Fantasy White Brick

I'm unsure of what else to do at this point

No one seems really into it, and I don't wanna just drag feet with this

Ah man, I'm still totes down for this!

I was just really swamped with school and life this week (like seriously my teachers were not thinking when they wrote up the lesson plan); I was gonna go around to my RPs and warn people but I got so wrapped up in it I just made a half-assed status and now I'm trying to do damage control. And it was very unfair of me to introduce my character then poof. OTZ Gomen.

But I'm definitely still up for this! And @Smeester will be sad to see you go...I was happy to see a character like Russell who doesn't usually get attention in RPs. (*^*)

Since we're still in the early beginnings maybe we can all still give it a chance? ( :( )

@Tylor guillory You really need to step up your post game. I get it, you're on your phone. But I've been there, and I know how hard it actually is. I doubt as if it's hard as you're making it [i've done it on a flip phone for flip sake]. Some of it seems like it's more your grammar skills. Being you get where, were, and we're confused, as well as their, there, and they're. Although more annoyingly, you can't get your quotations around the dialog correctly, and everything runs together.

Can you please try harder so the things you post are understandable? >_<

Dammit there's autocorrect and as for quotations I just started doing that because someone mentioned it and I'm not good at it for Christ sake I didn't have glasses in school so I was basically blind for the longest time and got nothing from grammar when I was in school I try my best with what I'm working with dammit!!! Plus I'm kind of lazy so there's also that although it's mostly the part about not having my glasses when I needed them in school I just got them recently after getting like blue care or whatever but I suppose I'll try better since I'm doing such a bad job!!!! Teheh

I was in special-ed reading classes until 3rd grade because of eye problems. I didn't learn anything about grammar in school either, because of the schedule conflict. You can't use that excuse on me!!!!!! [Dramatic for effect, but I am still serious]

I still managed to be at college level reading by the 7th grade, and my grammar is average to above average despite not having formal lessons. No excuses!

Also laziness, for shame!

Wahhhhhhh! (Dramatic music) well unlike you I didn't have the luxury of special ed classes( more dramatic music but totally serious lol) and reading isnt the problem as much as the parts about marks like quotation and what not. And how dare you lazy shame me. Runs away crying.(more dramatic music)

Well, the classes were for reading alone. All I did was read, no writing nothing on grammar. So they don't have much of an edge.

Quotations are easy! They go around the words you speak. How could that be difficult? As for the rest I suppose I can't blame you as much, depending.

Sorry I didn't respond last night...the first RP I caught up on took a really demanding response so I was way too tired to do anything after. :')

@Tylor guillory I personally don't mind sketchy writing so much because I'm more interested in a fun character / story and bad ideas ierk me more than grammar haha. Plus I have a raging hard-on for detective fiction so I was happy that someone had a gumshoe But since you love your character so much you should want to give them the best treatment so that this RP can thrive and he can continue to exist, right? Lol. Anyways, if you want to learn how to format things (I guess that's your main problem right now?) just Google a few grammar tutorials. <- I think that one breaks it down quite nicely from the compacted post (like yours?) to the "proper" approach.

But English is a crazy language and the rules are often convoluted so no one will fault you for making a mistake here and there (for example, in the sample I just linked I would have flubbed one of the things lol //theMoreYouKnow). Even if you just RP for fun you should want to improve your writing, though, so doing your best is a good first step. (O:))

I may be biased since I use RPing as a writing practice exercise...

And as a note I absolutely h a t e typing on a phone more than anything......Autocorrect is the worst. :/ So if you had a few weird flubs here or there it's totes forgivable. We just want to be able to fully understand your posts to give you the best response. (B')

Aaaaanyway that's my 2 cents so gonna go post now. (OuO)

I don't mind a few mistakes, but it makes me 3/4 tries to reading/rereading to understand each of his posts. I don't have to do that with anyone else.

-_- 3 to 4 tries? Really is that on my writing skills or your reading skills.....and ok like I said I'm trying to improve my grammar if at all possible

@Tylor guillory Even if it's just the three of us damnit we can keep the dream alive ; ^; /

Just been battling all sorts of silliness this past idk but I'm gonna get back to checking daily.......body be damned.
