Power: Vale is a 'dead shot' she can't miss a target. In any situation Vale will not miss her intended target. In a fight if she means to punch you in the nose she will, or if you put a gun in her hand it will be one clean shot to the head.


Bio: Vale grew up in a single parent home with two younger siblings who she helped care for while her mom worked two jobs. When she was 10 the state removed her, and her siblings from the home when their mom's boyfriend was busted for dealing from the house. By the time Vale's mother was approved to get her kids back Vale had spent six year in a juvenile detention center for injuring classmates in fights. She even sent a boy to the hospital because she threw a pencil at him and it went through his hand. She was finally released on good behavior at age 17. She finally went home to her mom, and started playing basketball at her local rec center where she discovred her power. She couldn't miss.


Other: she has a nervous twitch her pointer finger will begin to twitch when her adrenaline begins to pump and some anger management issues.

At 5'4", he's rather short and slim, especially for his age, and is quiet, so he's generally dismissed as being no threat, or just seen as a young teen worth no one's time


Power: Semi-spontaneous Combustion. Kal can take any sort of spark (from a lightning bolt to static electricity) and turn it into an explosion. He can direct the blast in a certain direction, but can't manipulate it past the initial shove, meaning it can go in one straight direction, or blow out in a circle to hit all targets.


Bio: When Kal was 14, he discovered his powers in one of the worst ways. His step-father, a usually very calm, collected person, had a temper when he drank, and on one of the few times that the man did go to a bar and came home drunk, Kal managed to distract the man by not being in bed on time. When the man tried to grab him, Kal panicked, fearing for his life, as the man was much bigger than him, and leveled the house with his mother and younger sister still inside. All that was left were charred ruins of the home, and three skeletons. Kal ran, devastated, and didn't seek help, fearing what would happen if someone knew what he'd done, or if he looked back enough to acknowledge it himself. He scraped by on his own, never staying in one place for long and occasionally leaving accidental chaos in his wake, for the next four years, before someone from the Institute finally caught up with him. He had nowhere better to go, and many consequences to face, so he followed willingly.


Other: Kal's a pretty laid back person, in the sense that he doesn't care much about anything at all. He'll eat what he's given even if he doesn't like it, let others have the tv remote because he doesn't care what he's watching, and will let someone push him around if it doesn't do him any real harm - if he feels threatened, though, he'll fight back without hesitation.


His expression rarely changes from a bored-looking sort of neutral, he spends most of his time reading alone, and he tends to walk around barefoot even outside.

Power: Ash has a strange ability to make himself mostly invincible. At a thought, he can turn any part of his body (or all of it) a solid ocean blue, turning it into a substance that's impenetrable and indestructible. It can't be harmed by heat, cold, impact, or any sort of toxin. If he coats his entire body with it, he can block out telepathy, but he generally doesn't care if people know what he's thinking, so he doesn't do it often.


Bio: Ash lived a normal life, with no great revelations beyond when his powers manifested. It wasn't anything too serious, in his mind, only that he'd gotten hit by a car and suffered no damage from it, and his skin had turned briefly blue. Well. That part was sort of shocking, at least, and started to bring too much attention to him. He had trouble controlling it, at first, and body parts would turn blue at just a touch, so he started to get too much unwanted and dangerous attention. To be sure that his family wouldn't be bothered anymore, he voluntarily moved in to the Institute, and has been there for about a month.


Other: Ash is the sort of person that adapts seamlessly to just about any situation. He's laid back enough that he's okay with doing anything, and is able to laugh at himself and not get embarrassed should he fail at whatever new thing he's trying. He loves to make friends, and to be able to get to know people, and he's a protector at heart. He would much rather take the blows himself than see anyone get hurt, even if he doesn't know them.

Power: She has the ability to hypnotize you with her voice and music. She could start singing or playing the guitar, and you wouldn't be able to help yourself from stopping and turning around to go listen. She can then make you do things. She can also scream very high, and sometimes as high that it can make your ears bleed. She can whisper as quietly so no one on earth may hear, or as loud that it seems everyone on earth can hear.


Bio: She is the middle child, having one older sister, Gabrielle, and one younger brother names, Jacob. She was the oddball, being the weirdest in her family, the slowest to mature, and the most reckless. She often thought her parents loved the oldest and the youngest, and not her because they had no time for her. ((Being that she is two years apart from her siblings)) Her parents did love her, her mother loving but always stressed, and her father hard, forgetting to tell her he loved her. She found her escape through music, often playing it when down and when she just needed to get away. Through music also, she found her power.

Not much is known about her, except she loves panic. She is the one to create a show with building exploding and seas disappearing. Some have called her a lunatic, she's only a little bit crazy.


Revealed: She is a student of the facility, she lives by herself and has a horrid connection with her brother. Also, she has been at the academy for at least eight years.

Name: Noah Kuki Kaze

Age: 15


Appearance: Noah is 100% japanese, but was raised in America. So now you know his facial looks. His hair is black, and his eyes are black as well. He is tall for his age, about 6ft. He is also very lanky and skinny. He often wears long-sleeved clothing and jeans. His hands are very bony, and bone features on his body are visible. He is that skinny.


Power: Manipulation of air or wind


Bio: When Noah was in elementary school, he discovered his superpower. He noticed that he could make small breezes and whistle a funnel of air. Other kids found this weird and tended to avoid Noah except a few who didn't care for it. Unfortunately parents didn't approve of it, and Noah was isolated. Only his parents still accepted him. Then one day, a small trio of mutants with evil intentions learned of Noah and decided to visit his house. The mutants did away with his parents and this infuriated Noah. He created a small violent tornado that threw two of the mutants out of the house into the electrical line and you can assume what happened to them. The last one was able to dodge the wind attack and lunge at Noah. Wounded, afraid and mad, Noah created a violent ball of wind and threw it at the man. The wind ripped him to shreds. Noah ran away from the house and eventually found the Institute.


Other: Loves music. Especially playing instruments that require breath. (Trumpet, flute etc.) Shy and reclusive because of the incident. Has a scar on his right shoulder.

Power: Energy manipulation, and energy absorption


Bio: This story takes place not so long ago in a time where all things where going as planned. It was a nice time in the Farrell household. It was day that the first born son of the Farrell household. With his birth, it set in motion of the events of a lifetime. Lets fast forward 10 years to the very first event. It was high noon, and at the Farrell house was lively with children attending the birthday party. Conner was walking through his house, heading for the kitchen to sneak a taste of the cake before everyone else. Upon entering the kitchen, a whistle could be heard. It began to get louder, and louder as it soon rain down upon the house. With all the house guests no longer upon the world of the living, and Conner trapped within the rubble of the house, none knew that he was alive. He was only alive for his ability triggered a few moments before the explosion hit him. Throughout the next eight days, he spent his days and nights trapped under the rubble with only the light of the sun grazing across his skin. Upon the ninth day, a wandering traveler came to pay his respects to the family when he seen the arm of the young man hanging out of the rubble.


Within the next eight years, Conner was raised be a man that was all to familiar with an ability of mutants. Although, this man only taught Conner to be a bad man, using his abilities for himself and only for himself. Within the training sessions, Conner had been brain washed into believing that nobody can save him, that the only one that can save him was himself. If he needed anything, he would just take it.


Other: When using his ability, his skin turns chrome in color.
