Chin Chin is powerful though. He's on godlike levels of power compared to all other characters in the Filthy Frank Show. And, yes. I have seen all episodes and studied the actual lore of the Filthy Frank Show.

Chin Chin inspires fear with his mere presence in the realm. He can shoot lasers strong enough to stop Lemon from his butt, and even resist all of his attacks. He also displayed powerful feats of reality warping, telekinesis and can teleport and travel between all of the realms and chromosomes freely. His chromosome level is probably the highest, with the exception of only Prometheus who was created to fight him. He also has superhuman strength and speed, as he could beat Red Dick (one of the most powerful beings in the FFS universe) near effortlessly.

He was only beaten by Prometheus and empowered Frank.

The point of being Chin Chin is that you are a disgusting, ugly fucking monster but everyone makes sacrifices and fears you out of the mixture of your power and the fact you are so unbelievably disgusting.
