XCOM Nation Building!

Which country had instant autopsies? And which one had reduced research time because they gave you more scientists?
 
Guys, this is every country in the damn world. And the only thing we're taking from XCOM is general ideas. The Details will be sincerely different, more realistic. You won't be sending four dudes into a alien siege anymore.

Thank you. Now, to decide. Get faster research speeds for important things? Or be able to basically ignore autopsies. Is this with the expansion?
