more then anything else though... I think thats a "Interuput it how you want"  type thing.
you could say that the maiden of battles got bored.... or some such thing.
all im saying is lookshy would probaly want to keep any solar it allied itself with as visibly separate from the lookshy army.

by telling the people that their loved ones soul has been consumed by a demon, you do what you can to keep them from listening to plea's to "hide me" or "defend me from the wyld hunt" etc.
imagine for example
Cynis Takagheera somehow becomes satisfied that his loved ones soul has not been crushed= 2 minutes latter he's by her side again and renouncing his vow's, testicals or no testicals.
