" Blah I hate these things" Sonya said as Damon parked his car in a spot. " I know but...it will be good for you to get out...you can't sit on the couch all day watching Game of Thrones." he said as he got out and walked to her side to open her door. " I don't just watch Game of thrones" she said as she stepped out of the car. They could have been twins...and they were only days apart in birth but Damon felt like he had to be the older brother she didn't have and help her...protect her after everything. Not only had she been battling cancer on and off for years but when she was 16 her mother snapped and attacked her. God wanted her dead she said said before stabbing her with scissors. Well here Sonya was still alive and kicking...well kinda.

Sun was dressed in jeans and a black tank top that was under a white flowy tank top that said " House Martell Unbent Unbowed Unbroken) with an orange sun with a spear threw it and flip flops. Her hair was in a messy bun her eyes dark and tired as she walked into the support group her cousin behind her sipping his energy drink. They sat in chairs speaking in Romanian a language they picked up from their grandparents. " I'm surprised we didn't burn stepping in here" Sonya said switching to english laughing. " Why?" Damon asked looking at her confused as he took out a book. " This is in a church" she pointed out making him roll his eyes as she acted like she was burning.

Jordan and Amy sat in the parking for what seemed like hours. Amy was trying her best to comfort her best friend but nothing seemed to work. A heavy sigh came from her as Jordan opened up the door and got out of the car. Amy soon followed right behind him as she grasped his arm, causing him to turn around and face her. "Hey. I know that you're going through a lot right now but don't let this defeat you. You defeat it." Jordan raised a brow at her. "And by this and it, you mean my cancer." He snatched himself away from her as she sighed again, this time rubbing her temples with her fingers and following him inside.

Amy walked alongside of Jordan as they basically argued until they reached the rest of the support group members. Jordan didn't say anything as he walked over to the nearest seat and sat down, watching as Amy came over to sit beside him. "
You don't have to wait here like I am a little kid or something." Jordan retorted as Amy rolled her eyes at him. "Yes I do. You know how your mouth gets." She countered with her words as she eyed a female, wearing a Game of Thrones shirt. "Fire and Blood." Amy said loud enough for the female to hear her as she smiled. Jordan sunk down in his seat with a small eye roll then eyed the female as well. "Hear Me Roar!" He mockingly roared and pawed towards her.

His eyes looked at Luke, their counselor, who was also suffering from some sort of cancer, stroll into the room and sit at the head of the chair. "
Hello there everyone. How is everyone doing today?" He asked a few of the support group members answered him, Jordan didn't say anything. "Alright, alright. Let's go around the room and introduce ourselves." He pointed towards Amy as she stood with a nervous chuckle. "Well, I am not here for the support group but I am here with my best friend." She waved her hand down at Jordan, who stood up. "Hi, my name is Jordan and I have Leukemia." He said then sat down with his arms folded, watching everyone else's introductions.

Sonya smirked as she looked around hearing some of the kids tell their sob stories. Damon gave her look rolling his eyes.

"I'm Sonya Mina Valken. My family is from Romania and they thought it would be funny to give me the middle name Mina from Dracula. "She popped her neck abit. " I have non hodgkins lymphoma. I did go into remission once but that year my mom snapped said god wanted me dead and tried to stab me"she said than she looked at Amy. "The Martell are so much better than the dragons" she said and flopped in her seat smirking when the room.

She pointed at Damon. " And he is my keeper"she added as she crossed her legs.

Damon shook his head. "I am her cousin and I drive her to places to make her more social but clearly it doesn't work. "He said.

Than the non cancer kids were asked to leave. " behave"he said as he headed out to the hall way rubbing the bridge of his nose. He stopped getting a drink of water and waited. Knowing Sun she would bolt early.

Jordan looked at Amy, as she got up when the non cancer kids were asked to leave. "You be good." She muttered before walking out with all of the other non cancer kids. "I'm always good." Jordan muttered back while rolling his eyes, looking at Amy as she bumped into some guy that was getting a drink of water. Jordan snickered, of course. He thought that it was funny as hell that she did that. Amy stammered while looking at the male. "Oh, my. I am so sorry." She sighed while walking away from the male and making her way outside.

Meanwhile, Jordan was getting bored, listening to Luke as he got up from his seat and walked out. He wasn't really interested in hearing about today's lesson. As he walked outside, he sat down on a bench beside a big bush, that basically hid him from Amy's view. This whole support group gig was getting tiring and he just couldn't wait until he didn't have to see those people anymore.

Damon jumped when she bumped into him. " oh its fine"he said before collecting himself and headed out not long after she did. " Are they always like this?"he asked as he felt his pockets. "If they are I picked the wrong week to quit smoking"he said as he leaned looking around at the parking lot. Maybe Sonya had been right. ...they shouldn't have come here.

Sonya looked at Luke " you have nut cancer get them chopped off"she fussed before walking out looking at Jordan. " this sucks" she said simply. "Want to go grab something to eat? ditch the baby sitters for awhile"

Amy looked at the male as he started talking then nodded her head. "Yes, sadly they are." She sighed while raising her brow up at him. "You smoke? Kind of just ruined this whole moment." A soft chuckle escaped over her parted lips as she waved him goodbye with a smile then walked over to her car and leaned against it, twirling her car keys with her index finger.

Jordan looked at the female named Sonya as she approached him. Hearing her words made him nod in agreement then looked up at her again. "Get something to eat? Sure. I know the perfect place." He ducked down and went around the church, hoping that Sonya wasn't trailing too far behind him. If she wasn't, he would grab her hand and walk her towards the nearest restaurant named Joe's. He would drop her hand, blushing a little bit then eyed her a bit. "Sorry." He said as the bell chimed, signaling that they were in the restaurant. "They have the best burgers here." He said while sitting down at a table, waiting for someone to come over and take their order.

" I use to but I quit"he called to her. He leaned against the railing of the stairs making a couple phone calls before looking as the group was let out. He noticed something than sighed walking in not seeing Sun. He spoke to Luke who told him both Jordan and Sun had walked out and never came back.

"Damn it "he said calling his run away cousin. His mother would kill him if he came home with out her.

She ducked out with him keeping her head low as they walked out of the church. Sun blushed slightly as he took her hand and walked with her to a restaurant. She took a seat starting to flip through her menu. She had a port in her chest which was visible because of her shirt. Cancer kids always had to ignore the stares of children and others which was what she was doing as a young family openly stared. "They have fried avocado"she said with a laugh.

Amy wasn't really listening to the male anymore but heard that he had quit smoking. She shot him a glance then turned her head, smiling a little bit then looking up again, seeing that the support group is being let out. She honestly thought that Jordan would've been the first one to come rushing out of the building but she didn't see him. She wandered back into the building, just in time to hear Luke say something about Jordan and someone named Sun walking out. She eyed the male that she had bumped into earlier. "Where could they be? Or better yet, I think I know." She walked off but leaned against the door. "Care to follow me?" She raised a brow and asked then proceeded to walk out of the building.

Jordan looked around as everyone was staring at them. He wanted to yell out that they had cancer but reluctantly didn't do so. When the waitress came over to take their order, she stared at Sun for quite some time. It pissed Jordan off. "
We have cancer. Want to make something of it?" The waitress shook her head as Jordan handed her their menus. "Tell you what doll face, bring me and my friend here two burgers with a side of fries and two Coke's. Oh, did you want the fried avocado?" He'd ask Sun but wave his hand towards her. "Bring her the fried avocado anyway." Jordan looked at his watch then mashed a timer. "You've got fifteen minutes." The waitress chuckled nervously and strutted off. His eyes bounced towards Sonya's with a smile. "And that is how you play the game."

He followed after the girl but kept trying to call his cousin. " Not the day for her to take off"he said getting annoyed Sun still had her phone off. "So your his friend? How long has he been sick?"he asked knowing after so many years of seeing a loved one fight cancer it tended be draining on them.

"I am so sorry"she said to the waitress. Before turning to look at Jordan. She had 23 cousins most were younger so she was use to the stares. "The how to be an ass game?" she asked looking at him. " this is why people stare at us because one cancer kid snaps and makes a scene"

Amy looked at the male and nodded her head. "Yes, I am his friend. I've been his friend since kindergarten, believe it or not." She sighed then eyed the male again. "He's been sick for awhile now, about five years to be exact." Her eyes started to tear up a little bit. "He has no other friends. They all left him when they found out about him. I don't want to lose him, I cannot lose him." She fell into the male's arm, sobbing softly on his shoulder then jolting herself up, wiping her eyes. "Sorry about that. I'm just an emotional wreck." Amy looked up at him then pointed at the sign that could be seen well over the trees. "That's where they are. Come on." She sniffled, still wiping her tears away as she walked towards Joe's.

Jordan raised a brow at Sonya then shook his head. "What? No, I was just..." He stopped talking after hearing her comment then got up from the table and eyed her before walking out, bumping into his friend and Soyna's cousin. "Oh, hey there." He said as he looked into Amy's eyes. "You've been crying. Everything okay?" Jordan raised a brow up at her. Amy nodded her head at him. "Yeah, I think we should go." Jordan nodded his head then eyed the male beside his friend. "Your cousin is inside sitting close to the back." Jordan then walked alongside with Amy.

Damon nodded listening to her talk about the kid his cousin was with. " Yeah I understand.......Sun is my best friend. And we thought she was cured than the cancer came back"he said than hugged her for a moment when she started crying. " it's ok they'll be ok"he promised her. He ended the hug a moment before Jordan walked out. He nodded at him before heading inside.

He was inside for a moment before walking out quickly. " it's a restaurant called Joe's. Yes she has non hodgkins lymphoma and she is having trouble breathing"he said before heading back in to his struggling cousin.

Sun was coughing hard as if she was trying to catch her breath but she couldn't And it was just a never ending cycle.
