yingjie is an odd mutant, consisting of energies of yin. the ability to control resentful energy, yin energy, and corpses through a flick of his wrist or the simple tune of his dizi. a shrill, spine-crawling tune, shattering the serenity as corpses spring from beneath the surface. yin phantom ( as yingjie calls his mutant ability ) consists of sub-abilities, making a whole as to what most of society knows. demon physiology allows him to invoke fear onto his opponents, releasing a sort-of chemical induced " coma " if you will, altering his opponents perception, causing them to see their environment as ominous. although this can be rather complicated, forcing yingjie to touch foreheads in order for it to take affect, although it can cause strain on his body ( increasing the dark energy circulating within his body, poisoning his system the more he continues to use his mutant powers ). yingjie has the ability to alter, or rather, manipulate one's nightmares thereby either creating, shaping, manipulating, entering a nightmare of his opponent to modify, fabricate, influence, manifest, sense, observe. although for every nightmare, yingjie must face them as well which takes a steep tole on his body, risking a sense of " qi deprivation " the longer he stays. often times used to " see " a corpse's memories up until their final moments, but the longer he stays, the riskier it becomes on his sanity. by entering a nightmare / memory, yingjie must be but into a semi-induced coma, the only risk ( to those of the living ) is the danger of them waking, trapping yingjie's soul within their mind. by defeat, yingjie can cause a variety of pain, being it physical or mental to his designated target, but as said, yingjie can transfer said pain onto his persona, suffering whatever his original target was feeling ( physical wounds can take months to heal whereas mental | emotional wounds can take years to heal ). yingjie has the ability to generate | manipulate flames ( ranging from neon green to black depending on emotions ) which is considered the most unpredictable, responding to emotions more than rational thought. death lordship is another sub-ability yingjie possesses. this is where his title as the grimm reaper has come from, allowing him to manipulate and control all those without a heartbeat ( consisting of corpses of humanoid forms ). death inducement is something yingjie continues to have trouble controlling, having the ability to destroy all life within a five-mile radius, being heavily influenced by his emotions appearing bird-like ( think of ravens ) that spring fourth, coating the sky in a unsettling black before combusting. often times he can control such an unsettling ability, but it causes him to fall deathly ill. the ability to sense the coming of death, and or being able to briefly determine when someone is dead or dying, alongside being able to determine the specific location the person died ( ties into a previous mentioned ability with being able to see the last few memories of the deceased before they died ). a well-known ability yingjie possesses is necromancy, or rather, something similar to it. yingjie can manipulate the dead as well as being able to communicate using various methods ( summoning their spirit as an apparition or raising them bodily - for the purpose of divination, imparting the means to discover hidden knowledge ). yingjie can awaken a variety of corpses ranging from " mindless " to those with full consciousness but yingjie cannot resurrect the dead. he is merely a " communicator " if you will. he cannot simply " turn " one into a corpse for his usage, something that goes against his beliefs and will only summon corpses when the situation is dire and or he's outnumbered ( or emotions go haywire - the stronger his emotions the more unpredictable his mutant ability becomes ). phantasm manipulation to put it simply, allows yingjie to manipulate ghosts | specters and their energies. whether that being to induce fear in others, causing chaos, or simply controlling the souls of the deceased which goes hand-in-hand with his ability to manipulate the dead. in simpler terms, yingjie uses blood magic, using his blood for certain feats like protection, conjuring, portals, etc. thus creating a uniquely shaped symbol onto any flat surface ( paper, stone, wood, etc ). he do things such as turning an inanimate object to " life " such as paper metamorphosis ( allowing him to affix part of his soul in a small parchment, animating it - depending on how much of his soul he puts into the parchment - to being a mere animated object to fully supporting his consciousness. while this can come in handy, it takes a great toll on his body, weakening it. his body isn't exactly ordinary ( given he's a mutant ) allowing him to replace blood volume ( plasma ) within 48 hours ( temporary recovery ) to roughly four | eight weeks ( full recovery ) depending on the amount of blood he's lost which, furthermore, depends on how weakened his body is to determine how long his body takes to generate new red blood cells. dark energy manipulation allows him to create, shape, and manipulate dark energy. yingjie is often seen drawing it from his own body filled with resentful | yin energy, channeling it into a variety of tasks that often results in direct, destructive, and violent outcomes. something that yingjie is forced to " consume " allowing it to fester within his own body, amplifying his other abilities that's slowly poisoning his body the more he " soaks " and essentially, the more he uses his abilities, the sicker he becomes. yingjie is often seen using a dark aura that surrounds oneself in | with darkness | shadows that emits a crimson, cherry-like red color with tints of black ( flame-like ) that is used as a defensive measure. darkness manipulation allows yingjie to create, shape, and manipulate darkness, and moreover, shadows. often used to cloud everything in total darkness, yingjie uses his own " infinite " supply of darkness residing within his own body. often used to teleport one's self ( think of ruby from rwby in terms of " teleportation " which isn't exactly " teleportation " but more-so supernatural speeds using shadows ). because of this, yingjie is quicker to tire out, often bleeding from all orifices when overdoing it. something yingjie takes pride in, is his musical weapon proficiency which allows the user to use an instrument as a weapon, something yingjie has found to be easier to channel his abilities into when commanding corpses and or darkness itself. using this as a series of attacks, allowing him to be a bit further away from the fight unless needed.

weisheng has an odd ability, something compatible with his future brother-in-law; yingjie. he is what most would call a ghost whisperer. in a sense, weisheng has mediumship, allowing him to hear, see, view ghosts | spirits of the deceased, and even communicate | interact with them. with the ability to repel and or run spirits away from a given area, compelling an armada of ghosts, and if he focused, the ability to view a visual conception of a " spirit world ". although it can be rather draining, once ghosts | spirits notice he's able to see and hear, often becoming overwhelmed. resulting in constant black-outs and bleeding from the orifices. communing allows him to speak and or bring spirits that have yet to cross over, allowing them to resolve unfinished business in the mortal plane. although weisheng has little to no control over which spirits that are brought back, although the more resentful energy a ghost | spirit the more affected his body becomes ( yingjie often deals with the more resentful spirits where weisheng deals with the more " common " spirits " ). one of wishing's unique abilities is being able to, in a sense, to use ghost mode, or rather, becoming invisible and intangible. essentially his spirit leaves his body, allowing him to phase through objects and travel long distances without his physical body. the only side-effect is if he doesn't return within forty minutes, his physical body dies. a similar ability; death whisper allows weisheng to connect to a " supernatural network " that allows him to hear the whispers of the deceased or dying, often becoming overwhelming and often results in him locking himself up somewhere and hoping to the gods it stops hurting. a plus side is gaining advice from the dead and sense | predict a person's upcoming death. something that ties into it, death sense allows weisheng to sense upcoming death, determine when someone has dead or is dying ( location, cause, last moments , last thoughts , etc ). soul reading allows weisheng to perceive and read souls ( free, dead, in a body ) by observing their characteristics, personality, feeling, memories, how much damage a soul has obtained, whether an entity is possessing | influencing a person. despite this, weisheng can only use this ability twice within a span of a week. it weakens his body greatly, often becoming bedridden if he forces himself to do more than twice. spiritual awareness allows weisheng to have a heightened awareness | sensitive to the paranormal, something that's a curse more than a gift on most days. what humans cannot see, weisheng can see, ranging from spirits, ghosts, demons, angels, etc. which is where many have come to call his " third eye ". spiritual hearing allows weisheng to sense nearby spirits, whether it's stepping inside someone's house or in a large open-moor, allowing him to see a glimpse of a past memory. such as a mass murder or a fire that killed many. weisheng is rather sensitive to this, having no control over it, resulting in him covering his ears when it happens, waiting for it to pass over. he is often dizzy and unresponsive when | after it happens. soul snatching allows weisheng to rip out an individual's soul from their body. the lateral becoming weak before collapsing in a fit of agony. although this is something weisheng has no pleasure in doing, he can crush it fully or cracking it. it requires massive amounts of energy to do so, something weisheng might have to meditate for months before being able to do anything remotely like that. aura color ( will later come in handy when it goes blind ) allows each individual to have a unique color surrounding one's frame, allowing him to identify without physically seeing them ( some call it a third-eye allowing him to " see " without actually " seeing " ).

Personality: Seemingly mentally unstable, Glass is never the less high functioning sociopath with the rare emotional attachments they have formed being exclusively mutants, notably those within the brotherhood following her initial retrieval to whom she shows a fierce loyalty. Hot-headed, loud, childish and Impulsive, she holds a flair for the theatrical and chaotic, being prone to causing trouble if left unsupervised for too long. Her more impulsive actions can also include the creation or modification of devices in ways she may frequently not recall herself, her idle hands making work for themselves when bored. When going about her actions she shows a remarkable about of confidence and motivation, with a somewhat childish mask often hiding her real intentions, seemingly treating even the more serious matters as a fun game, laughing as she goes about her business. She is not above putting on a display of innocence at times or manipulating freely with little remorse outside those rare individuals she cares for.

Biography:
Glass is unaware of the exact nature of her birth or even parentage, having been found and put into the system at a young age. She would grow up in between one of the run-down Detroit Orphanages and the streets, the latter being due to the treatment within the Orphanage being less than ideal. Living a tough life, she would eventually come into the care of the Brotherhood following her powers awakening. While initially using them for aiding her small-time larceny, thefts and other misdemeanours, the "Shattering" Incident in which every window and screen in the city suddenly exploded in a shattering cascade was an accidental outburst that drew attention. Seen as a problem child even within the Brotherhood she will never the less follow the orders given, if seemingly reluctantly and with complaining at times, she is never the less grateful for them taking her in despite rarely outwardly stating it. She is commonly deployed as a distraction given her talents and nature, though in more direct conflicts she is known as one of the most destructive and unpredictable members, and despite her loyalty is used with great caution as leaving her unrestrained could be considered "The Nuclear Option", especially in an urban environment.

Powers and Abilities:
  • Silica Kinetic: Glass holds the ability to manipulate mass quantities of Silica through high-frequency sounds, giving her essentially perfect control over all glass, sand and other Siliceous compounds within almost a mile of her location. This ability can be further extended by using the resonance of controlled objects to retransmit her power through a cascade-like effect. Her control has shown to be far more precise and allows for more complex manipulations the closer the material is to her. Despite all appearances, she has proven to be extremely versatile in applying this ability, though has a preference for the more theatrical, flamboyant and loud, the shattering event even proving that accidental use can hold immeasurable destructive potential, especially in urban environments.
  • Echo-Relocation: Glass is capable of teleporting without the range of sight leaving behind a copy of herself that can act Autonomously for a short period of time before violently shattering like glass. This effect also applies to any items that are in contact with her person at the time.
  • Engineering Savant: Unrelated to her mutant abilities, Glass has shown an inhuman attitude toward the creation of a variety of complex devices as well as deciphering and back-engineering technology encountered. They do however show a preference for the creation of more destructive devices overall or turning otherwise harmless items into deathtraps.

Abilities: He has been in every Major war and or conflict. His hand to hand combat skills are unmatched. He is a black belt in every form of martial art.


Backstory: Wolverine was born as James Howlett in northern Canada, (approximately near Cold Lake) during the late 19th century, purportedly to rich farm owners John and Elizabeth Howlett, though he is actually the illegitimate son of the Howletts' groundskeeper, Thomas Logan After Thomas is thrown off the Howletts' property for an attempted rape perpetrated by his other son, named simply Dog, he returns to the Howlett manor and kills John Howlett. In retaliation, young James kills Thomas with bone claws that emerge from the back of his hands, as his mutation manifests. He flees with his childhood companion, Rose, and grows into manhood on a mining colony in the Yukon, adopting the name "Logan". When Logan accidentally kills Rose with his claws, he flees the colony and lives in the wilderness among wolves.

During World War II, Logan teams up with Captain America and continues a career as a mer. He was in every World war. As well as The civil war and Vietnam and later with the CIA. He was then recruited by Team X, a black ops unit.

Personality: One of Iceman's best personality traits is that emotionally Bobby Drake is like the ice he manipulates—not cold but transparent. 'He's devastatingly honest. He is very up-front with his emotions and his thoughts all the time.

Powers: Iceman can use his mutant ability to control moisture, such as to freeze any air moisture into super-hard ice. This ice can be formed into any object of his choosing: the only limitations are his own imagination, and the ambient air temperature which determines how long his ice sculpture will stay icy.


Abilities: Iceman is a mutant born with superhuman abilities. He has the ability to manipulate ice and cold by freezing water vapor around him. This allows him to freeze objects, as well as cover his body with ice.


Backstory:

Robert "Bobby" Louis Drake was born in Floral Park, Hempstead, New York to William Robert Drake and Madeline Beatrice Bass-Drake. Bobby was Jewish on his mother's side and Irish Catholic on his father's. Bobby first discovered his mutant abilities at a young age when he found himself unable to stop feeling cold and shivering.


A school bully named Rocky Beasely had convinced his gang to attack Bobby and Judy Harmon, his girlfriend at the time. Bobby panicked and encased Rocky in ice, saving Judy, but revealing his abilities to his peers. Believing Bobby to be a dangerous mutant, the people of his town, Fort Washington, organized a lynch mob. The mob broke into the Drake household and overpowered them. The local sheriff noticed that things were getting out of hand and took Bobby into custody for his own protection. The story made its way to Professor Charles Xavier, founder of the X-Men.
