I have a question. How do you choose the Alphas of the Territory. And if you would want to become one, what do you do?

//You would do what any Alpha would do. I might cancel Alphas soon, though, because we need some normal pack members. You just put in your forum application that you are an Alpha. Additionally put the territory you wish to claim and the name of the pack. ( and of course your other Sign-in information)
