Fandom Young Justice: Chronicle

Sorry all, busy weekend. I am waiting to start the RP until after the move back to the xF software so I can use BBCode properly. I don't want to format it with HTML now only to have to go back and replace it with BBCode later. The Admins said this switch should begin on 2/19, so once we are back up from the down time and everything is working okay, I'll post the RP :D. Feel free to claim characters now though.

INTERESTED AF

Bahaha I love that!

You can do OCs if you want. And Avocados, Rocket or Cassie or both would be awesome :D. Do you mean Cassie Sandsmark?

I was waiting, here's my older message :D.

Yo @Malsuphur

I see you are looking for villains... I can be of assistance

What did you have in mind? Also, I might be starting a Star Trek-like rp as well about a group of super-powered cadets going on their first cruise. I did start a Final Fantasy one, but this YJ thread is getting the most attention so far.

Mask:

(Colored to it her color scheme)

The adopted Daughter of the Disciples of Trigon (Not his sons, which can induce those sins). She can be a bit overdramatic at times and her weapon is her scythe forged in the depths of Hell. She gained the power of hexes and witchery through the meteorite and was promised even more power by Trigon. Of course, she would be wearing a mask as she still goes to school.

Well, although that sounds awesome, it does technically break the rule about no powers before the meteorite. Maybe we can say centuries ago when wizards were still around, Trigon was a human necromancer who advanced the dark arts and alchemy enough to bind recently deceased souls to his own, increasing his power. Eventually he was defeated, but before he died he passed a secret command to all the souls that were bound to them, compelling them to form the Disciples of Trigon in their next lives and try to resurrect him as their Dark Lord. Over the centuries, these tainted souls were reborn, died, and reborn again over and over, each time driven by the subconscious urge to further the aims of their cult. When a tainted soul is newly born, they feel an attachment towards the occult, and at some point in their lives they learn of a great Demon Lord named Trigon, and they immediately become obsessed. Eventually they find their way to the Church of Blood, and the older members share the Dark Origin, which states that the Dark Lord Trigon created their eternal souls and each life they are tasked with finding their way back to Him. Up until the meteorite, they were just a normal cult, all magic having faded from the world long ago. But maybe when your character gets near the meteorite, it awakens a shard of Trigon within her soul and she is able to do the same to the other Disciples and they can be the secondary antagonists at first and then eventually the primary.

I'm waiting to put up the character sheets until we're on the new system. Right now we're just claiming characters.

I can see why you believe I am talking about before the meteor. and I think this would be an awesome way to introduce her..

Originally, I was thinking brother blood would come to her as a fatherly figure (As Alex is an orphan never knowing her real family) after the Meteor. Honestly, I do like your idea a lot more.

and what new system?

Okay, i'm excited for the character sheets, because i've been making home-made comics, heroes, and villains for a long time. It's going to be hard to decide on one character, i have a HUGE stack of drawings of these guys. Alright, here's my villain/hero. (He's a new concept, so i'm not sure wether he's going to be a good guy or a bad guy.)

He's a human/moth hybrid, basically has all the powers of a moth. His name is Hawkmoth, based off of a group of moths that are... Terrifyingly big. He can spit a stringy, sticky silk that sticks to targets and slows them down. He also has antennae that sense enemies behind him. (like eyes in the back of his head.) Hawkmoth can fly, of course.

He was touching a moth when the meteor powers developed, and noticed a growth in hair, constantly having to shave his beard. the transformation continued over many weeks- and he turned into a half-moth half-human monster.

Is it good, that's all i'm wondering.

Hawk Moth is also the main enemy of Ladybug and Cat Noir in the french CGI superhero show :D. And yeah, that's fine. Lena, by new system I mean the site is switching back over to xF with a clean install. They are making the switch starting 2/19. I don't want to create the RP thread and the character sheets until after the switch so that I can use BBCode to format it. If I do it now in HTML, I'll have to go and delete the code in a few days and replace it with BBCode, so the logical thing to do is to just wait until the servers are switched over :D.
