By the way, Virtual, the weapon you have pictured isn't actually the L85A2/SA80A2 Individual Weapon it's the L86/SA80A2 Light Support Weapon, the sight is also a SUSAT, similar to an ACOG but not exactly an ACOG, a SUSAT can be pretty dangerous because they contain Tritium that can be harmful to people if the seal of the sight is broken, and sorry to be sort of talkative, but, 1st/First Lieutenant isn't a rank in the British Army, it's just 2nd/Second Lieutenant then Lieutenant
