WW Scavenger Lands preview

Holy shit it covers a lot! Awesome, and yes QC, told you that the Deandsor chapter is in there!

And may I add, FIVE, repeat FIVE different write ups for the Emissary O.o *ideas already boiling up*

I'm excited about that, but now it's overshadowed by the full write up on Thorns, Greyfalls and the Emissary stuff that will be in it.

It's about fucking time! I had the catapults ready and everything if they didn't put Denandsor in it.

Now you can simply target somewhere else, lol. But I wanna see all these new write ups, especially since most of these nations were given a cursory once over. I don't think Thorns was described as a city really, just as a foil and political entity for the MoW to latch on after the war. Makes you wonder where the hell that shadowland big enough for Juggernaut to pull through came from...

Yeah, me thinks mass graveyards for Thorns' dead or perhaps MoW had his agents working overtime...It's very thought provoking. I think the new details on Lookshy and Marukan will be a cool little bit on their own.

I am psyched about the part about the horselords of the marukani range towns! just thinking about it makes me a happy munkee! :P

Exactly. I'm hoping they're good write ups too, I'm sure they will be. Personally, I'm looking forward to the one that explains the Day as Dark as Night version of him.

Now, that's some sort of Primordial. Whether it's a Malfean, or something more... exotic... is the question (the references to the multiple souls make that one pretty clear in my mind at least).

Oh I know, and the whole betrayer bit. I'm betting he's possibly something made by the Primordials to fight and betrayed them? Perhaps is something far, far more exotic. I wanna see the write up where he's nothing more than a mortal

I still say that he is like Clint Eastwood’s characters in the early spaghetti westernsâ€â€the ultimate unknowable, unnamed badass. The man too slick for a name to even stick to him.

Actually, the section that I am really looking forward to is the one on Great Forks. For some reason the city of temples really caught a hold of my imagination. The Horse Lords should be cool too. I’ve always wanted to see some more detail on them.

I've stated mine, but I think the book will simply be kick ass all around. This has me pumped for the Blessed Isle book.

But he's not the Wandering Mystery Man. He settled down. So he's more of a 'Mystery Man Living in the Old House on the Hill' kind of guy.

Oh, and back on topic, who here hasn't been looking forwards to the Thorns write-up?

Quit pointing out the flaws in my allusions, damn it!   :D

And yes, a description of the Deathlord occupied city has the potential for serious coolness. The state of mortals living under the boot of the Mask of Winters has been the subject of much curiosity. Is the Mask making a stringent effort to convert mortals to the Ancestor Cult, or does he even pay them much mind?

It does make one wonder really. I hope the city has some nice flavor to it. Isn't too drab or what have you.

I own it ^_^ It's a wonderful book. The new info on Thorns and Deandsor, plus the new enemy write ups are pretty sweet. As for Amazon, *shrug* no clue.
