Well, I haven't played the games, so I probably know less about the world than you. I'm only on page 50. 
I wish I could play the game but my computer is so old and can't run anything. ;_; What do you think if we do this rp, and maybe you can just fill me in on details of the world that I need to know? And if I finish the book, I won't need our rp to depict the world perfectly or anything.

I have played witcher 3, I think I have a basic knowledge of the universe, I would be interested In an RP
