Andre walked out of the compartment he was sitting in, looking down at the girl who had just come in asking about a game. He walked out into the hallway and felt that the boy the girl was talking to was uncomfortable. He looked up at the Slytherin girl as the boy spoke. This was probably going to get ugly quick. He withdrew back into the compartment and decided to let that bit blow over before he left again.

Heidi was replacing Shane's tie, which loosened when he fell down, when he asked for her name. "I'm Heidi, Heidi Winter." She answered on a sweet tone. "I-I'm really sorry, I swear I didn't mean to make you fall down." She apologized again, blushing both because she felt bad, but also because he was so handsome. Then, she thought of something, her smile brightening. "Oh! I wondered if you'd like to play truth or dare with us."

Regan's good natured laughing died down when the arrogant lion cub directed the insult "jerk" in her direction. "Excuse me?" she walked out into the corridor to face him properly. "Wait a second there Vi, did he just call us jerks? My name, is Regan Donovan." She stated coldly as she took a step towards him, but is blocked off by Hedi.

The Gryffindor girl sighed at her teacher and looked back out the window, her eyes resting momentarily on Andre, then she tuned out. Her mind wandered to other places. Lets be honest, she wouldn't mind AJ shoving this guy at her, he would get enjoyment from it, and apparently this guy thought she was attractive, which with others guys she would beat the sh*t out of the, but something was different about this guy.. Well first off he liked the Irish quidditch team. I mean, bonus points for you, sir! Not to mention he didn't look bad. But she wasn' really sure what to do. So she would leave it be.

Harry opened his eyes with a sigh, so close to falling asleep when his niece came in in the mention of a truth or dare game. The game will turn out to be interesting and funny or cause trouble, either way he had to keep watch. He wouldn't play though, doubt it wouldn't be appropriate to have a teacher and an old fougy twice their age play with them despite the offer. He got up from his seat and stretched his legs before waiting how this game unfold.

Andre sighed and looked over at Johanna. "Are you wanting to join in on this truth or dare game?" He asked. He really only enjoyed games if there were girls to impress. He'd be more willing it Johanna would go with him, especially since he knew she already found him attractive. Although, that Asian chick was pretty cute too. "Would AJ be interested?" He asked in addition. He guessed he could come too.

Sam heard a lot of commotion going on outside her compartment. She went up to the door and looked out the window to see a Slytherin girl and a Gryffindor boy getting ready to go at it with a poor Ravenclaw girl in between them. Oh boy. This could end poorly.

"Why do i care what your name is...." his voice low and cold as always, he thought she was laughing at him, plus she never came to help she just stood back and laughed, his brother used to do that and he hated him for it and he kinda saw that when she laughed at him "When someone gets hurt you just laugh, typical for your type...." he says "I don't want to play if she is there...." he states looking at Heidi who seemed to be helping him with his tie, he sucked with Ties so he was thankful she was helping him.

((Sorry for poof))

"Why do you care? Oh maybe I was just answering you question, unless that tumble you took knocked of your remaining brain cells and you don't remember?" she sneered at him."My type? You mean Slytherin's?" This struck a nerve, she HATED being compared with the slytherin stereotype. No one bothered to look past that or see anything other than the "evil" house. Do they forget that Gryffindor's arent the only house with bravery and loyalty? Or that the Slytherin ambition rivaled that of Ravenclaw? A Slytherin looks out for their own, Hufflepuff's arent the only people who make good friends. "Oh whoopie doo, the brave lion won't play a simple game with me, whatever will I do? Maybe if you suckit up and do play, you'll learn something new about 'my type'."

Rosy, hearing the noise in the hallway, peeked out to see that hot-head Slytherin girl and a Gryffindor classmate, who seemed in trouble. She frowned, and walked out. After all, she was also Gryffindor, she had to help him. Rosy stepped to Shane's side. "what's happening here?" She asked in a calm (not in a bossy/''teachery'' way) voice, trying to dissipate the tension.

" Lion cub is scared at the chance to spend some time with me." Regan teased and bared her teeth mockingly at the boy. At the stares she was now receiving she threw her hand up in an exasperated sigh. "Guys chill, seriously I dont bite." Everyone had automatically sided with the Gryffindor , as per usual. All he had to do was apologize for calling her a jerk, she assumed he applied it at Hedi which is why she reacted like she did the first time.

Heidi stood in between, trying to think of something to say or do to calm the mood. "Why don't you just ignore each other while we pl-" She was interrupted, not to say ignored, as the tension grew. She noticed people watching, and gave them apologizing looks, when another Gryffindor, Rosy, came to help her friend. I hope it doesn't get too bad, she thought. "Maybe if we all get rid of those prejudices, you'd realize that all this is completely useless, mmh? Regan is very kind." She smiled reassuringly, turning to Shane.

Andre rested his head back against his seat, waiting. He didn't want to get out and join what was very quickly becoming a fight over a misunderstanding. Anything he had to say right now would just add to the tension. He never understood house rivalries and had friends in every single house. He looked at the door and watched the figures speak and move. He hoped it dissipated quickly. The game would be fun.

Sam sighed. She didn't like house rivalries. She sat back down in her seat and waited for people to calm down. Why did Shane have to make that comment. Yeah, she didn't help him, but he could have gotten up just as easily on his own. No one was in the wrong and no one was in the right. Maybe she just didn't understand, what with being a Hufflepuff and all.

Shane looked at her and shook his head "I don't have time for people like you, this time I mean snobby jerks, not Slytherins, i can understand that most are nice but you on the other hand are not..." he says in his normal low tone, Shane shook his head and turned away from them walking back to his compartment, he might come later but not for a while, he did not hate them he used to have friends there it was she just lived up to the old stereotypes in his mind.

"Is there a problem here?"Harry said authoritatively stepping in the other carriage noticing an issue brewing. No stranger to rivalries and stereotypes and was one of the few thing he didn't tolerate with his students."Do i have to start knocking heads even before we arrive in the school?"

"Not Anymore......" Shane says walking into the carriage passing by Sam who was just standing there at the time, shane sat in his carriage seat where Aaron was sleeping, not even day one and he already had a fight, plus he was hated for using the stereotype, he never meant to say it and really did not mean it but she was mean to him, he did not want her to help him up he just hated when people laughed at him...Shane laid down across the seat using his luggage as a pillow and thought.

((I like the idea of coloring only the talking portions
:D ))

"Truth or dare? I haven't played that game in a long time... It might be fun. AJ doesn't know what truth or dare is. Ha... He'd probably dare us to do something weird." She gave a small smile in Andre's direction. "Sure, play a game of truth or dare, why the hell not? I mean, it's only been forever."

"See you say weird, I say interesting." Andre stood up from his seat and stretched. "I think I'm going to join in. You coming?" He asked, waiting for her response before he left.

Sam looked at Shane. "I know you didn't mean that to turn into what it did, but maybe you should consider what to you say to people. Just a thought." She stated, standing up from her seat. She walked to the door and out into the corridor. "Hi, I heard that there was a truth or dare game forming. Mind if I join?" The Hufflepuff girl asked the Ravenclaw girl.

Shane sighed "Good to know I'm already hated....." he knew he screwed up but she did to, they both did, he was not the only one to blame here and he did not start this whole thing, he understood he had to apologize but she had just as much reason too as he did so why was he the bad guy as it seemed here, well if she ever wanted to say anything shane knew he would be staying there with the out cold aaron for now, maybe he could sleep as well....

"Just keep this match sensible and civil guys, this is a school train after all."He said relieved the previous situation was defused, he took a seat in a way that he could still have a view of what is going on."There thats my teacher obligation done, enjoy you game."

Heidi watched Shane leave sadly; she would have liked him to play with them. "I'll go search a bit more people." She walked to Sam, Damian and Aaron's compartment. Once again, she knocked twice and slid the door open. "Guys, we're playing truth or dare! If you want to come, we're all over there." She pointed the place where everyone was gathered, and walked back there. "So...we're all playing so far?" She asked.

"Sure. Lets just get going then, shall we? Hmmm?" She said, getting up and stretching, rolling her head around, then shaking her hands out and stuffing them in her pockets, looking at Andre expectantly. "Well? Lets be off then."

Andre chuckled and nodded. He opened the compartment door and waved Johanna through. "Ladies first." He stated simply. After she walked through into the corridor he followed her. From there he could see the group already forming and went to join them.

Sam nodded at Heidi's question, realizing that there were more people joining from other compartments. "Maybe we should move to the lobby train car behind this one. The corridor is too narrow for the game here." She suggested.

Shane was in the compartment with aaron but he said nothing to her and just starred at her, he did not really want to play till things were resolved, Shane hated her for what she did but he hated himself for what he did.. but hating himself was something he did a lot now a days.

(Where is everyone sitting? Is it too late to find someone in slytherin to sit with?)
Grace apparated into kings cross, alone. This time of year her mother just stayed in bed all day long, and it was impossible to rouse her. Grace walked quickly through kings cross, pushing her cart in front of her. She was one of the first people to load because she had no sobbing parent to comfort. She picked a compartment at the very back of the train and sat alone.

Rosy followed Shane to his compartment, to make sure he was good. She sat in front of him. "You alright?" She asked kindly.
