Those born with the First Variant have a chance of having unique genetic traits like body mutations (horns, tails, wings, nekos). How much of an impact that has on someone's life is different for each case, but can definitely play a factor in how Overseers operate!

I have a kinda weird character idea, though. Is it possible for an animal to get First Variant Devil's Wrath and gain the ability to talk and intelligence equivalent to a human? Because I'm thinking of making a contract between a First Variant animal and another of my characters as the Escort since I think it's interesting (and also the mental image of some dude who's work partner is a normal looking cat is very funny to me)
