Shane was off in Shane land when the carriages stopped, of course he fell right off and landed on his back with a loud noise and him on the ground was pretty much all of it "ow....." shane says on the ground, he slowly got up and grabbed all his stuff not really showing that he fell off the carriage to the girls, maybe a burst of adrenaline or he was just done showing how weak he was which he was pretty weak emotionally, he was an emotional wreak but when it came to fights or getting hurt he did not show it Shane could take hits, made sense him being the keeper of the Gryffindor team and all and it really showed right there, he began to walk away without really saying anything, they did not really care about him did they?.....Shane felt like they did not care but in all truth they did and he would probably see them again and be tackled and hugged, that how he thought friendships with girls went, getting tacklehugged every time you saw each other, god shanes mind was messed up...

"Yeah, I get what you mean." Andre stated simply. "That's how I feel when I run. Hearing the wind rush passed my ears, feeling the wind on my face, feeling my body move in sync and without fail." He smiled. He loved running in the Hogwarts grounds, it was always a better run there. He noticed that the carriage stopped and went to stand up. "We should probably head inside for the feast." He said, holding out a hand for Johanna to take.

Heidi smiled as she felt the carriage slow down. Soon, she'd be sitting at the Ravenclaw and greeting the new students, eating delicious food and laughing with everyone... But was woken up from her daydreaming by a loud 'thump', which, she realized seconds after, was Shane, who fell of the carriage. She poked her head over the carriage, looking at the ground. "Are you alright!?!" She asked, wide eyed, before jumping down.

Johanna looked at him, then slowly, she took his hand and stood up, Rosy being completely forgotten, before stepping out of the carriage, and onto the ground, before she glanced back up at Andre with an almost nonexistent.

Rosy hopped off the carriage and waved a goodbye at Andre and Johanna. She headed for the castle. On her way, she saw someone falling of the top of a carriage. She ran toward him, and recognized Shane. With him were Heidi and Regan. "Hey! Are you okay?" She asked shane with a concerned look.

Andre lead the way out of the carriage and started walking toward the castle. Forgetting for a moment that he was still holding Johanna's hand. He let go quickly and felt a blush roll across his face. "Sorry." He stated simply and continued walking toward the castle with her.

Sam gathered her few belongings and headed toward the castle. Hopefully she'd get some interaction with others at the Hufflepuff table.

Regan saw just as Shane was about to fall, she threw her hand out as a reflex to try and catch him but her fist closed around mere air. Regan almost laughed when Shane toppled off the carriage. ALMOST. However she restrained herself and jumped down landing neatly with a slight thud next to him. She clapped him lightly on the back. "Impressive Lion Cub, not a scratch on you. I hope not anyway." She looked him up and down before assuring herself if he broke something he'd be withering in pain right this instant. Her look of concern was almost hidden by her grin. "Maybe I'll take you around with me sometime, I've found a lot of cubbyholes and climbing place in this school, practice for when we're on the carriages again, hey?" After shooting a wink his way, mostly because she enjoyed to reaction he gives when she winks at him, Regan hopped into the carriages to gather her stuff and came out again to see another Lion.. was it Rosy? She began to think longingly of the feast that awaited them, and the cosy fires. It was getting cold out here. A brisk breeze started whipping past them from the forest. Regan shuddered to herself with the cold. She began walking towards the castle slightly ahead of... of what? Her new friends, she mused at the thought. Unfortunately she wouldn't be able to sit with them at the feast. Sadden at that thought she pulled her robes around her tighter and resolved to maybe spending a little less time sneaking out of the castle and some more to possibly befriending some people. Possibly.

"Yes....I think so..." Shane says to both Heidi and Rosy, the Reagan jumped down as he was getting up "That time you tried to catch me which was nice....but I get hurt all the time so it does not matter." He says watching her wink, every time she did that he spazzed out, why did she always do that ugh it was soo creepy "God you are so creepy, stop winking at me...." Shane says brushing himself off and looking at her as she walked Away, still no trust in her fo shane, she was creeeeeeppppyyy. Shane looked behind him at the other two girls "See nothing to worry about, Im the keeper of Gryffindor team, I take tons of hits..." He says trying to reassure them he waited for the girls because he knew to stay and make sure what happened to him did not happen to then or hopefully they wouldn't fall and such, Shane remembered he would probably be sitting with Rosy, she was a Gryffindor and helped him when he was sad so he liked her for that, but liking in his terms just meant below friends, he still refused to admit he had friends...

"We should head for the feast", said Rosy with sparkles in her eyes, thinking about the buffet that waited for them. "But why where you on the top of the carriage? And these glitter are so cute!" She saw that Regan was already on her way and hurried to catch her."Wait, she said with a smile. We may not see each other again, so let's go toghether". She hoped it would not be the thruth, because she really liked her new friends.

When Shane's comment on her being creepy caught up with her, she turned and wriggled her eyebrows at him again, like on the train. Regan was surprised to say the least when it was the sparky Rosy that caught up with her. She rolled her eyes at the Lioness. "We were up there because that's the best way to ride a carriage." Her tone held a glimmer of a laugh to it, showing she wasn't being snarky with her reply. Looking back at the carriage she could see the remains of her glitter incident everywhere. "My wand tends to get ahead of itself at times, and when it does BOOM glitter shower for all. Casting glitter in a deadly duel is certainly one way to surprise your opponent, it gets everywhere." To emphasize her point, Regan shook her hair. Glitter swirled around her in the wind, she quite liked the effect it had. She wouldn't have minded the lone walk to the castle, but wouldn't shun company when she normally doesn't have much.

Heidi, when she was sure Shane wasn't injured or anything, grabbed her things in the carriage. She took Shane's as well, handing them to him. "Here.~ Let's go." The Ravenclaw then caught up with Regan and Rosy, a trail of glitter following her as she ran. "I can't wait to eat all the good food and see the new students." She said excitedly.

The thought of food made Shanes sto mach grumble but he felt really nervous and sick so how would he eat, Shane followed Rosy, she seemed way to happy for all this, and Reagan was creepy, Heidi was Heidi. Shane stretched and thought about leaving them, they were fine together he did not need to be a bother then his stuff was thrown into his hands and it woke him up, nope Heidi was overly happy as well, they all seemed to be and he was the depressing kid in the back, only problem with the depressing kid was he was always getting loved, in every movie it was like that, or he died, Shane was not planning on dying soon so that was out of the question but did he want hugs and love from girls or death.....hard descision.... Shane sighed and shrugged hiding behind Rosy like a little kid, mostly because she was a Gryffindor that was the only reasonm..well he actually considered her his friend all of them kinda his friends....only kinda a friends.

Rosy saw Shane lost in his thoughts, as always. He seemed so lonely. "Come on, she said, smiling. Food will cheer you up!" As she said that, she saw the lake and the lights from the small boats. It was truly amazing.

Regan had been looking towards the lake, watching the boats bob up and down as they came closer to the castle. "Ah, would you look at the little first years, all sweet and innocent." She was back to twirling her wand around. "Say we give them a little, welcome to Hogwarts, gift?" Regan smirked. Judging by the looks on everyone else's face they though she was going to do something terrible and Slytherin like, she was certainly going to do something Slytherin like, but not in the way they might think. She dropped her bags and ran a few feet closer so she could have better aim. Then she cast a spell she had been working on this summer, with a slight twist. "Vermillious!" She shouted extending her wand arm towards the boats. Her alteration of the charm however, instead of creating just red and orange spark's, they were green and sliver. They whizzed towards the boats and as the got closer the clashed together to form the Serpent crest of Slytherin over head of the boats, before gently drifting down like glitter on the new students. Impressed with how her charm worked out, and feeling confident with the shouts of approval she faintly heard from across the lake, she turned back to gather her bags.

Shane turned back to normal world and looked at rosy and nodded saying yeah in his mind but eating would not reallh helo him out, shane was still depressed as he walked.Shane never meant to look sad but he always did when he was alone but not many people cared how sad he was so he always did

((Sorry for short post fishing))

Many other Slytherin clapped and cheered to Regan's spell. Heidi watched in amazement, also clapping. "Where did you learn that?!? You're amazing!" She said to Regan, her eyes never leaving the lake. The sparks reflected in it like starts, and were flying everywhere. Heidi, as she walked, came face to face with one. She started playing with it, and it made her glittery hair glint even more.

Shane thought it was pretty cool as well but he did not stare in awe he just starred at it a bit scarred, if she could do that think of what she could do to him if he screwed up again, he found the light show to be be pretty cool but Everton clapping made him uncomfortable, but when was he not, although now he had a reason because he hated loud noises and lots of people, so every year when they went to the school he would wait until they all dispersed then go to school and he would not eat at the feast and would sit on the end and ask to go to the bathroom a lot, he hated tons of people, it freaked him out, kinda like how Reagan freaked him out, it was on the level and that level was super high. Shane seemed to just hide behind his really excited crew and said nothing much.

Rosy was a bit startled by loud noises too, but she had to admit: what Regan did was pretty amazing. She clapped her hands in awe. It was absolutely beautiful! "You're awesome!" She said to Regan. "Man, you look terrified! She said to Shane on a 'trying-to-be-reassuring' tone. Everything ok?"

Regan accepted the cheers with a mock bow before picking her stuff up again. Smiling at the attention she was getting she replied to Heidi. "When you have as much free time as I do during the summer, you could amaze yourself at what you might be able to do. That charm on its own sets off red and orange sparks as you know, it's commonly used in dueling as a distraction. So I tweaked around with different pronunciations and studied on other things that alters spells, like wand movement, the intention of the magic behind it, I simply altered that to my advantage." She looked around at her group before addressing Rosy who seemed most impressed, "If you like, I can figure out the ways to do that for your house colours and show you some time? Ravenclaw too Heidi, although I imagine you could figure it out sooner or later."

Johanna looked at him, then got red in the face too, and let her hand drop. She swallowed and cleared her throat, then looked at Andre and said, "Well, uhhh, I guess I better go follow the Gryffindors, sooo... I'll see you in classes." She said, waving to him briefly, then walking off. Soon she was joined by AJ and he was smirking at her.

"You like him."

"You need to shut up."

"You dooooo!"

Summer, Shane hated that time, he never did anything, all his dad did was mourn there brother, never cared for Shane, he would always work all day and night to pay for businesses to find his son, always felt like Shane was forgotten he spent most of his time trying to do things with his dad or doing spells but his dad never cheered him on, no his dad never cared much for Shane. Once Rosy said something he snapped out of it "I don't like loud noises or big crowd's, not saying this is not cool I just do not like big crowds.." Shane says standing tall for a moment before slinking back down, he wanted to look strong but he just couldent bring himself to do that, although when he played Qudditch all those fears died and he went into full aggressive mode, protecting the goals like a mother bear to its baby.... n o that was a weird comparison.. Shane sighed and put his hands in his pockets and set his stuff down, it was a lot of stuff and it was kinda heavy and none of the dumb first years would move so he gave up and decided to wait.

Andre let his gaze linger on Johanna for a little bit before turning away. He walked toward the Ravenclaw table. He sat down, finding a few of his friends and starting to chat a little before the feast started.

Sam walked into the Great Hall, looking around the room. She then spotted AJ, a fellow Hufflepuff Quidditch player. She walked up to him and saw he was talking to a Gruffindor girl. "Hey AJ. Looking forward to the Quidditch season this year?"

"Oh, pfft, yeah. I'm not sure if I'll get on the team this year, but hey! Quidditch is quidditch whether you were watching or playing!" He said with a smile, then sat down at the Hufflepuff table, exchanging greetings with several others that were sitting nearby. He was a popular boy in Hufflepuff. Real likable.

Meanwhile Johanna sat down at the Gryffindor table and looked around. Most of the people ignored her, if they didn't scoot away. She was used to it, so she simply slouched forward with a sigh, ignoring most everyone except for the few she knew.

Heidi, with the others, arrived at school. She smiled at the three of them. "Well then.. goodbye, I guess. Let's talk sometime later." She said, walking to her own table. She sat down, looking at all the food with a slight grin over her face.

Sam giggled a little and let AJ go about his normal business of talking to just about everyone. She had always been a bit of a loner, so she was used to just sitting and listening to others talk.

Andre looked around and saw Heidi sit down near him. He scooted down the bench to sit across from her and smiled. "Hey! How was your carriage ride up here?" He asked, genuinely interested about the trip.
