Personality: Undyne is a very passionate person, always filled with gusto and willing to take everything to the max. She is bold and desicive, always doing what she thinks should be done. Undyne is very loyal and kind, doing the best to help those around her and caring for them. She also is very determined, doing whatever to achieve her goals and ideals.
Appearance:

History: Undyne has lived in Waterfall for most of her life. She had always admired the war heroes, Asgore and Gerson, following them around and mimicking them. They inspired her and helped point her love of fighting into doing good. Sensing her potential, Asgore took her under his wing, trained her and taught her about the strength of Pacifism. Eventually she got into and then was promoted to head of the Royal Guard. In this time she became fast friends with Alphys, who is also her crush.
Other: She believes that anime is human history. Alphys told her so.

Personality: Outgoing (though he can be rather mean or "truthful"), intelligent, despite his intelligence he's rather gullible and may run into a problem without thinking
Appearance: (Description for now, I'll probably replace it with a picture later) Perkin has black hair and purple eyes. He's about 5 feet 6 inches tall and is of an average build. He is almost always wearing a purple cloak making the rest of his clothes difficult to see.
History: Perkin has spent much of his life looking through oldest books available searching for the ancient secrets of magic. He made great strides in this field and had even gotten his hands on a magic artifact. Perkin had heard of someone by the name of Frisk apparently disappearing somewhere on Mt. Ebott. He didn't know much of Frisk, but he believed that Frisk found the secret to magic high on the mountain and hid away to study in secret. Perkin wanted this knowledge and so he began scaling the mountain in an attempt to find Frisk.
Other: I'd like for his cloak to be the magic artifact he found/received

History: She lived on the surface with her father who was a scientest. He did many experiments with her before one almost killed her. While he insited continuing, she refused and ran away to Mount. Ebbot where she fell.

Name: Johnny De La Chance

Personality: Johnny is a quick-tempered young man who is easily angered by the slightest insult or provacation. When he is not angry, the best way of describing him is scrappy and rough around the edges. When he talks to other people, he leaves the impression of being street wise and sure of himself,. However, there are occasions where Johnny proves himself to be a kind hearted individual with a passion for vehicles.

History: Johnny De La Chance ls a street racer from a town that borders Mt. Ebbot. Johnny was neglected by his parents growing up, forcing him to "raise himself" as he put it. This resulted in him becoming a brawling, tough-as-nails greaser with anger issues to boot. But, if there was one thing that made Richard happy, it was vehicles, especially racing ones. Ever since he was 9, Richard loved Racing and wanted to be one when he grew up. Recently, Richard went to live with his Grandfather in Green Acres, a town 20 miles away from Mt. Ebbot and, as a welcome gift, his Grandfather bought him a refurbished race car. Johnny, of course took advantage of his Grandfather's new gift by immediately taking it out for a joyride, eventually getting himself in a illegal street race, which he won. He then got himself involved in a series of illegal races which ended with the police showing up to arrest everyone, forcing Richard to abandon his vehicle and flee up Mt. Abbot, unaware of the legends that surround it.
