Do wound penalties apply to damage rolls? Or can anyone point me to the page in the rulebook where it discusses this?

Thanks for that. But I thought there was no roll for soak? That you just subtracted the soak number from the number of raw damage successes? Am I wrong?


I say this because the sections of the rules on Dodge and Parry both state you have to roll, and the number of successes are subtracted from the attack roll. Whereas, in the Soak section, it just says to subtract the appropriate soak from the raw damage done by the attack. Are rolls covered elsewhere?

you are correct. there are no soak rolls (WoD throwback) in exalted and I should get more sleep.
