Appearence: long curly, blond hair that is kept kept in a very messy bun. Pale complexion, sky blue eyes, is 5'2.

Personality: acts sweet and mild mannered, though a sincere compliment will fluster her, has an abundance of knowledge from being the tavern owner, can be very crafty when it comes to sharing the information she has. Is secretly a helpless romantic but thinks love is a lie.

Abilities: water is her attribute, though she uses potions the most.

Outfit: While at work she wears the standard long dress and apron, when off she dresses in rich, elegant clothes, mostly blue. Is on the constant hunt to find something to hold her hair at bay.

Bio: tired of being forced to hide and not use her abilities, Cordelia decided to do the opposite. She became the owner of a tavern that people of all backgrounds, including witch hunter's and fellow witches, visited and amassed knowledge from her patrons. However she is not quick to give said information back out. Should someone grow curious as to how she seemingly does not age, she slips them a potion to avert their thoughts elsewhere. Should that now work she uses a stronger potion to erase that thought completely.

He grew up in hiding, and no longer wants to live that way, yet doesn't want to be captured either. Bio:

Ayriauna was born and raised in a church. Her parents not wanting her, left her on the church's door steps. She was then raised by the head priest and taught the ways of God. She grew up only knowing that she was to be fully faithful in God for he would show her the way. Being the adopted daughter of the head priest, she was supposed to marry the prince to keep the ties between the royal family and church strong.



But one day she stumbled upon her friend and the prince conversing. This continued for weeks until the prince and her friend’s relationship took a step further and they began to date in secret. Ayriauna was torn between revealing the relationship or keeping her lips sealed.



The straw that broke the camel's back was when she discovered that her friend was a witch, and when she found out that the prince was considering marrying her friend. Filled with fury she informed the inquisition of the witch and the prince and her secret relationship.



Ayriauna then Informed the prince himself about the witches trickery and how she used a spell to make him love her. The prince was heartbroken and betrayed as he left the young priest, whose heart felt a small pang, a pang in which she ignored.

Standing at 5'10" and covered in scarred muscle, Jullah can look quite intimidating. She has wild red hair that tumbles down just below her shoulders and amber eyes.

Personality:
Jullah is the kind of person who punches first and asks questions later. Her heart is what guides her actions, albeit often causing her to make brash decisions. With the heart of a dragon and a temper to match, Jullah is no stranger to conflict and for the most part welcomes it. She was raised by dragons and values strength, pride, and vigilance for her people. Above all else, Jullah desires to gain the power she needs to defend her people -- no matter the cost.

Abilities (if applicable):​
  • Dragon fire: can harness the power of dragon fire. Most of her abilities spring from this branch of fire magic. Dragon fire spreads quicker than normal flames, and can easily eat through metal and armor. The only exception to this is Sasinite.
  • "Mul Qah Diiv" (Dragon aspect): Jullah can form near-physical projections made from her ‘dragon spirit’. These take the form of ethereal dragon wings, claws, tail, horns, and spines.
  • Draconic strength: Jullah is much stonger than an average person and fire does not hurt her.

Claw combat: Jullah’s weapon of choice are the dragon claws/tail/wings she creates from her 'dragon spirit'. She refuses to use a sword - the weapon of man - which has been used to strike down countless dragons over the years.

Bio:
In the stories the dragons tell her, Jallah was abandoned by her birthmother at the edge of the dragon’s domain -- back in the days when the dragon race was plentiful and struck fear into the hearts of mortal men. Foviin, a young broodmother, found the squalling child near the lake she often frequented. Filled with the same motherly instincts she had for her soon to be hatched young, the dragon took the human child to her den where she was raised as one of her own alongside the dragonlings.

Although she was accepted by the dragonkin, Jullah could never feel like she was truly one of them. Her human flesh divided her from her brethren. She was weaker than her siblings and could not take to the skies without the aid of a true dragon. There was nothing she wanted more than to become a true dragon, to no longer need the protection of her kin. It was on the night when a group of hostile adventurers stumbled upon the breeding cavern that Jullah found her own fangs. The desire to protect her people was what sparked the discovery of her powers and ‘Mul Qah Diiv’, an ethereal projection of her spirit that took the form of dragon hide and limb. As she grew she was taught how to harness this power, fighting with tooth, claw and the fire of a dragon. Finally, she could protect herself. She wanted to take back the territory stolen from the dragons, but the eldest of their kind would hear none of it. For centuries the few dragons had remained a secret to the world, and it would be kept that way. Jullah obeyed the Matriarch, but would secretly travel to the human villages to observe their kind.... villages that she noticed were getting closer and closer to the remaining dragon havens.

It was on these excursions that Jallah witnessed the horror of the witch hunts. She was disgusted by the cruelty in the hearts of men, and nursed a hatred for her lineage that grew with every atrocity. Soon she turned to the Witch Rebellion as a representative of the dragon race. With the humans under the rule of a witch, Jullah hopes that the dragonkind can reclaim their stolen territory and they can finally live without fear of human hunts.

Bio: Varick was born to a noble family of inquisitors who are loyal to the kingdom and its people for generations. The Valefore's have strong ties to the Church, offering their services in defense of the kingdom's people and the protection of the sanctity of the monarchy as stalwart defenders of the crown and heaven's light.

At a young age, his education to be an effective inquisitor began at the hands of his father where he was taught the fundamentals before being passsed on to different family members for further training. It was here he acquired his blade, a Greatsword named Rahmiel.

He felt a connection when he walked through the family armory before his weapon's training at the age of 9. When he picked up the blade, he felt it was heavy but perfect in his hands. His uncle told him that the weapons they use are extensions of themselves and of the conviction and resolve they bear since birth. He speculated that Varick would be a bringer of mercy for his boundless compassion to those in need; and it was true when he was 13 years old when he actually started weapon's training after conditioning his body and mind to wield Rahmiel. Whenever he would venture out of his family's home, he would interact with the common folk with respect and care. The people cared for him as he to them. In jest, they called him "Their Angel and Shield," after accompanying a few men on a hunt for a notorious brigand and defending said men from fatal harm. His family did not forbid his actions, in fact they encouraged it for that is what Rahmiel had foretold.

At the age of 15, armed with Rahmiel, he entered the service of the Church. For years, he worked hard to earn his armor and earned the respect of a number of clergy men, sisters, and fellow inquisitors from different walks of life for his faith and steadfast resolve. It was here, he mastered Rahmiel. Being able to wield a Greatsword with only one hand took him a lot of time, patience, and practice before he could truly pull it off. Upon gaining his armor at the age of 22 for his services and loyalty, he returned to his family to share the good news.

It was here, among his brothers, sisters, aunts and uncles, his father and his mother, a ghastly news arrived from their spies. The prince was manipulated by a witch!?

Many of them roared in outrage, hurling threats and promises of retribution; some of them knelt down and uttered prayers as tears trickled down their cheeks for failing to prevent such a thing from happening; but the rest, including him, had a grim look on their faces. After getting everyone under control, his father took the lead and ordere them to mobilize. He offered to start with the village close to his family's home to recruit loyal subordinates and root out any incursion that may have taken root. His father agreed before asking Varick to leave his armor for now due to plans on improving upon it with the Valefore touch.

When it was all said and done, he managed to recruit the village to their cause. The people were outraged and offered their support in the Valefore mission to rid the kingdom of the blight of witchcraft, they even pledge their support to Varick himself.

He trained the men and the few women that were able as loyal agents, teaching them signs and secret codes of communication. Varick, along with the few inquisitors that accompanied him at the time, managed to lock down the village---turning the populace into faithful agents of the Valefore; especially to Varick..

Currently he was on his way to meet with representatives of the Church to pledge his family's support and assets in the coming conflict against the tainted beings known as witches.

He gripped Rahmiel tightly as he made a solemn vow. He vowed to bring mercy to the land, even if it must be brought on by the edge of the blade. His love for the people and the land demands nothing less after all...

Faction: Mercenary, for now he’s with the Inquisition (they pay well)

Appearance: 5’4, lithe, from the neck down is covered in scars.

Personality: Carefree and go with the flow type of guy, he rarely acts seriously though when he does it doesn’t end well, charismatic, loves to tease people and is a flirt to all genders. When questioned seriously about his past he’ll lash out in pain.

Abilities: he relies on speed and agility in a fight.

Weapon’s: Has a set of daggers that he uses for both close range and mid distance.

Bio: Jay remembers little about his father, he died when he was only three, so it was just him and his mother doing all they could to survive. When he was ten he decided to play hide and seek with her and hid under the bed, he watched as the villagers who had practically raised him came in and cripple his mother, accusing her of being a witch. The same villagers then set the house on fire, as it turned out a rumor that Jay’s mother was bewitching the men with magic had started and they felt fire was the only cure. Jay managed to escape, but only barely. He was nursed back to health by a kind witch hunter, who later taught him all he needed to know about fighting. When the man died of an heart attack Jay took his last name and began wandering through different towns, always looking some fun and cash.

XD whoops I totally didn't read the fine print lol, say the scout came and told you to meet my girl at the gates telling you everything that my girl told Varick minus the part about the revolution of the witches! =)

Faction: Cult of the New Order (Leader)

Race: Cultist

Appearance: He is a large balding man with black and grey hair and a clean shaven face. His body which was once large and muscular has grown plump and chubby due to less activity. He has multiple scars on his arms and torso from both blades and magic.

Personality: On the outside he is charismatic and strikes a kind and somewhat fatherly stature. But underneath that is an opportunistic beast with a love of violence who manipulates others for his own gains.

Abilities: He can charm a dragon into giving up its hoards, metaphorically of course, and can pretty much talk someone into sacrificing themselves for him.

Weapons: A ceremonial dagger and an old but well maintained witch hunter sword.

Armor/outfit: He usually wears a ceremonial greyish green robe, beneath which he wears a full set of magic resistant plate armour.

Bio: There was a time, way back in his youth, where he was considered a brave and honourable man. He came from a very well known and respected family, who for generations had served the Witch Hunters and even led them at times. In fact, for nearly twenty years he was an officer in the ranks of the Witch Hunters, even managing to gain the rank of general. But a year after his promotion, his reputation took a nose dive off of a cliff.

There were rumours that whilst he was an officer, he had personally tortured and killed at least one hundred people, with some rumours even saying as many as two thousand. The worst part, thepeople he tortured and killed weren't all that bad, it was said that he killed Witches, peasants, women, children and even imfants as well as a few of his own men. However the High Command of the Witch Hunters were unable to find any eveidence or witnesses, and when they did they mysteriously vanished into thin air.

So, they decuded to limit the damage as much as possible and forced him to take command of a small garrison in the mountains. This seemed to be the breaking point for him, for ever since he has been gathering an army in secret to serve him. He uses his charm and status to make people believe him, and his way of thinking. And thus began the Cult of the New Order, who believe that the only way for the realm to prosper is to try and get Witchs to create new magical beings, even if those beings are abominations.

The only way to do it, sacrificing the lives of others by experimenting upon them. His Cult perform experiments on living beings in order to try and use their life essence to crrate a new being, usually resulting in abominations and failures, but the success they have encourages them to go further and further in their depravity for a more magical word.
