Name: Douglas Jay ‘Captain’ Falcon.


  Gender: My god is he a man.


    Race: Human.


      Age: 37.


        Height (if confirmed): 185cm.


          Weight (if confirmed): Not confirmed (as far as I know) but due to BMI calculations, I’d says he is around 82kg.


Universe: F-Zero, however his powers set is more specifically from Smash Bros.


  Alignment: Hmm…I would say he is Lawful Good, but could also be Chaotic Good. Probably on the Chaotic side.


Powers: Of course, Falcon Punch. He also has the abilities from Smash Bros, so he can also Falcon Kick, Lightning Kick etcetera. He can also spend a few seconds to channel his energy into his knee to deliver the infamous Knee of Justice. THE KNEEEEEE!!!


He can also break out of telekinetic/magic binds, as proven by one of the F-Zero GX game cutscenes. Also, if you count Super Smash Brothers, he can even punch (regular punch) arrows, tornado boomerangs and even relatively weak magic out of the air.


  Skills: Driving, mainly, but he is also great at unarmed combat and martial arts.


    Weapons/Items: He does have a pistol on his belt, which he rarely uses and honestly isn’t that proficient with, and of course, the Blue Falcon. The Blue Falcon is an amazing racing machine capable of 450MPH (ish) and can corner well at those speeds. He can also summon the Blue Falcon to his aid via remote on his wristband.


Grail: The Creator, a god like being.


  Time of Gate awakening: See backstory.


Backstory: The world of F-Zero is set in the future, where hovercars and space roads are the norm. I take this backstory from the games, since I haven’t seen enough of the anime, and I completely ignore Smash Bros (although the powers are the same). In short, instead of beating The Creator in the final boss race of F-Zero GX he lost, but used his wit and cunning to make a rematch with an interesting twist. Simple, Captain Falcon willingly allows the Creator to take his soul, in exchange for a rematch where if he wins, the Creator banishes himself. Of course, with the Blue Falcon out of commission he would need time to prepare again…to which the Creator accepted. Instead, Captain Falcon when to Tibet to unlock his powers, and then faces the Creator again. When he lost again, this time on purpose, Captain Falcon punched the Creator into his own portal, banishing him from the universe forever. However, since the Creator was the Grail of this universe, that cause some timey-wimey bad things to happen, and the dimension that Captain Falcon was taken to race in collapsed, sending the damaged Blue Falcon into the depths of the multiverse, into a Gate created from the remnants of the dimension.

Powers:


Blue soul magic - allows for the user to pick up and move the target about how they please.


Gaster Blasters - a semi-sentient animalistic skull that appears and shoots beams of focused energy to damage the opponent


Bones - Summons enlarged magical bones to damage the opponent


Blue Bones - Similar to the above, but only damages the opponent if the opponent moves while being struck by the bones. 


Soul Hands - a non-damaging use of magic, creates a spare set of hands to help Gaster communicate via sign language


Skills:


- Very knowledgeable about souls and soul magic


- Knows his way around machines and all sorts of other tools


- He's got a PhD guys... he's just very smart apparently.


- Speaks only in Wingdings, most people cannot understand his speech, so he uses sign language to translate.


Weapons/Items:


Cell phone - translates the movements of his soul hands from sign language to speech

Time of Gate awakening: Three years after the true pacifist ending, after Gaster is un-shattered across time and space via some code shenanigans with Frisk and Chara


Backstory:  A while back, before Frisk fell into the Underground, but after Chara and Asriel died, Gaster was the royal scientist. After completing construction on the Core, a construct that turned geothermal energy into magical energy, Gaster turned to the Barrier, a magical construct created by humans in the past to keep the monsters sealed in the Underground. In an attempt to better understand souls and how they work, so that he may find a way to construct a soul strong enough to break the Barrier, Gaster drilled holes in the palms of his hands to make samples. Using these samples, he constructed artificial monster souls and skeletal bodies for the souls, creating Subjects 1-S and 2-P, otherwise known as Sans and Papyrus. Once they were older, he drilled branding plates onto the backs of their right hands and began experimenting on the two, attempting to hone their magical capabilities and studying the outcome of different magical experiments on their souls and physical capabilities. 


Through unknown circumstances, Gaster fell into the Core, scattering his being across time and space and causing everyone but Alphys to forget about him. He remained like that for several years, until three years after Frisk freed the monsters from the Underground, when Alphys sent Frisk, Undyne, Sans and Papyrus back to recover Gaster in an attempt to have him help move the Core above ground, into the newly meshed monster and human society. After some shenanigans in which Frisk messes with the game's coding after falling into the Core herself, all five of them return to the surface, where Asgore places Gaster under house arrest in Asgore's basement until they can get a proper hearing for what he did to Sans and Papyrus in the past, which Gaster now deeply regrets. 
 
btw, @Truthblade, i edited my sheet a bit. is it accepted (sorry about the nagging, but im the sort who likes being told there are accepted, rather than only being told if they are unaccepted if you know what i mean? :3)

Powers/Skills: Scorpion possesses the ability to teleport with the power of hellfire. He also has the ability to manipulate hellfire and summon demons from the Netherrealm (Hell), and can even send flames through his kunai. He has the ability toss a kunai on a chain perfectly straight, and is also a very skilled martial artist, particularly in Hapkido and Ninjutsu. Thus, his attacks will hit the average man extremely hard.


Skills (Attacks):


Spear Toss - Scorpion tosses his spear in his line of sight. If it successfully hits a foe, he will reel them in, with a signature followup phrase of 'Come here!' or 'Get over here!'.


Demon Hellfire - Scorpion rises his hands, causing hellfire to emerge from the ground where his target stands when he activates it, causing the target agonizing burns if it succeeds. It surpasses guarding, but it will only hit if the target remains in the same spot when the attack was activated.


Hell-eport - Scorpion teleports behind a targeted character suddenly, and can follow up with one of three attacks if he so chooses - the Hellfire Fist (a fiery punch that makes his foe stagger), the Hellfire Heel (a slicing kick that breaks guards), or the Hellfire Flipkick (a fiery backflip that knocks the foe high into the air if it succeeds).


Takedown - Scorpion will slide forward, legs outstretched. If his legs connect with the foe, he will grab their legs in between his, to trip them to the ground.


Summon Grab - Scorpion will summon a demon about five or ten feet ahead of him to grab his foe, if they are in the right spot. Although it doesn't harm the foe directly if it succeeds, it opens an attack opportunity for Scorpion.


Hellfire Ball - Scorpion tosses a ball of intense hellfire forward. It moves rather slowly, but it does deal quite some damage on impact.


[Super - Grade 3] Hellish Brutality - Scorpion will charge hellfire in both his hands for a moment, before spiraling forward with a sudden attack. If it succeeds, then he will grab his foe's head and knee them in the jaw, sending them upwards. Then, he will toss two spears into the mid-air foe, and then he will slam them into an intense patch of hellfire, which soon fades.


Weapons/Items: Scorpion possesses a chained kunai, which has been his signature weapon in the games ever since the first one back in 1992. Also in his possession are two Mugai Ryu blades, which are very useful in his melee combat endeavors.


Grail: Quan Chi's Amulet


Time of Gate Awakening: About eight months time after Shinnok is defeated by Cassie Cage.


Backstory: It is known that his father, a former member of the Shirai Ryu, forbade his son from joining the clan, as he did not wish for his son to live the life of an assassin. However, Hanzo joined in spite of his father's wishes in order to provide his wife, and son, with a comfortable life.


Now Scorpion is a hell-spawned spectre, inexorably seeking vengeance against those responsible for the destruction of his clan and the death of his own family. Despite his malevolent appearance, he is not inherently evil. He joins the forces of evil when promised a means of resurrecting his clan on Earth, or the chance to inflict his wrath against those who butchered them. Scorpion has also (indirectly) assisted the game's protagonists to fulfill these motives. Although his rival is Kuai Liang (Sub-Zero), he is not responsible for his family's death. Instead, Quan Chi was the one that did this.
 
My character had to become human in order to fight the final boss because of the Celestrian rule of not physically being able to attack an elder, but afterward, she wished to become Celestrian (well, half-Celestrian) again

I will check them all when i have the chance, but between my math homework, my family moving, my other rps, and still having to update the claim list, i have been busy.

Ah, yeah, there it is. Was looking promising for me until that.

When i said "extremely powerful" what i had in mind were people who could take down (for instance) ten Thanoses all on their own without getting scathed. THOSE are the kinds of characters that should be toned down. I am not asking to turn everyone into goombas.

Will combat be done by dice roll?

Two of my characters (Luna and Dante) have an ability called spry in crisis, it raises evasion by 50% and counter attack by 25% if their HP is below 20%, is that okay? Both characters don't have good attack, so it's not like a counter attack would do much and compared to Rando and Hope, their defense is horrid, if you want, I'll send you their (in game) stats.
