The final bell had rung'finally that was taking ages and now I get to meet up with Octavia at the flagpole'.He got out of his seat and stretched for a small while he grabbed his bag and then started walking down the halls."I cannot believe this a cute girl comes to the school and I became her first friend and now I can't walk to the park with her if I would have died now I would be happy".He exited the school and made his over to the flag pole he arrived."I have arrived my friend and I'm sorry to keep you waiting."

Octavia laughed at the fact he said "my friend". "Haha, so goofy," She smiled warmly. "Are you ready?" She asked, hopping down off the bricks, and grabbing her books. He heart pounded with excitement. 'I never thought I would make a friend so quickly! I hope my father doesn't mind if I come home a little late...'.

"Yes I am ready to go ha ha ha"he started to walk beside her'Octavian was nicer than the other girls and boys that attended the school.She's like an angel that came from heaven so nice and kind and do not forget beautiful.I will help her with anything she needs that's what a good friend for.The only thing I regret is when she's going to leave and I wonder why she would go back,

Since the park was close to the school, Octavia and Xobic walked. Considering that it was a beautiful day outside. "I-I'm not sure if we... can stay for too long. But may we get some ice cream while me practice english. Oh sorry. We."

"yeah we can get some ice cream I'll pay for it.It will be my treat it would be no problem."He hope that she didn't go for expensive one and before he knew it they were at the park.There was some couples already there this made him blush slightly.'There are couples here I wonder if we look like a couple'

Octavia chose vanilla for her flavor since it was her favorite and the cheapest. She lapped at her cold snack while Xobic ordered for himself. 'Wonder what he will order,' She thought to herself.

he got vanilla to it was his second favorite one and it was cheap too strawberry was too expensive.he licked his ice cream'well if we didn't look like a couple earlier we sure do now this is going good then I wonder if she has has a boyfriend back home's."so where do you want to sit at"

"Hm..." Octavia paused mid lick and looked up. She pointed at long chair made of wooded planks. "I do not know the word for it. It starts with a b..." She began to walk over to it, Xobic following.

"ya it is a bench this would be a good place to sit"he set down on the bench he licked his ice cream'wall If she doesn't have one maybe I could no I know I don't have the guts to ask her anyway that not going to stop her from leaving or is it come on man your not in a romance novel'."well let's get started then"

Octavia smiled and nodded, opening her english book. They began at chapter about common sentences and punctuation.

Xobic and Octavia took a small break after finishing two chapters. She had finished her icecream so she pulled her phone out from her back pocket to check the time. "Oh my god! It's 9:00! I-I did not meant to stay late!" She hurriedly grabbed her book and slung her bag over her shoulder. "I will see you tomorrow, Xobic," She said over her shoulder as she ran down the sidewalk and disappearing around the corner.


Once Octavia reached her house she quietly opened the door, hoping her parents wouldn't notice her coming home so late. Guess she jinxed it. Her father was sitting at the sofa that was placed in the center of the room. (They are a french family so I thought they'd speak french at home. I'll put the translations under them)


"Bonsoir, Père." Octavia greeted nervously.


("Good evening, Father.")


"Comment était l'école ?" Her father asked.


("How was school?")


"Parfait," she replied. She slowly began to make her way over to the staircase.

"Faites des nouveaux amis ?" Octavia's dad turned around to face her, stopping her in her tracks.

Octavia paused. She new she was in trouble.


"Nous allions juste au parc et je suppose que j'ai perdu des empreintes de temps et - "

"c'est assez. Vous n'avez pas demandé la permission et maintenant je suis très affecté avec vous. Allez directement à votre pièce et si vous avez des devoirs, y êtes commencés."


("That's enough. You did not ask for permission and now i'm upset with you. Go straight to your room and if you have any homework, get started on it.")


Octavia nodded and walked up the staircase quietly. It had been a while since the last time she had gotten in trouble with her father. Once upstairs. she closed the door and immediately began her math homework.

"I will see you tomorrow to Octavia"he said to her as she ran away then he got up and started to walk out the park.Xobic reached his house when his cell phone ring he answered it."hello this is Xobic how can I help you."


A female voice said"sorry for this can you come in Mitchell got sick and he can't come in tonight I know you have school tomorrow but-."


"Yes I will come in boss be there in a few"Xobic said 'this is why I have a bike and I dont take to school when I dont got work'.He went to work and work all night until 3:00 in the morning when he went to his home and only got 2 hours of sleep 
When he woke up he got his homework done and then got Dressed in a blue jeans and a black T shirt.He went downstairs and saw a bag he open it up and it had a burger in it"well here's my breakfast mom and dad must be at work already" he sigh''this is my life yesterday was awesome though but I woke up back to the nightmare.my life sucks" 
He sigh and ate his breakfast burger"I wonder if she got in trouble because we stayed there a little bit longer.I know I will Text her I do got her number."He pulled out the piece of paper and his cell phone and then text her this

Soon, morning came, sending streams of golden light into Octavia's room through her window. The light's gentle caress stirred her from her sleep as she sat up in her bed. She quickly took and show and got ready for school, not wanting to have to miss out on breakfast. Once she touched down, smell of butter and sweet coffee drifted across her nose. 'Mother must have breakfast.' Octavia thought excitedly. She quickly sat at the dining table with a platter of eggs, buttered croissants, coffee topped with whipped cream and a glass orange juice. Her mother was down there as well. Not much conversation went on between the two except for a "good morning" and "Did you sleep well?" Once Octavia finished her breakfast, she and her mother shared a farewell kiss. With that, Octavia rushed out the door, on her way to school.

he grabbed his backpack and left his house.he got on his bike and started to ride it to school.'here we go another day school and I have work today because someone still sick.I work hard at school and I work hard at work it is all a pain though some of the kids at school don't even work and some of them do but there's only a few just like me.Octavia looks rich I bet she doesn't have to work but it doesn't even matter I don't care if a person has to work or not it's none of my business and all I have to do is work my job and just go on with my life'as he rode his bike he passed many students"good morning everybody"he said as he passed by them.

I didn't take long before Octavia turned the corner to Elmmoor High. The courtyard was littered with students chatting with friends. She couldn't spot Xobic out particularly, but if he was here, he would probably be here to greet her. 'Maybe I should wait for him...' She suggestively thought to herself. She walked over to an empty bench, only to be confronted by the person she least wanted to see... MaryAnne. But his time, she brought along two other girls that shot disgusted glares at Octavia. Her heart plummeted as. just as quickly as they came, the three girl began to shoot hard insults and degrading comments at her.

It was a long ride for Xobic to git to Elmmoor High.He turned into the courtyard and it was littered with students chatting with friends.he looked around for Octavia and he found her sitting on a bench surrounded by three girls MaryAnne and her two friends.'Great she meet the wicked 3 I have to help her to get out but how am I going to do that oh I know I will accidentally crashed into them.'He road to the three girls acting like he's going to crash.'I hope this works and they run away'.

the girls ran away when they did he came to a complete stop he got off his bike and looked over towards Octavia"hey are you okay I'm sorry you had to meet the wicked 3 I was hope in you didn't have to meet them all."He sat down beside her and take a deep breath in and breathe it out"well good morning and welcome to your second day of school My lady"he added that last bit to make her laugh.'I hope you cheer up now'

Octavia giggled a little as the three girls ran for their lives. She looked up at Xobic, a smiled staining her face. She blushed when he said "my lady". But she pushed the thought away and replied," I'm liking it, we'll... Not... Them." She gestures to the three girls who stood at a distance, giving her a rather amusing death stare.

"well that is good oh hey did you get in trouble for yesterday if you did I am sorry."He look down at his lap his face showed that he was tired'those girls are going to cause trouble with Octavia and me all three of them had boyfriends on the football team and one of them being James Johnson I guess I can see another fight today this time 3 against 1.'He looked up at Octavia and smiles

"Oh... No... My father is strict. That is all..." Octavia replied simply. She knew it was a lie but she didn't want Xobic to feel bad. "Shall we go to class?"

he gave out a sigh of relief"that is good I hope hoping that you didn't get in trouble and yeah we should get class."He got up and dusted off his lap and started to slowly walk off.

Octavia stood up with him and two walked off to class together.


The bell rang and students filtered into the room. Xobic and Octavia sat in their usual seats. She pulled out a sheet if paper and wrote on it," Can I talk to you after school?" And she passed it to Xobic.

he grab the sheet if paper to where the teacher do not see it he read the paper and wrote on it"ya I can walk you home"And he passed it to Octavia in secret so the Teacher don't see.

Octavia smiled at Xobic and faced toward the board.

The day passed rather quickly. Octavia giggled to herself s she sat on a bench an waited for Xobic to arrive. She tingled with nervousness as she anticipated his arrival.

he walked outside school front door and saw Octavia sitting on the bench over there he walked toward the bench."Sorry to keep you waiting you ready to go."He waved at her.
