What time is it? SHOW TIME!

TRUTH BE TOLD, I NEVER WAS YOURS.
Okay-- so bear with me, because I'm not going to lie this is one of my first times roleplaying via forums. I have been roleplaying for at least 7 years, but usually on websites such as Myspace, YouTube (don't ask), Facebook, AIM, and currently Roleplayer.me

So, in which case, they were usually 1x1, and occasionally group roleplays (I'm actually currently in a group roleplay once a week via a writing group I'm in)

ANYWAYS, enough with that stuff. You can call me Andy! Throughout the years, I've been dabbling in many genres of RP which include fantasy (Harry Potter was one of my strongest suits), sci-fi, fandom, and etc. I'm open to many things, but fair warning, I will say no to certain subjects if I must.

I currently have an OC that I use for every roleplay I involve myself in, so if you'd like to know more about them, I'm willing to give some info! They're flexible when it comes to genres of fantasy, and sci-fi, but I usually use them with normal/modern roleplaying.

Somethings I absolutely love: The X-files (I can roleplay a mean Mulder! Watch this: -ahem; ALIENS.), conspiracy theories in general, Orange is the new Black, aesthetics, Hamilton: the musical, musicals in general, and people with freckles.

Hopefully, being here will get me used to the whole 'forum based' RP world, and I'll get to meet new people/writers! I'm excited to get started here, so I hope to be welcomed with wide arms! (or at least an open palm)

Copy and paste the dogs if you want to believe. [insert X-Files theme here]

Oh, wow, I have freckles! Yay, somebody who likes them (I'm passive to them myself)
I just think freckles are so adorable!! Everytime I meet somebody with freckles, my heart just flutters haha. Sometimes I wonder if I only like people I know just because they have freckles....

Oh really?! Please don't tell me that you were part of the wolf stuff. It was honestly the worst thing I have ever endured.

Speaking of wolves, I just finished watching "Princess Mononoke" for the seven-hundred and thirty-first time, but who's counting?

Princess Mononoke (Japanese: もののけ姫 Hepburn: Mononoke-hime?, "Spirit/Monster Princess") is a 1997 Japanese epic historical fantasy anime film written and directed by Hayao Miyazaki. It was animated by Studio Ghibli and produced by Toshio Suzuki. The film stars the voices of Yōji Matsuda, Yuriko Ishida, Yūko Tanaka, Kaoru Kobayashi, Masahiko Nishimura, Tsunehiko Kamijo, Akihiro Miwa, Mitsuko Mori and Hisaya Morishige.

Princess Mononoke is set in the late Muromachi period (approximately 1336 to 1573) of Japan with fantasy elements. The story follows the young Emishi warrior Ashitaka's involvement in a struggle between forest gods and the humans who consume its resources. The term "Mononoke" (物の怪 or もののけ?) is not a name, but a Japanese word for a spirit or monster.

Princess Mononoke was released in Japan on July 12, 1997, and in the United States on October 29, 1999. It was a critical and commercial success, becoming the highest-grossing film in Japan of 1997, and the highest-grossing there of all time until Titanic was released later that year. It was dubbed into English and distributed in North America by Miramax Films, and despite a poor box office performance there, it sold well on DVD and video, greatly increasing Ghibli's popularity and influence outside Japan.

Welcome! *throws confetti* I used to have lots of freckles, but they've kinda faded now. Yu mentioned liking musicals. Have you seen Les Miserables?

@Kestrel How to take care of acne problems? I used to pick at what might become acne, now there's a bunch of scarring on my forehead
I think the most important thing is to stop picking first, but I know first hand how hard that is. I pick at my skin, and have caused a lot of damage to my skin. Sometimes, I don't even realize I'm picking. I try to keep my hand occupied. I wear a necklace I can fiddle with, and I usually keep a stress ball or fidget toy with me at all times, and that helps.

If you haven't already, I'd try experimenting with different facial soaps and skin cleansers. I personally like exfoliating stuff, and then before I go to bed, I use a spot cream that dries up acne and just wash it off in the morning.

Acne cream would be my dream. It actually is. Last night, I dreamt of having acne cream!

Then definitely try some. I like the stuff with Benzoyl peroxide in it. Now that I'm older, my face has kind of cleared up, but it used to be really bad and it runs in my family. The Benzoyl peroxide has worked for my sisters and I, so hopefully it can do the same for you.

Okay, thanks!
You're welcome!

Another quick tip: It'll be easy to try to obsessively scrub your skin, but don't. Over-washing will damage and dry out your skin, so your skin will produce more oils, and that'll make the acne worse.
