I'd say she was someone initially classified as D2, but that quickly escalated to B2, barely reaching the cusp of A3 whilst she was amassing an army of human-sized dolls before she was ultimately shut down by Nathaniel's father, Chrom. (So she was just barely A3 when arrested)

Chrom on the other hand started at B2 more than a decade ago, has been a stable A3 for a long time, and is now something like a new/unstable S class(deals with A class insurgents well, but needs to properly prove himself against an S class insurgent).

I'll add this to his CS in a bit, put too much thought into this lmao. Though tbh I'm not a good judge of these classifications/power levels, the gap between some of the levels seem so large.

For the “future upgrades” tab I literally just listed some of the abilities he could possibly have. He will in no shape or form be able to use all of those (leaning towards him using light mimicry and Scatter)

Lmk if I need to tweak him again, also changed his powers from the subset Solidification to straight up Light Manipulation….figured it might be a little more fun.
