Fandom While We're Young: A Young Justice RP (Open)

Should have spent my time writing a post. Instead spent my time learning basic BBCode so I could code something for said post. #Priorities
 
That's why I said depowered as in stripping most of that away which kinda makes it a new character thats basicly just a pale superman with a few gimiks
 
In the end it can be argued as few allow specter fun thst said person is not the soecter. Of course power sets change over time and the presence can revoke the Specters powers on a whim and I simply try as rarely do I find D.C. characters outside of the specter and Dr fate that I really like or feel like exploring

I mean idk, maybe you can find a way for it to work? XD you can try at least
 
It is up to the gm. As much as I would love a near full power specter I can only ever try that with friends. Dr fate is in a similar boat as mist see having power and control as the end goal and to be the character is the end goal. Or at least the characters goal isn't power and control.
 
Honest? This doesn’t sound like your type of story. It is set in the DC universe, yes, but it’s not about exploration of ability, strength, or power. It’s Young Justice, bro. We’re kids trying to find ourselves and save the world all at once. It’s character based, it’s about heart and soul. Obviously it’s all up to our amazing and wonderful GM RingSlinger RingSlinger and I will respect any decision they come to, but that’s just my two cents. The way I’m seeing and hearing it, this RP wouldn’t exactly be the best fit for you and you would be happier elsewhere.

Karcen Karcen Yeah, I'm gonna have to agree with Pandaskel Pandaskel on this one, Spectre is a little OP for this game, even if it is a de-powered Spectre.

I actually sort of feel like maybe this is the point to close the game? I feel like adding more players might be too much, but I'd like to get everyone to weigh in on that decision?
 
I think I agree. Bringing Aia in late was awkward enough but we managed to pull it off (Which is awesome, cause I love her.). I can’t imagine doing it again. I think we could periodically open it back up for future arcs if we really wanted to, but I’m happy with where we’re at. What do you guys think?
 
On the one hand I think we've got enough characters.
On the other the character could have been an experiment in STAR Labs that was just released.
 
Yeah I think in the future when we could use more villains we could potentially open it up again. But for bigger arc stuff I have planned I was just also going to portray villains.
