3. Appearance has to look like that of your gender

5. In Biography, please mention how you got you strengths and weaknesses
6. Please be descriptive with your CS or I may ask you to add more to it
7. I don't bite so if you have questions or are unsure of something or even have advice on making this better please tell me, I am new at this and need people to communicate with me

11. There is no limit on characters per person, but please only have as many as you can handle

This rp is for everyone, you do not have to be a part of the fandom to join as I hope everything will be explained. If you have any questions feel free to ask me, I will not bite, and I am new at this, this is hopefully going to be my first successful rp. This rp will be a little different than the movies or books in the fact that there is no evil physo trying to take over the city and kill people, and that the city is sort of united and do things together.
