Personality: Eric is carefree and fun loving. He often uses his powers simply for his own enjoyment rather than the whole ‘justice’ thing, but deep down he’s a sweet guy. He is known for teasing people and that’s a good thing. He doesn’t tease who he doesn’t like. He’s also very argumentative and brash, sometimes making reckless decisions.
History: Eric’s parents were relatively poor and the only house they could find to live in was dangerously close to a nuclear power plant. With his wife pregnant and about to have their baby, They settled on the house. One day the power plant had a meltdown and although the parents didn’t remain exposed to radiation long enough to affect them, their baby was affected in the womb. When he was born all seemed normal, ten fingers, ten toes, two eyes, one nose. Until he was 15 everything seemed normal until the school called Mrs. Johnan. Her son apparently had morphed through a wall and wound up in the girls locker room after a cheerleading practice. Not only was her son a mutant, he was also expelled for traumatizing 15 teenage girls.
Mrs. Johnan immediately called around to see how she could get her boy into a school for mutants, where it’d be acceptable for him to exercise his abilities while still get an education.
First Mutation (Main Power):
All the radioactivity his mother took while pregnant with him really screwed up his genes in utero. He seemed relatively normal until he accsedently activated his powers for the first time two years ago. He morphed through a wall while running away from some bullies. His mother was shocked and sent him to the school to try and make sure her son would use his powers for a greater interest rather than being swayed to be a villain. He has some odd mutations that seem to allow his body’s molecules to move around and for him to enable to make himself lighter than air to fly, to move through walls and even hide in plain sight.
Second mutation: His appearance is slightly more beastly than the normal boy. Stark white hair, sharper looking teeth, bright blue eyes and nails that grow to look like claws. occasionaly he can shift enough to seem to have horns temporarily. even if they aren't permanent. They don't so anything other than make him look different.
Power Explanation:
- ability to make his body shift through walls, floors and even solid objects. As long as there is space on the other side.
- Flight
- Sensory skills, He can see, hear and smell better than any normal human.
- He can turn relatively transparent.
- I wouldn’t say he has super strength or speed… but it’s definitely higher than the average human.
Power Limitations:
-His “ghosting through walls” is limited to certain densities. Anything much thicker than concrete can pose a problem. Even doing it multiple times can work on his endurance. His record is 10 cement walls in a sequence before he got tired.
- He also cannot go through the ground. There has to be space on either side of what he’s going through. If he falls and hits the ground, not only does it knock him into his human form, it shocks him out of being able to shift through anything for a while.

Since his parents were pro mutants Anthony didn't have to worry about being shunned, but somehow word got out that he was mutant. Worrying for his safety his parents sent him away to the institute where he would be safe and learn to control his powers.

Tony is also isn't as physically strong as others, so he's more likely to lose in hand to hand combat.

James was born in Denver, Colorado. When he was Three, James’ mother sent him to live in Las Vegas with his brother, 12 years his senior. His brother, Cody, possessed the knowledge of a scholar and the life style of bachelor. He partied, drank, and fought…the works. And when he fought, he rarely lost. Cody had been state champ in wrestling and would have went on to be a marine if he didn’t have to take James. James had admired him greatly, which made it worse in the future. When Cody was 25 he got married and had a kid; shortly after, Cody’s wife took his daughter and left. After that he took to heavy drinking, becoming abusive to James, both verbally and physically. James grew up in the ghetto and went to a school where there were a handful of white kids. Bullies were never a problem, for he knew how to fight. However, socialization was a problem. He made only a handful of friends and even then, they weren’t best friends. By the time James was 14 he had developed severe anti-social anxiety. This was lessened down to introversion with his maturity over the years. James has attempted suicide once, the outcome of which gave him reason to believe "god" had other plans for him. He prefers not talking about this event. When James turned 17 he left Nevada to live on his own.
First Mutation: Physical manipulation of flames.
Secondary Mutations: spontaneous combustion, (one more small one later to come)
Power Explanation:James' first mutation occurred when he was 16. Through the palms of his hands he is able hold open flames and lob balls of flame. This is done with certain gene mutations and a special natural oil his skin creates. His secondary mutation occurred early in his 18th year. James has yet to even come close to mastering this power and only uses it if necessary. He is capable of spontaneously creating flames from his hands. This has to do with more gene mutation and the special oil, but also his eletroconductivity which he can amp up enough to create a spark.
Power Limitations: James' powers have almost no drawbacks which should make it a cinch but the three drawbacks he does have are pretty severe. The first being he hasn't mastered spontaneous combustion which leads to the second. James needs open flames in the vicinity in order to be effective. And the last, after washing, his skin needs time to reproduce the special oil.

Historyrakes history is long and dark. All that is known is that he is a mutant who was born in England and moved to America with his adoptive parents. His dad had died three months before his birth and his mom died giving birth to him. His adoptive parents were very abusive and beat on Drake since he was a child Drake had feared them his whole life. That is until one day when his adoptive dad went to go hit him that he hit back, he was so angry that he wanted to see the man dead. When drake went to reach for him he suddenly flew out the window as if being pushed by a strong force. His adoptive dad flew out the window landing outside on top of his car his mom screamed running down the stairs seeing her husband fly out the window. She went smack drake and he put his hands up because he would never hit a woman. when he did she flew up and smacked the ceiling and landed on her face on the floor. she crawled away looking at him in fear yelling at him calling him a freak and to get out of the house. He was so scared of what happened that he ran. He jumped through the window and sprinted into the thick forest that was his backyard. when he finally stopped he was a couple of miles into the forest. since then he has learned to live off the land and hunt and kill. His only companion is his pet wolf Shadow which he found the third month he was in the forest. He had found the pup by a tree whimpering with a broken leg. Drake nurtured him back to health and made a splint for his leg. After that the wolf decided to follow Drake everywhere so he decided to keep it and name it Shadow because it was part of him now and it was black, not to mention it followed drake like his shadow. After that he just moved from state to state staying in the forests or mountains training he found out he could move things and could do things others couldn't. He had heard of mutants and how there was a cure but how would anyone want a cure if you had powers that you can use to save people. He had saved people in few towns and animals that had been almost ran over. when word got out the X-Men came and found him in the forest of Ohio saying that they would help with all his problems because they were just like him. He didn't trust them but he went along to see what would happen.

Also his super human senses are not honed to the maximum so he can only do things slightly above average only until he is trained. As for the rest he still is human so he needs food rest and is vulnerable to any weapon.

Personality: Eli is typically a very passive person, hence the fact that he never tried to retaliate against the bullies he came upon. He'd rather let it play out and move on. He can be a bit stubborn at times and he tends to overthink things, he's had a rather passive view on the mutants since they came to light and isn't a big fan of becoming one.
History: Elias had his life planned out, graduate high-school then straight to Law School to be a Lawyer like his mother. That all fell apart the day of his graduation when he found himself getting roughed up by a few of the jocks at his school, not that it didn't happen occasionally. However this day, which was his final day of having to deal with them, he decided to fight back. Unlucky for the closest guy to him Reggie, his ability had decided to show up. So instead of just hitting Reggie then getting the snot beat out of him afterwards, Reggie flew into the nearby lockers knocked clean out. Eli was a pretty scrawny dude, but even for the strongest of people that sort of raw power was impossible. The lockers we're destroyed along with a number of Reggie's bones, very nearly killing him but he survived and now he sits comatose at the local hospital.
That was the day Elias' plan went up in flames, the day he was meant to get on with his life but instead found himself on the run. He found himself a mutant in a world that didn't want them around.
First Mutation: Super/Enhanced Strength
Secondary Mutations: Minor Telepathy
Power Explanation: Lifting things much too heavy for the ordinary human, destructive force behind his punches, the usual. The telepathy allows him to speak into someones mind and to hear their thoughts as well. For the Rp the Telepathy will only go as far as communication and reading minds, never control or pushing thoughts. He might gain that in the far future but I doubt we'd get that far? Eventually in the Rp he might learn to do more widespread communication but not for now.
Power Limitations: He doesn't have great stamina, though he is trying to work on that. So with enough exertion he can get tired easily. His telepathy is rather weak compared to his strength much to his annoyance and still new to him, only being able to connect his mind with a single person for now.

I'm sorry but I don't think I can accept this character. The reasons for this are that we already have multiple characters with wings and that we already have many characters that control fire. On top of this a character having all those powers together and no limitations seems quite op. I also object to characters with no information given as to their history. Personality: Seleena is a very depressed young lady, given that her powers have taken away the one thing she loved most in the world- her voice. She sits in her room, communicating with others via a dry erase board and a series of pantomimes. Her frustration with the limits her powers give her is tearing her apart on the inside, but she knows if she returned to the person she was it would not be to anyone's benefit.
History: As a young child, she was bright, energetic girl, who loves music and storytelling. People said she had a gift for song, and she was president of the debate team in middle school, and was noted for her intelligence, wit, and overall charisma.
That changed when she turned 16. When her greatest opera solo wasn't met with roaring applause, she panicked, and jokingly asked the audience to show some spirit. They started a riot. Her next performances didn't go much better. By age 17, she had stopped singing. That year, she noticed she began to win debates she didn't even try in, and that it was almost too easy to get things from her parents. In a fight with them over their new unquestioning attitude, she told them to "Get out of her life!" Her parent's car was found at the bottom of a ditch the next morning, on her 18th birthday.

First Mutation: Words of Power
Power Explanation: Her orders and suggestions have a compelling affect on people, whether she wants them to or not. She can make people love her, make them her slaves, or make them kill themselves.
Power Limitations: It does not work on any mutant with psychic powers or enhanced mental abilites (ie Jean Grey, Professor X, Beast), and she is so afraid of its power that she never uses it. Can also be countered by such powers (if she is able to, she can stop the order herself with a contrary order)
Second Mutation: Hypnosong
Power Explanation: When she sings, she puts all those listening in a trance. While in this trancelike state, she can give one order, which is absolute, and cannot be reversed by any means. This cannot be overcome by psychic powers.
Power Limitations: No effect on mutants with mind powers, the victim must hear the entire song to fall prey to the spell.

Personality: Jack is usually a friendly person who always had a sense of justice. However it didn't keep him from helping himself to other's hard-earned cash. Jack is the kind of person who doesn't get angry. The only way to get him angry is to do something like killing his parents. Jack's not very good at being an intimidating person either, often messing up and making himself look like a total wimp. It's against his character to beat up an innocent person to gain info out of him or her. This weakness often gets him to a conclusion longer then others. His determination is what stops this crutch. He's determined to find ways to save the lives of innocents while maybe dating a couple as well if he's lucky.
History: Jack was born from an American father and a Welsh mother. From birth to the age of fifteen, his life was normal. He was doing pretty well in school, he was somewhat popular, had no enemies, life was great. Though at the age of 16, he developed his powers. He did a pretty good job in hiding his mutant capabilities. For Jack didn't have reptilian skin or any wings of any sort. Though he slowly started training. Training at extreme speeds that is. If he didn't civilians or his friends would not be seeing a blue, instead they would be seeing Jack. In the beginning, he abused his power. He didn't have a dead uncle or being captured by another country to make him think otherwise. It was often stealing. Pickpocketing wasn't that hard and he never hurt anyone. Physically. Though at the age of 17 he decided he'd better be trying to save the world as well. Bank robberies, gang fights, and many other things were stopping in a flash. But it didn't stop Jack from going into his old ways and stealing from others. - Mutations

First Mutation (Main Power): Super-speed
Secondary Mutations (Optional): Superhuman physiology
Power Explanation: Super-speed. It's a pretty well known power and needs no explanation. You simply run at fast rates. Though with super-speed came other abilities. Enhanced perception, which allows Jack to see, hear, smell, touch and taste at an increased speed so he could process what's actually happening while he runs. This soon evolved into supercharged brain activity. Which allows him to perceive almost anything in his field of view and he may run through multiple scenarios without slowing down. He also has superhuman stamina, a healing factor, which does not make his invincible though it's good enough to sustain damage for a time, and many applications which he could apply his powers to.
Power Limitations: Jack trusts his powers too much. His enhanced perception or supercharged brain activity have a chance in failing and when he thinks time's going slow for him, it really isn't and he ends up hurt or dead in extreme cases. Frictionless surfaces like ice are a weakness as well, though not major, he could end up tripping, catapulting him into something which would cause heavy damage. Even with his healing factor however, he's not particularly durable to gunfire. Unlike Quicksilver who has superhuman durability or Flash who could easily phase through the bullets, he can only use his perception to slow down time for him and move away from the bullets. However, it's unreliable as I said earlier. Another minor weaknesses is his how he doesn't know his full potential. Or at least he hasn't found all the creative applications to his abilities.

History: Egil was born in the middle east during times of war and insurrection. Disease and poverty came over his family like hounds, but always never enough to kill them. They were sick for years and years, shut off into isolation in fear that they would accidentally kill someone or get themselves kill via infection. He spent years upon years scavenging to survive until he hit 10. Puberty having set in for a little while, Egil's X-Gene was unlocked. His mind was warped, and his very body dissipated out of existence.
The mental powers of Egil though, his remaining essence, was preserved in the Throne World. The ancient hole he found himself in was a fractured place between dimensions, It was place of sin and slaughter, beasts and rot trapped and ripped out from other realms clogged up in this hostile world. Egil's power allowed him to command and manipulate the population of the world, letting him build it into a sanctuary of a pit. The forgotten place hid from the eyes of many and became the home of many atrocities, tamed by Egil and his servants. Egil leaks his mind into existence to see how the world has turned out, plus to give him some away time from his job. With no way to break in or out of the Throne World, Egil patiently waits until his time to rule begins once more.

Egil can only form on a energy level in the real world, so he attacks a person's mind and makes himself real. At first he was limited to only attacking a defenseless mind, but has grown strong enough via Secondary Mutation to attack even the awake. In his physical form he is immensely stronger, able to effect the physical world by causing it to dream, but escaping the Throne World is near impossible.
Power Limitations: Egil is at his strongest when someone is asleep, otherwise the illusions can only come in powerful bursts or slow prolonged exposure. Those who can see through his illusions or call his bluffs can become immune to his offensive moves. In a dream, his foes can become lucid dreaming and use that to their advantage. Egil is not a physical being, and as such can be shut out. Finally looking into a mirror, camera or anything that is not an living organism can see straight through his illusions and him.
