stubborn little bitch and would keep fighting to help Crash keep his other self under control. Even if that particular method of magic didn't work, he was far from a one trick pony. He had other ways of helping people stay to their true selves. Because even as a stranger he knew that the other guy wasn't Crash's true essence. This one HERE was. And he would PROVE him wrong too, being the stubborn (one might say WILLFUL) bitch he was. He WOULD make Crash fall in love with him TOO, just to spite the Rirk if nothing else.

Crash Hordialla
“Wouldn’t be the worst, I suppose. Might take a moment though. Legs are a bit numb,” Crash said, attempting to move his legs to no avail. He kept trying for about two minutes, before he could finally move them enough to stand up, grabbing Caleb’s wrist on his way up.

“Ah... interesting morning so far, I can say that at least...” Crash muttered, looking around as he stood straight. Crash stumbled over in the direction of the gardens, attempting not to trip over his own feet so as to not look moronic. “Man, if being a god for a couple minutes does this to me, I’d really hate to be standing in your shoes,” Crash chuckled, falling onto a bench. “Ah, that’s better... what’d I-... he say, anyways?” Crash asked, looking up at Caleb. xpstitch xpstitch

Imapeople000 Imapeople000

He cringed a little guiltily as he saw that perhaps his vigor in smacking the Rirk about had had adverse effects on his counterpart.

"Oh just some bullshit about human blasphemy" he said dismissively, as if the Rirk's philosophies warranted no more attention than a Robin's chirping in the background of a park.

He said this but wanted to ask the question of that OTHER thing he had said. That thing about loving him.

Crash Hordialla
“Ah, yeah, sounds about right,” Crash chuckled, closing his eyes and stretching. In his mind he was incessantly saying some choice words to relieve any pains from stretching or walking. He decided, however, it would be best for them to just be kept in his mind.

Even though his Rirk form almost never talked to him after a transformation due to lack of power, he felt it straining to connect. Crash hesitated for a moment, then reluctantly listened.

He’s... lying...

Crash could hear him trying to say something else after words, but he could only hear the first two. Crash contemplated his message for a moment. As odd as it was, his Rirk form rarely ever lied to him. And he didn’t think he would strain so hard just to tell him some falsities.

“Thats... not true, is it?” Crash asked, looking at Caleb. Crash thought when he said he was lying that it wasn’t what he said, not that he said some other key things as well. Crash heard him yelling, but could only make out the occasional curse, so he ignored it and stared down Caleb. As much as a Crash tended to lie to people, he hated not being told the truth. xpstitch xpstitch

"He said a bunch of stuff and something....embarrassing... too" he admitted, blushing a little bit.

He thought about what he was going to say carefully. He didn't really want to admit his feelings and make him uncomfortable or something... But he also wanted to know.... For his heart's sake.

"I wanted to ask you about it but it's about a really embarrassing topic and I wasn't sure if I should just keep it to myself" he admitted.

"Crash...." He began, allowing himself to blush pretty obviously now.

"Do you..." He began, not knowing how to say it or what he should say.

"Are you-"

"Have you ever had a girlfriend?" He asked suddenly, finally saying SOMETHING at least along the lines of what he wanted to ask about.

He inwardly cringed and waited for him to respond, hoping whatever he said wouldn't hurt.

He stopped them as they stood in the gardens. The sounds of birds chirping and the fresh air smell of flowers were about them. This place was tranquil. A calming place. A place calming enough to reduce Rirk's power to an eeven lower level. A place he had plans for but first they should get this talk done. A green place

“Oh? That was it?” Crash chuckled, raising an eyebrow. He propped himself up slightly on the back of his elbows, looking into the sky. “Interesting he brought that up. Although I suspect I know why...” Crash said, shooting him a suspecting glance. It wasn’t threatening or hostile, but he was showing him his suspicions.

“As for your question...” Crash trailed off, hesitant. He usually didn’t talk about personal details as such, but he also thought that not a lot of people knew he was a god. “...No. I haven’t.” Crash said with finality. He never had the chance to, with the way things had turned out for him. Anyone he had fancied before he ended up killing. Most people stayed away from him anyways, since most people knew about his drug abuse and tendencies to get wasted.

Crash chuckled when he looked at Caleb. “That was your question, hm? Interesting...” Crash laughed with a small smile. xpstitch xpstitch

Imapeople000 Imapeople000

"I don't understand" he admitted.

"Do you not like love?" He asked, not yet understanding what the Rirk had meant.

"He said something about you being too foolish to love..." He admitted, though he left out the part about himself.

He didn't want to admit to him that he liked him. The Rirk had said he was to foolish to love CALEB.

What had he meant by that? Was Crash one of those people who didn't believe in love? Was he one of those people who hated love?... He didn't understand why the Rirk thought he and Crash couldn't be together.... Was just that he knew Caleb and he were incompatible or something? Was it that he knew he wasn't Crash's type? Was he just not gay or something? He wanted to know....

Crash Hordialla
“No, it’s not that...” Crash sighed, looking lazily at Caleb. “It’s just... I kinda... killed everyone that I knew...” Crash trailed off nervously, looking away from Caleb. “I kind of have a tendency to end up killing most of the people I’ve known...” Crash told Caleb this hesitantly, as it had usually ended up making people quickly walk away and never speak to him again. “B-but not everyone!” Crash said in a feeble attempt to be reassuring, a blush beginning to appear on his face. “Just... most... people...” he muttered quietly to himself, looking away embarrassedly. xpstitch xpstitch

Imapeople000 Imapeople000

"Oh" he said, as if it was just a fact revealed and nothing more.

"Well you know Crash" Caleb said with a huge blush on his face.

"I'm not scared of him" he said defiantly.

"And I think you might make a really good boyfriend for me" he said with a finality of utter bluntness now.

He hoped Crash wouldn't be scared of him and that maybe if not NOW, then maybe eventually he could return his feelings.

Crash Hordialla
“I...” Crash stopped, unsure of how to respond. He was pretty positive that this was going to happen. However, even though he knew Caleb would probably ask him out, he didn’t know how to respond. Romantic encounters were one of the few social happenings that Crash didn’t have prior experience with.

Crash looked down, contemplating his choice. He wondered for a moment, then looked back up at Caleb, studying his face. He thought about how Caleb said that his Rirk form said something about it, and he suspected what he had said. If he did accept, spiting his godly form would certainly be a nice bonus. And Caleb certainly wasn’t a bad looking guy. Well, at least, Crash thought.

Crash looked at Caleb and nodded, shortly and almost unnoticeably at first. He nodded again with more of a sureness in his decision, his face turning a deep red. He turned and covered his face with his cape, embarrassed. His Rirk form was currently using some quite colorful language to describe his opinion of Crash’s choice, but he decided to ignore it, drowning him out with his thoughts. xpstitch xpstitch

He saw Crash nod not once but TWICE and his face lit up in happiness.

That was a yes right?! Please TELL me that was a yes!, he thought in amazement.

"Yes?" He asked in amazement and disbelief wanting to be clear about it in case he was misinterpreting it.

"You'll go out with me you mean?" He asked with eyes sparkling in amazement.

Oh gods. His excitement was just too cute. He looked like a little kid who was just told he would be going to meet superman or something.

Crash Hordialla
Caleb’s excitement only made Crash’s face redder and made him try to pull up his cape more to hide his face. “Y-yes...” he attempted to sit up, only to fall off the bench he was laying on. “Ai!” Crash yelped, crashing(pun intended) into the ground. At this point, he just took his cape off his back and put it over his entire body.

“I don’t think I could be more embarrassed if I ran through the school naked...” Crash said from under his cape, giggling lightly. Despite his reaction, he was grinning goofily under his cape. xpstitch xpstitch

He only had a moment to have his burst of excitement before Crash CRASHED into the floor embarrassedly.

"Don't do THAT" he said with a cute little giggle, kneeling down next to him.

He quickly and playfully removed the cape from his face to give him a quick sweet kiss on the cheek.

"We haven't even gone on our first date" he joked and giggled.

Crash Hordialla
“Kch! You play too much!” Crash yelped, tugging lightly on his cape. He covered his face with his hands now, rolling slightly on the floor. “I don’t have to put up with this dammit!” Crash yelled, laughing. He began to regain his posture, the redness in his face dissipating as he straightened out and sat up.

Crash held onto his cape with one of his hands, and brushed dirt and dust off of his back with the other. “Dear, maybe I shouldn’t have fallen as such...” as he began to recover, so did his Rirk form.

...You’re actually fucking kidding me.
Bah! You’re nothing but a foolish child, you ignorant mortal...

Crash shook his head clear of the thoughts and looked at Caleb. A wicked smile began to spread on Crash’s face. “Victory drink?” He suggested, laughing. xpstitch xpstitch

He brought his backpack around and rummaged through his backpack.

"Believe it or not, I came more prepared for this than you'd expect" he said as he brought out the bottle of beer he had in it.

He giggled and added "this beer is weak though so of course we could go get something stronger" with a teasing laugh.

Crash Hordialla
Crash laughed when he saw Caleb pull a bottle of beer out of his bag. “Ha! I was right earlier! You do drink!” Crash chuckled, grinning. He took the bottle and had a swig, before handing it back to Caleb. “Fucking hell, you’re right. What, you drink lite beers?” Crash laughed. He leaned against one of the feet of the bench and sighed, closing his eyes. “Of course, I’ve got more... if you think you can handle it,” Crash teased, flashing him a smile and winking at him. xpstitch xpstitch

Imapeople000 Imapeople000

"I drink but I'm not a DRUNK" he corrected him with a teasing wagging finger.

"A guy who does pot every once in a while can hardly be called a drug ADDICT now can he?" He teased.

He took as swig and set it down.

"I meant that I had no ADDICTIONS or vices, I never said I never have FUN" he said, giving him a sparkly-eyed smile.

“Ahhh... touché, touché...” Crash chuckled, admitting his defeat. He looked over at Caleb for a moment, before moving his hair from his eyes. “Better...” Crash said quietly, before taking another swig of their drink of choice. He closed his eyes, wondering about what would happen next. Would he end up killing Caleb? Destroying everything again? Maybe. But, then again, he had to take chances every once and again.

As he closed his eyes he moved closer to Caleb, not quite leaning his head against his leg. He relaxed for a moment, before hearing the bell for third hour ring.

Crash looked up at the sound, looked at the beer, looked at Caleb, and closed his eyes again. “Fuck it, we’re already breaking the law. Might as well break school rules as well,” Crash sighed, leaning his head against Caleb’s thigh. xpstitch xpstitch

Third hour has started. Unless there are any protests, we will skip to after school when third hour is over. Either have characters head to class or state they are skipping.

Imapeople000 Imapeople000 "Well I know if the police show up at least ONE of us can ACTUALLY use the greatest excuse for breaking the law" he said with a cute teasing smile, taking a drink.

He looked at him with the cutest little smile.

"I'm GOD" he explained, giving him the punchline before he could inquire.

(It's obvious Caleb and Crash are skipping XD)

(Indeed)

Crash Hordialla
“Yeah, but I bet I can run faster! ...or kill them..” Crash joked, giggling lightly. “Besides, they’d probably assume you’re drunk off your ass anyways.” Crash poked Caleb in the chest as he continued to talk. “And if you’re gonna take the power route, you have to protect me then,” Crash laughed, taking a drink from their beer.

Crash watched people as they hurried by them to get to their classes, in the hopes that their teacher wouldn’t mark them late or truant. He sighed and pulled his cape up over himself, curling into a ball next to Caleb. “You’d think I’d at least be somewhat more refined for coming from royalty...” Crash chuckled, closing his eyes. He wasn’t going to sleep, but he was a tad bit tired. xpstitch xpstitch
