You know you want to look. (Always looking, just go ahead!)

Hi! So I've been on the site for about 5 months or so, and haven't yet been in a 1x1 rp yet. So I wanted to experience one! People usually call me Scattered or SA, but feel free to call me whatever. I prefer fantasy over anything, but will do realistic. I refuse to do fandom, but will tolerate futuristic. Let's see, I would prefer to play the female character, but will do whatever you want. Actually, I lied, I'll do almost whatever you want. I do FxM, FxF, but no MxM. I usually tend to reply as soon as I can, which tends to be almost immediately after you post, but I'm not great at writing out super long posts. Of course, for my intro, I will write long posts. For me, a long post is 2-3 pharagraphs. I try to match your post length, but can't promise anything. I prefer casual roleplays to anything. If you want to drop out, or will have to take a break, please just tell me. It's fine, really. I don't have many pet peeves, but my main one is grammatical errors. Please, please, please use commas, correct punctuation, and correct capitalization. I don't mind the occasional mistake, but if it happens a lot, I'm not going to be happy. I'm bad at generating rp ideas, so I have none to show you. If your interested, reply or PM me with a lost of the plots you wild like to do.

Due to your relative... Malleability for a lack of better term, I'd like to roleplay with you. As for possible plotlines, I have several, and I have a decent amount of writing experience... I'm getting aside from my point. Here are the possible plotlines I propose in small detail. If you desire more, please just ask.

*One thing of note. I am not much of a romantic, either in writing or real life. So be prepared for saltine romance if you desire such a thing.

Also, my writability sort of depends on you. if you let me go on and explain things too much, I will easily hit the 3000 word mark. Just a word of caution though. Also my E key is a scumbag and only works 1/3 times I use it. >.>

>> Anyways, so far I have three main stories...Because you prefer fantasy overall. I have several more, but I make a point to at least attempt to appeal to a potential partner.

  1. The Black Heart Chronicles: I've been yoyoing this idea around various places, and even tried to write a short story about it; but it just has the natural feel of a roleplay in my mind. The world it takes place in is a perversion of Earth simply called Terra. This Terra is similar to Earth in many ways, save for the fact that Terra has magic. Long ago, there was a religious crusade of grandiose scale that led to the creation of an object simply known as The Black Heart. All lore within the world states that the Heart contains all of the sin and evil from the crusades, and was actually used to contain this sin. For centuries the Argeian Church held onto the artifact, but eventually it was stolen away. Those that stole it paid the ultimate price; for their sin was noticed by the heart and they became a part of it, in a word they freed it. With it's newfound freedom, the Black Heart used it's darkness to attract the sin and greed of Humans far and wide, effectively creating a second crusade to feed it's power. We would play one of many roles, or even a combination of both. There are several sides, some major and others minor. I'll explain in a short sentence.

  • Argeian Church: The Church that won the crusade and owned the Back Heart for centuries.
  • The Black Church: The "Church" that created the black heart to use as a weapon against the Argeians.
  • Mercenaries: Simply put, hired thugs or freelances that seek the heart for an employer or themselves.
  • Commonfolk: The average Joe and Jane.
  • Royalty: The whol world knows of the heart's calls. Even royalty.
  • Templars: Rouge knights from both sides of the crusade that seek to create their own church and kingdom.

Look at what I've done. I tired to warn myself earlier in the post. I'll just let this settle here before this ends up being a novella. Please consider my offer.

What luck, I'm looking for one more roleplay, and you have the same standards as me (^.^) Mind if I PM you with my characters and some ideas?

Oh, that one? That's an old one xD Haven't seen anything of that in a long time.

So, I guess you already know one of my characters then, huh? ( :P )

Just know, I never forget a profile picture, or a name, I remembered the name of the GM of the first role play I did on this website and first time I saw her was five months ago and I saw her recently, like two days ago, and remembered her name.

That was actually my signature avatar for, like, 10 years or so ( :P ) I was tired of it a few days ago, and decided to try something new for a while, just for this site.

In case you're wondering why it took five months to get a 1x1 RP going:

1. Very stubborn and unwilling to write topics outside your writing comforts. MASSIVE part of 1x1 RPing.

2. You literally just insulted someone for not wanting to sift through a jumbled mess of a paragraph that even I got impatient trying to navigate.

I'm typically pretty patient with stuff like that.

3. You're not willing to come up with your own RP idea and seemed remarkably uninspired at the end there. Generally speaking, most decent RPers will write someone off the second they figure out they'll be doing most of the writing for the story.

4. More than 80% of your post was about yourself and what you won't do and need, whereas only 20% tried to sell an idea of writing.

It should be the other way around.

Food for thought.

I'm not trying to insult you, just sharing observations through experience to perhaps help your experience 1x1ing.

It's taken 5 months because I haven't wanted to be in one yet.
